Very friendly staff and excelent service! And really nice breakfast! Loved it.

Friendly helpful staff — particularly the shuttle bus driver I had. Helped me feel safe as a female solo traveler.

Perfect location for various beaches, almost in the center of the city to get easy to restaurant's and stores, but quite when you go to bed.

Location, parking and cleanliness.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak, to the point that you could hardly take a proper shower.

The room was wonderful, the owner was very hospitable 🇽🇰

Beautifull place for families with small children.

An excellent place to stay! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The host is very generous and friendly, has offered important suggestions and information about the nearby locations.

Katerina is so kind, positive personality, willing to help, great host! :) Rooms are renovated, cleaning every day, clean towels and sheets every 2 days, new bathroom, air conditioning, nice terrace.

Beautiful, unique, and perfectly equipped for a wonderful holiday. The back garden with sunbeds and the balcony were the highlights of our stay.

The apartment is located in a unique location, right in the center. There is an incredible view from the terrace, which is wide and spacious. It is close to all restaurants and shops.

Our stay at Avatel Eco Lodge in May 2026 was absolutely wonderful. The whole place feels like a calm, green oasis — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for slowing down and relaxing.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had an excellent experience. The beach is beautiful, with calm and clear water to enjoy the day. The food was also a highlight, tasty and with plenty of variety.

We loved the location and the entire experience. The admins, Giorgos and Elena, are very kind, nice and friendly, offering support and guidance anytime. The cleanest location we ever saw in Greece.

Today we just finished our 10 nights stay at Joseph village and we have only nice words about the location. The room is very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

We were in 2024 in this wonderful accommodation in June. Everything is beautiful, clean. Rooms are cleaned every 2 or 3 days, now I'm not sure. Secure parking in front of the accommodation.

Wonderful memories, proud to have selected Arion Suites as host for our vacation. Excelent room, cleaning, quiet area, discreet and very kind host. All rooms have view to the beach.

If you plan your vacation or trip to Sarti this place is must. Alex and his wife are the best host. Rooms are big and always clean. Pool is great for adults and kids.

This hotel is not in Kastoria town it is a couple of km outside the town in the next valley. It is possible to walk into Kastoria town from the hotel and leave the car at the hotel.
