An excellent price-quality ratio. A nice villa with everything you need, where I spent 4 days with some friends.

Very helpful & hospitable hosts. Rooms are quite small but clean and tidy. The beach is 100m away. Nice parking. Beautiful garden.

We have been here, in June 2023 and we stayed 7 person in this amazing villa with all necessary.

Today, there is a very strong wind at the sea, and the beach is empty. Nevertheless, the hotel's pool, Dias, is a quiet haven. It's cozy and windless here.

I spent last weekend at the Hotel Dias for a couple days and I was really grateful and satisfied with the hospitality.

I totally recommend that amazing place for your holidays, it was a life experience for me and my gf, the see view OMG ❣️money totally worth it so I alrdy book it for the next month again! 🥂

Great apartment, right next to the beach, 20 m from the beach. It has a yard, it's very family friendly.

Wonderful set of studio flats in a great part of downtown Thessaloniki, surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes and all around options.

Clean rooms with everithing you need. Pretty view and with a wild beach near with crystal clear water. The location is very good as it is near to both Kallithea and Afytos — a 10min walk.

The place looks pretty nice (the view and the garden are amazing) but they need to pay more attention to cleaning and replace/repair the deteriorated stuff!

A lovely place, conveniently located close to the beach, stores, restaurants. The family who owns this are extremely nice and welcoming.

We stayed at Hotel Crown for 7 days this June with our young children, and it was an absolutely lovely experience.

My husband and I went on a holiday to Thessaloniki, and went on car rides whereever we felt like for the day.

The hotel is unique. The rooms are big, clean, tidy, and the terrace is large with a beautiful view of the sea.

The best accomodation ever… Mrs Eleni is so generous and gentle, she welcomed us with wine, juice and chocolates for the kids…

Big room with seaside sunrise view! Mrs. Fotini was really helpful and polite. The room was very clean and there was no equipment malfunction whatsoever. I greatly recommend!

Exceptional sea view, probably best view that one can get in Kallithea! Location is great. Accommodation is very close to the beach and biggest market place (Matsoutis).

I recently stayed at this studio hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are in excellent condition, very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need.

The place is wonderful. It's clean and lady is very helpful and sweet.

I'll start by saying my heart and mind are Greek, even though I'm from and live in the UK. The apartment owners Venia and Vangelis are genuinely very kind and thoughtful people with values of true

The apartments are large and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the gardens. Excellent facilities includinga well equipped kitchenette and really good water pressure for the shower.

Nice friendly but small hotel.
You get a good deal for the price.
The beach bar and the beach area are great, the entrense to the see is rocks, but the water is cristal clear.
