This was my third stay in this beautiful hotel. I stayed for a few weeks in January 2026. I am always made to feel welcome and very comfortable and the staff remember you each time you come back.

Very safe place with an excellent location, close to all the main sightseeing spots.

We stayed at Kings in November of 2024 and would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival to the property, we were greeted by Marcia who was very polite, friendly and professional. We were checked into our suite as soon as we arrived. Check in was quick and seamless.

The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean. There was a strong smell, (maybe paint? ) in room 202 which was not so good. The staff is friendly and responsive.

My mother and I stayed here recently, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The space was visually stunning, beautifully maintained, and immaculately clean — truly a breath of fresh air.

Really a nice play with many services and near from other places to eat!

Great ambience, excellent customer service. Our server Gabby was amazing and very helpful. However, a few things could be improved upon.

Stayed for 4 nights and it was a great experience. A comfortable place to relax. The room was clean, well air-condittioned, staffs were friendly, kind and helpful. Regular house cleaning.

I had an AMAZING stay in my apartment. It was very clean and conveniently located to supermarket and fast food chain restaurants. It is located in the heart of Georgetown.

I loved my stay here. My apartment was clean and cool. I did not know my way around the area very well there was always a friendly face to show me where to go.

Must stop by and enjoy the peace, professionalism, cleanliness, and location in proximity to town, east coast, west coast, and east bank.

Everything was provided and everything worked.

The rooms were clean, comfy, spacious, and air-conditioned, but the bathrooms need to be redone. It's decent for the money.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel! Really cool nature-esque vibe despite being located in the city, which I found unique. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Can easily walk out to Sheriff Street.

If you’re looking for close proximity to the city, well kept rooms and a bar under one roof, then Julian’s is the place.

I was there for 3 nights. You need to keep your expectations pretty low. This is the best option in the city, otherwise you need to pay $200’or more per night. The owner is decent.

I spent 9 days at the Aspire Hotel and I can not speak highly enough about the Experience, The hotel is very nice however the Owner, His Family and his staff is what made this such an amazing stay.

I travelled to Guyana in June of 2024 as part of a family reunion. I booked at the Pegasus however I was pleasantly surprised to see I had been upgraded to the new hotel and a suite.

The service, staff, and food were all wonderful, and the hotel even had a pool. It was also much more affordable than the overpriced and overrated Marriott.

Firstly, you get what you pay for, you pay for 3 stars, don't expect 5 stars, there is no lift, but the stairs are wide and easy to navigate and there are ground floor room options.

I just came here from Canada with my family and stayed at this hotel a few days ago. Im surprised with the bad reviews cause honestly it wasnt bad for me at all.

Has an odor when you enter … but I guess you get nose blind to it after a bit.

Nice clean hotel with a decent restaurant off the lobby. Can be a little noisy with car traffic, as there is a busy junction just outside.
