Hotel Nikko is heaven on earth. We have not been so relaxed in years after a week here. Staff are happy and helpful, however the elderly waiter and elderly woman waiters in Luna Restaurant treated us as a nuisance to serve. Accom is excellent and well serviced. Otherwise, the best relaxing holiday ever.

Nice resort. Good location. Helpful Staff. The swimming pool is in need of refurbishing. The spa was really nice.

First time to Bali and our stay at the Nikko was a very memorable experience… All the staff were very friendly and most helpful… Breakfast had a good assortment to cater for everyone and the staff were lovely… The Pool bar staff were great along with the restaurant staff… The whole Hotel from the main road to the beach was maintained well… Big thanks to all the staff… We'll be back… Suksma… Mr Ian & Miss Angi.

My wife and I got Bali belly on day 2 which was awful especially while having a 1yr old and they charged us $200 to see the doc and get a few tablets, then disgustingly charged us $100 to was 2 small bags of washing! Just very expensive and poor service and we won’t be back or recommend — avoid!

It's a beautiful resort and I loved my stay there. However, the highlight was definitely the swimming pool. They have a huge swimming pool that's really well architected. PS: they have a pool bar as well.

The breakfast is very good and cheap. The rooms are nice. In general it is very hot in the area and the air conditioning is okay.

I fell in love with this resort. Nothing bad to stand out. The whole truth is perfect. Spacious, clean and very comfortable, amazing breakfast, very abundant and delicious, very professional attention, the perfect pool sector and its very nice playita. The pool I loved, very big and perfect to relax. Regrettable not having been more days, I only enjoyed an incomplete sunny day as it began to rain. But I was equally delighted with the place.

Used to be the Aston Grand Resort and Spa but taken over by Hotel Nikki since March 8th this year. This us a very well manage property right in the center of Nusa Dua. Excellent and courteous staff from check in to dining and housekeeping. Beautiful beach and a clear view of Mount Agung at times. Go for it. Sumptuous breakfast with local and western dishes on offer. Egg station and fresh made French toast will light up your day. Dining room waiters and waitresses are super attentive and make sure you have the best breakfast experience ever. 5 stars all the way.

I love this place a really five-star resorts and will spend money don’t miss the water activity.

Very nice place but food and entertainment below standard. Watch for the cocktails where they omit the alcohol thinking you won't notice.

This place was absolutely amazing. The second my partner and I pulled up the front of the resort our doors were immediately opened, we were greeted by the accommodating staff and were upgraded to a junior suite without having to ask! We were given a beautiful welcome drink as a refreshment. Then escorted to our room. As the doors opened we were both in awe. We could not believe our eyes how amazing the room was. Everything was absolutely perfect, even the finer details. The whole entire resort felt peaceful, calm and safe. Food was great, pool is amazing and it's located right on the beach. Perfect for a family holiday based on relaxation or a little bit of adventure with the water sports available only metres away. Loved it, would go back in a heart beat. Currently in a new accommodation in Bali and not feeling the same vibes. Thank you Grand Aston! You definitely will be missed! Wish we spent our whole time in Bali here.

Excellent place to unwind away from the rush and traffic serene beach and friendly staff however very little night life highlights definitely the breakfast buffet.

Grand Aston Bali was an excellent resort and was located in a good location. Neither too secluded nor too crowded. The restaurants were all good and the morning breakfast spread was good. The rooms were neat and clean with all the required amenities. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others as well.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and the bathroom fittings are dated and unreliable. The breakfast buffet is the highlight of the day and is of consistent quality. The pool and leisure areas are well laid out. The resort has a nice relaxing atmosphere in a quiet location. Good for families.

Awesome Honeymoon Destination in Bali. Away from city traffic and pollution. Have almost all interesting destinations nearby. Clean, Calm & Beautiful. With private beach as well as swimming pool.

Its a really beautiful hotel located in a very peaceful area of Bali, away from the crowds and traffic of the city. The service n staff are very courteous and really helpful. They also have a very well maintained private beach.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Grand Aston for 4 days. One note that the hotel needs to strictly implement 'no swim suit' prohibition for guests when using the pool. I saw kids and women using the pool without proper swim suit and when I asked the pool guard they said it is fine… unbelievable response! you have successfully turned it into a cheap pool!

A great seaside hotel. Rooms are quite old but still clean and tidy. Breakfast meals are delicious. The beach is also beautiful and you can walk from the beach to a sand island when the tides are low. Very pleasant stay.

Its happening, cozy and upscale hotel. Staff is nice, polite & courteous. Food is also delicious, pool by side & sea side are just amazing place to have romantic time. Great place to be fun.

Have not stayed at a better beachside resort. Honestly the only thing the hotel was missing was a spa bath. Staff were phenomenal, the treatments were wonderful, the gym was modern and clean and the poolside bar was a nice treat.

Excellent room, service, gym, and breakfast. The pool is nice but the water could have been cleaner. Ocean is warm and easily accessible with nice sandy beach but perhaps more suitable for those enjoying watersports than relaxation.

That you should undergo urgent pool, tiles broken, and at one point, where an underwater light was installed, yet the cable under water can be seen. Unfortunately very noisy Beach by water sports.
The adjacent accompanying Italian restaurant was very expensive, very small portions and the meals were still half raw.

Really good hotel. Rooms clean, big and well kept. Unfortunately, we had a room on the ground floor with a view on a wall. Nevertheless we probably felt very. Buffet breakfast was international, of the Asian noodle soup to the fresh bread rolls, it was all present. Class. Service very friendly and extremely helpful. Pool and beach could be maintained, a few more concerns. We can only recommend it. As a base for excursions to explore Bali, it is somewhat inconvenient in the extreme south west of the island.

A little expensive compered to other hotels of same era class nevertheless we enjoyed our stay facilities were good staff were excellent.

Very modest hotel for budget travellers wishing to obtain a minimal set of services (a bed in a room with air conditioning, toilet and shower with hot water), modest but tasty Breakfast for little money, while living in civilizovannom Rayong close to the beach (100m).

Everything about the hotel is great except for the poor beach quality of Benoa. However, Geger beach is just 20 minutes away by driving so it is fine.

I love this hotel view, a beautiful beach with direct access, so easy to swim or enjoy the warm of the sun, especially when its not tide, I can walk to the middle of the ocean. Amazing! Love the lagoon swimming pool with the best cocktails enjoyed from the Pool bar. My room was great. Got an ocean view deluxe, straight view to swimming pool and the ocean from cool balcony. The room itself is very spacious and the air con is very cold, I really need it during mid day, Bali can be so hot. The breakfast is ideal for me cause it has so many variety from sweets as bread, pastry, fruit pie, cereal, milk, fresh fruits, yogurt and great egg station where I can order my customized omelet. Not too mention bacon, sausage and salads, they serve coffee and tea too. Its too much for me but I love big breakfast. The staff is just friendly. They always smile and say hello and asking you doing, I feel smiling all the time. I would love to stay here again, soon I hope. I would recommend too to my friends.
