I stayed there last October for seven days. Regretfully my stay was not an enjoyable one. The breakfast was horrible, one egg fried and divided into two pieces with two slices of bread, we refused it. The water pressure was ridiculous, in the middle of shower, the water shuts off, we had to complain about how infrequently the rooms were cleaned and the linen changed. I definitely will not be staying there again or will I recommend it to anyone.

I booked because they were changing made to my flight and needed somewhere to spend my night I booked on August 31st and was given room 105. The room seems to be cozy and nice. Everything was clean, except for the bed. The sheet was tucked tight like it was clean and ready for someone. Once I opening the bed the first thing I notice was hair and the sheet was dirty. The sheets look like someone slept they and it wasn’t changed. I tried to get the receptionist, but no one was there because it was late.

Must stop by and enjoy the peace, professionalism, cleanliness, and location in proximity to town, east coast, west coast, and east bank.

I stayed here Nov/Dec 2023. Everyone I met at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. I am sure to stay here again on my next visit.

Nice place to stay. So comfortable. I though of moving out after three days, but ended up staying for a month. Price though on higher side… Never mind paying. Food service is bit delayed…

2nd time staying there. Except for 1 Receptionist everyone was awesome, the ladies in restaurant at breakfast, the housekeeping staff and the Security staff. However, breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up going to a restaurant 2 blocks away.

So far so good. Price is fine. Room is clean centre of town. Breakfast was excellent. What else do you think you need in a hotel? Nothing else thanks for everything.

Centrally located in Georgetown. Service was great. They have a generator when blackout hits, a plus.

Staff need to improve their attitude and communication skills. Training should be done to enlighten staff how to deal with issues that may arise.

Beautiful staff, great service and good food.
