We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment by the sea in Nikiti, Chalkidiki! The location is unbeatable just a few steps from the water with stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere.

First of all, the location is excellent. The house and yard are set away from the town, yet still not far from Nikiti (5 km) or Neos Marmaras (17 km). The beach is only 100 meters away.

So, to keep it simple — staying here this year was the best family vacation we ever had. :)

Exelent hotel that made our holliday very pleasurable. Rooms are clean and look very nice. Service is exelent, kind and willing to help. Hotel has an elevator which is a plus.

We booked this place back in 2020. We got an apartment; bedroom was separated from kitchen. Bedroom was spacious, but the kitchen was even bigger — it had 2 single beds and plenty of space.

We was stayed a week there in september 2018. The apartment was small, almost clean, but with old furniture, not very comfortable. There exist 3 free parking places.

The beach bar / restaurant had a good food variety and prices. The beach area was a bit cramped and noisy, but umbrellas are free if you order something. Great service.
