Very graciois and helpful. I locked myself in the room and onto the balcony and they quickly unlocked my main door and the balcony door and essentially saved me in way less time than I assumed would be. Then when my ferry out of the country stood me up and I was stranded at 3 am. Upon arrival back they put into a room and found me alternate transportation with a more affordable and convenient service that picked me up from the location.
