Great hotel and location.

Our stay at the Conrad hotel was amazing! Evelyn the operations manager was fantastic ensuring our stay was a great one! The Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the service staff were amazing. The best service from the concierge, bell hops and reception! Room service was very quick with our requirements! We have done daily pics on Facebook to encourage our families and friends to stay at this magnificent hotel! Once again thank you for your wonderful hospitality we will definitely be back! Words cannot describe the experience of the Conrad Bali. At first when I entered the room with my father the twin room we had booked was still set up as one bed. The housekeeping staff instantly rushed and fixed it. The hotel manager caught up with us at Breakfast (which was above exceptional) and he is a wonderful gentleman. We later saw him wandering round the pool mingling with guests, he loves the Conrad and it shows with his staff. The staff are genuine, they’re always smiling and will do anything for their guests. The hotel is great but the staff are faultless. Words cannot describe! We will be back.

The property is amazing! Newly renovated rooms. But the best part was the staff. Everywhere you go, you are greeted with such big warm smile. Made you feel so comfortable. Big shout out to the team at Suku, Ariani, Adi, Tia, Dayu. Especially the dinner team. They were absolutely amazing! I went for dinner 3 days in a row. The staff made you feel so at home. Pool were huge. Food were amazing, breakfast spread was so good and the butter croissants were to die for! They really go the extra mile. Whatever you want is possible! ❤️

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel the suites are amazing and the pool/bar staff could not do enough for you so attentive and friendly the gardens are amazing and breakfast was awesome there’s everything and more you need at breakfast! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone definitely recommend and hopefully will come back one day! 🙏

Conrad is a nice hotel. Family suites are very spacious. Good pool areas. I guess everyone knows it is a Watersport area with a poor beach. Staff were really professional. Breakfast was excellent. We found the beds quite uncomfortable which was only a minor criticism. Also bizarrely powerful aircon which can be good and bad. Couldn’t fault the place.

We had a wonderful stay. All staff from front desk, suku restaurant, the cocktail boy Erik at the 8deg south and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Thanks for your.

This hotel was so much more than I could have ever expected. The staff was at my service 24/7. The food was incredible and gorgeous property. My room blew me away and I absolutely did not want to leave. Peace, quiet and breathtaking.

Excellence service and had a wonderful stay here. What we love most is that its kids friendly, spacious pool with sand if we dont want our kids play at the beach during tide period. The kids club was great, and watched by a nice lady who loves kids. She offered various activities for our kids. Room also spacious and complete with premium amenities, hair dryer, hot water, kettle, TV with many international channel
windows and terrace offering nice garden pool or coast view. And yes the hotel is following health protocol. Mask n sanitizer available in the room. Body temperature checked during hotelentrance. Thank you Conrad♥️

Was great friendly hotel staff very helpful with valet car parking since I drive my self dont like to park in the bestment all the time they do it for me every time we need & nice room big bathroom, very pleasant to stay there & recommend my friends to stay there 👍

Fantastic experience here. The staff are outstanding, impeccable service, friendly, attentive. I can't find anything to fault. The room I had was huge, everything works perfectly, very comfortable and clean. The premises itself is also amazing, several huge pools, everywhere is really clean and also very green. Definitely recommend this place for family holidays, a romantic trip or even a solo getaway (which I just did)

Probably one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. Beautiful pools and a very comfortable bed. Meals are lovely with so much to choose from. Hope to return one day Conrad.

We have just returned home after a beautiful relaxing week at this amazing place. We have been to BALI many many times, but this resort tops them all. We had a Lagoon Access room, facing ocean, perfect! Staff very accommodating to our every request.
We have always stayed Seminyak, Kuta, Sanur, But this outshines all others. Has just had a complete renovation & including pool.
Just try, you won’t be dissapointed.

Best hotel in Bali, great service, excellent food, quality clientele, and yet so close to everything with the new highway. Only 25 mins from the airport. It's absolutely beautiful, and if you're looking for paradise, you've found it!

We had a great time here. However it was spoiled by a terrible steak dinner, at 8 Degrees South. My wife’s steak was raw. They tried to fix it, but it was still very rare, and now tough. The waitress never came back to the table. No desert or more drinks were offered. I had to track down another waiter, to pay the bill. I filled out a complaint slip. No call from the front desk. I will raise the question of a refund, when I check out. I have stayed at Hilton’s, on three continents. This is the worst meal ever.

A great hotel & holiday destination. The suites are a very good size, very comfortable & staff are always willing to help, going beyond in an effort to just make that extra difference. 10/10

We cannot rate this hotel enough. From the stunning floral gardens and pools, to the insanely awesome buffet breakfast, to the gorgeous comfy ocean view rooms, to the amazingly friendly attentive staff, and not least the quiet calm atmosphere — its simply wonderful and all we wanted. So much better than the concrete minimalist hotels down the road, although their beach is better. This was our perfect babymoon getaway and reconnect, before our little bubba comes.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in April 2019. Beautiful hotel & rooms, we were very kindly upgraded & the rooms were amazing. We had invites for both tea & cocktails daily, the drinks list was awesome for both adults & kids. Myself & my Husband both had a massage at the spa, which was very relaxing. Myself & my Daughters made full use of the yoga programme & gym. We also went on a guided morning bike tour, which was fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to couples or families, wonderful, wonderful stay, could easily have stayed longer. Would visit again for sure.

Stayed for 3 nights before exploring other hotels on the island… I should have stayed at the Conrad for the entire holiday. The staff were delightful and we never had to wait for any issues or requests.
There was room maintenance near to where our room was and so they promptly upgraded us to a more comfortable, quieter side of the resort.
The staff is always on hand and willing to assist with any needs. The water is warm and inviting all around the lagoon and there is plenty of space for my wife and I to relax in a quiet spot.

Best Resort for Honeymooners and Family in my experience. They do have private rooms regular rooms too. They had 4 swimming pools with few direct accessible from rooms. Very large rooms and modern amenities. We loved the coffee maker amd coffee sachets. Lavish breakfast buffet with local dishes.

Great location just 25 mins from the airport. The old wing is being renovated and expected to open October. If you stay in Conrad Suites the rooms are crisp and spacious. Conrad hotel rooms are a bit tired but the staff is terrific, housekeeping could be improved a bit though.

Altough the staff from the restaurant and pool were extremely nice, the overall experience is beneath what you would expect. The renewal works (needed, guessing by our room) taking place without closing the hotel means that you have 2 small pools for all the guests and machinery noise all day till at least 9pm. Even on the beach, between the construction noise and the motor sports, it’s difficult to relax and listen to the waves. The lobby space and the existing bar lack confort and ambiance, with no porche/outside or sofa area. Plain check-in service without any welcome treats. Sauna and jacuzi are paid and dont have inner pool (if it rains, just staty on your room). A litle bit off overall but with impecable gardens and breakfast.

All in all is fine, but it would not hurt to freshen up the rooms.

We did a lot of research and decided on The Conrad. We stayed 4 nights in an ocean view room on level 3 (3314). It was simply stunning, loved watching the sun rise and set plus the beach was meters away. The resort was doing an upgrade to the Main pool, which faces onto the beach, and over half of the rooms were closed for renovations so the resort felt really private and quiet. The staff here are amazing, very attentive and willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. The Gardner’s and grounds staff never stopped sweeping and the gardens were impeccably presented. Even the guards at the front gate greeted us friendly every time we left for walks. I loved the little touches from the fresh lemonade and cold towels upon arrival to the free fruit ice blocks by the pool. Breakfast was buffet style, there was a huge selection plus made to order options of pancakes, omelette’s and items from the menu. Highly recommended!

Came here as part of a package holiday and this was the second week stay. Loved this place. Wonderful ocean views and so wide spread and quiet. Saw a few weddings occur here too during our stay which was lovely. Three restaurants, one by the sea, one buffet style and another more Asian style cuisine. Restaurant by the sea, lobster was to die for. Amazing service. Cocktail menu was so extensive and the happy hour pool bar was well used. You can get an early seat by the pool or hire one of the cabanas with a food and drink allowance which is nice for a one off. Probably more beneficial for a larger family group. Hotel room was clean and efficient. Concierge was very easy to deal with. My mother became ill over the stay and the doctor was very good to her and help with English speaking patient. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choices and very friendly staff coming to check on you. So hello with any specific requests for food. Jet skis on the ocean was fun too. Perhaps a touch expensive but otherwise good fun. Easy enough to walk between resorts across the coast. Almost walked into a wedding reception by accident at another Hotel. Posted a load of photos of our stay in the hopes of helping others find this place.

This place was awesome! We got the Bale by the beach and came back three days straight and loved every second. I would recommend going to spice if you have the lounge access as it’s not as crowded so your service is quicker. The breakfast there also has a larger variety. It was under construction during our stay but there was still more than enough to keep us on location for 5 days and we were entertained the entire time.

Wonderful place to stay if you are traveling with your family. The place is designed very well. The service is very nice and quick. The staff are very nice, helpful, and friendly. The food are delicious. Cocktails are also great. The other side of the place is in the maintaining but doesn't bother me. Will back there again for sure.

My wife & I had a perfect wedding anniversary at Conrad Bali. Celebrated my birthday as well. Traveled with our baby & parents in laws. Everything was perfect from the welcome drinks, the traditionally dressed up staff at entrance, the welcome flowers, the pers9nalised escort to our room. The sea view facing room was perfect, overlooking the wedding chapel & beautiful Indian Ocean. I love the personalised room decorations such as swan towels, roses, macaroons, flower vase arrangements, greeting cards, 3 cakes. Not 1 but 3 cakes that was great. I love chilling at the east lounge with nice view of the main pool & Indian Ocean with relaxing sofas & drinks & ice cream. The buffet breakfast spread at Suku Restaurant was enourmous with good view as well. Lotsa fountains, flora, fauna & places to relax & chill. Lotsa verandahs & lie down couches. Good souvenir shops & mini marts all over the resort. The resort activities & area space was huge. Very good personalised dedicated customer service. Thank you Conrad Bali.

By far the best hotel in Bali. From check in to check out it was a great pleasure. The staff were so friendly and attentive you feel spoiled. The spa is to die for and the food in the Japanese restaurant was spot on. Keep it up, we will be back! Special thanks to Mr. Markus Kosch for making it a dream come true.

Great hotel for families and couples alike. It was being renovated when we visited to give it a new pool area on the south side. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with good complimentary items. The bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful resort that you looking for, especially if you travelling with your family and kids. They will provide you with so many restaurant around the hotel. A variety restaurant both East and West food. However, the building a quite aged but they still maintain well in my opinion. My favorite about my staying is the sandy pool that makes your little one so happy, they can play sand inside the pool. Also the private beach as well. They also have the famous wedding venue as well. Just a little bit waiting during your check in, hopefully will be better arrangement for the future. I love Conrad Bali!

The pool area on the beach was excellent, very well decorated and designed. Overall the service was world class and we had a brilliant time here. The rooms were very clean and well finished well. Really enjoyed the very cute yoga garden and the beach grill that offer a romantic candle lit beach front dining experience that was fantastic. Great for families as well as couples.

Very friendly and helpful staff, tight security and nice swimming pools. Only problem is we have booked our room from the day before but the room was ready at about 3pm (Usually hotel rooms are ready at 12-1 pm), also I expected a beach behind the hotel but it's too steep to be called a beach. But overall it's a nice stay!

The standards of this property as dropped since I last visited in 2015 (together with their prices). One can find some summer flies (non-blood sucking types) in the room upon entering. They used to reach out to guests to help arrange for airport transfer but not this time. Would I still return? Yes, pretty much because overall, the resort is clean and serene for a quiet weekend break. =)

It's a nice place for holidays. All the staff members are very polite and cooperative. You really feel vip during your stay. Overall it's amazing experience during our stay in Conrad Bali. If I go again to Bali, Conrad would be my first choice again.

We were there in February, there wasn't a lot going on, so of course there was plenty of capacity.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but the breakfast is more Asian-oriented but still very good.
The staff is incredibly accommodating and reads the wishes from your lips.
The hotel is located directly on the sea, but the water is very tidal. However, you can use water sports at noon.
We were very satisfied and would come back.

Lovely resort. Kids club is closed so the alternative offered was a bedroom with a few toys! They dressed it up with interesting activities but these were chargeable, so actually it was very disappointing. Pools are lovely but not a single lifeguard to be seen! Food options were very limited, not child friendly at all. 5 star resort with low/poor customer service! Overall disappointed!

Good place for relaxation in Nusa Dua.

The hotel has its own private beaches, long walk distance, hotel hardware facilities do not correspond to the upgrade room is big but some damp, the room does not have free Wi-Fi, free Wi-Fi to the hotel lobby to use, but not stable and fast, easy to connect to the bar break in the hall is not long open, very early will be closed, Breakfast buffet is great and a lot of variety, the emphasis is very clean, there are several kinds of eggs to choose from, but if you don't want to eat them for a few nights, you will not be able to change them. There are small vendors and super traders on the opposite side of the restaurant, and there is a great massage shop around, which requires an appointment because there are only three beds, Price is normal, in addition to the surrounding almost no business service staff are very friendly attitude.

Highlight is the gardens and food. All usual 5 star facilities and services. Beautiful, expansive grounds and beachside locations. Staff are welcome and felt safe about specific nut-free dishes.

A beautiful resort with great food. We were upgraded to an ocean view and really enjoyed our stay here. Rating 4 stars because the sewer vent in the bathroom made for a very in pleasant experience while in the bathroom.

Excellent attentive staff, good food, very spacious rooms and well kept pools with loungers (there are also some at the edge of the resort facing the beach). Generally, everything you would expect from a place like this. The beach is nice when you're not being pestered by people trying to sell you activities but they're also usually understanding if you're clear that you just want to relax. This was close to being a 5 star review but had to have one knocked off due to renovation works being carried out on one block. It's a necessary inconvenience to keep things up to date and they do keep the noise limited to core waking hours as you would expect but it's usually on at prime swimming / lounging time and quite close to the main pool so will have a material impact on your reading / resting. I hear they have more works lined up so do check before booking and wait until they're done or negotiate a discount.

Great hotel with lots of pools and lovely views and restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and it was simply perfect. The hotel has everything you could want both at food level, décor or swimming pools. The staff is very attentive to your needs at all times and have a lot of details in the room as well as throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet is very large and varied and the rest of the resort's restaurants are also highly recommended. Even though it is a large hotel it is very quiet and we were able to enjoy the beach loungers every day. Yes, if you like swimming you will have to do it by the pool because there is practically no beach to swim, yes to do all the water sports that you can think of. I would still repeat without hesitation.

There are too many jet skis and other boats right in front of the beach. It's noisy and it smells like gasoline. Too bad…

A very nice hotel of high class. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks in the restaurants are Priced. It is very quiet and perfectly suited to relax. The pool area is Generous. There is a direct access to the Beach. The bathing section is very small due to various water sports. There are also many stones and dirt on the beach and in the Sea. Unfortunately not suitable for snorkeling. A massage at the spa is Recommended. The restaurant eight degrees south is very romantic. The sushi in the restaurant Rin is Delicious.

We spent 2 nights in Conrad Bali. Very nice Hotel and staff. Pool. And beach good. We enjoyed the hotel and excellent breakfast and gym. Only downside was food price for evening meal at hotel. We ate out on 2nd night. Would definately stay again.

You will be amazed by how much land this resort sits on. It's beachfront and the number of swimming pools in this sprawling resort gives it a very luxurious feel. I am comparing this to some of the nicer beach resorts in Maldives, and Conrad Bali will not look out of place. I always had the impression that Conrad is a business class hotel. I guess it's a myth. :)

The pros — Family orientated, the kids' club provided great activities for the children, children eat for free at any of the restaurants in hotel grounds (per adult mains ordered). Great service, staff are always happy to help and very attentive. Amazing views, especially at the infinity chapel. Food from the restaurants were fantastic. The cons — Had problems with the room, air conditioning was faulty and the handle on the bathroom door fell off (a child would've been injured if they were the one closing the door). Better signs needed to help direct people around the hotel area, especially in the corridors where the rooms are. Room service prices are ridiculous — better to walk to the restaurants.

Good service (as you'd expect from any Conrad property). Massive compound with beautiful pools, breathtaking ocean view and various facilities. It's nice that guests who have access to the lounge also enjoy the benefits at the restaurant by the beach. There's nothing like sipping your cocktail drink while enjoying the calming sunset breeze. Lounge cocktail drinks selection is rather extensive compared to most other hotels. On the negative side, the whole hotel is clearly showing its age and is overdue for a makeover. Certain areas look mouldy and uninviting. Soundproofing is bad and the bathroom constantly has a few drain flies flying around. And Hilton Honors Diamond members may only be given 1 small category upgrade by default despite low occupancy, unlike some other Hilton/Conrad hotels in the region.

Great room (very spacious and with full bathroom) whose terrace allows you to dive directly into the pool! A variety of Restaurants offering food and quality shows. Swimming pool with towels available and on the beach. Staff attentive to your needs. Highly recommended!

Great location We've been there for ten years and everything is always perfect.

Worse than the villa I was in. They even charge for Wifi! Only free on the lobby. But great view, swimming pool, and right by the beach.

Good Hotel and service. Getting a bit old, renovation needed. Breakfast counters for eggs etc could be organised more efficient. Found it strange that they want to charge Wifi in the room separately, while free in public areas. Wifi should be provided free for a hotel of this category.

Looked like the hotel was not at all ready for the number of guests staying during the Easter period. Check-in was a bit chaotic. Breakfast was very chaotic, with not enough sitting room. Service was not personal. Dining options in the resort were limited. Closure of one of the main restaurants (Spice) was disappointing. Overall did not get the Luxury experience that was promised by the CONRAD name and the price tag. On the positive: — Kids facilities and activities were great — Pool and associated facilities were very good — Room and associated facilities were very good — Resort location and nearby water activities were very good — Most staff were good, it just seemed that they were in a bit of a rush — Departure lounge was a huge plus.

We stayed at ayana but had dinner at conrad. Service was slow. Food was really bad and really expensive. The table next to us came later but had food delivered before us and we ordered the same dish. They also had crackers, we didnt. Getting the bill took forever. Not recomended.

One of the best Hotels/Resorts to live in Nusa Dua. We lived In Deluxe Ocean King room which was bang opposite the Nusa Dua beach. Extremely good service and amazing food 24 hours a day. The morning breakfast platter was huge and overall room hygiene was 5/5. The only two disappointments — Jiwa Spa is expensive (try Ayana or Sekar Bagat) and the hotel promissed a Limouzine drop but gave only the Toyota Innova. Overall, amazing place to be in.
