This family hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Kozani. We were very happy about the friendly service and the clean rooms. Good value for money. We might come back.

Great location in the centre of Kozani. Just a walking distance to the centre of the town. Parking available in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and warm. Old but well kept and clean.

Alios Gaia is a perfect place to stay.
We have already been there 3 times and hope to be there again. We feel there just as home — that is the best recommendation.

The villa is wonderful! The yard is green and beautifully designed with lawn, flowers and palm trees. There are both football and basketball playgrounds. The sea can be viewed from the porch.

We had a great time at Georgalas, peaceful stay at the beach. The restaurant meals are great and good price. The staff is very nice. Very good Wi-Fi and cleaning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty nice rooms in a beautiful area. Right next to the beach with a pool and bar. Food is also very good and not too expensive.

If you want to relax in quiet and very nice place, go there. It is not luxurious, but cozy and quiet, ideal for full recharge. Enough close to and enough away from Ouranoupolis.

I'm glad and thank us for being your guests. Our family is in an apartment. It had everything and it was clean. A large terrace, you could see the sea. Near the beach, maintained and a nice garden.

After the impressions settled, I can say that we are extremely satisfied with the accommodation and that we are grateful to our kind hosts for their hospitality. Cleaning was regular and thorough.

The house location is so good. Vicky was so helpfull about everything. House is so nice, we stayed 6 person and it was so good for us.

First time but best place in Kalithea. Everything brand new and clean like crystal. Perfect room with double bed, futon bed and also the owner brought folding bed too for kids.

Haus Niko Apartment offers a lovely and tranquil setting, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Perfectly situated near the sea, with shops and tavernas just a short walk away. The host is truly amazing!

We visited Haus Niko for the first time in 2012, then in 2015 and again this year. As always, it was fantastic, pleasant ambience, impeccable cleanliness and friendly staff!

Perfection in Every Way!
We visited Laguna Resort every single day during our stay in Greece, and honestly – it was perfect in every aspect!

We (me and my wife) had an amazing stay at the resort. Booking was easy using a famous app for that purpose. Arriving was smooth as there is a huge parking to fit all guest cars.

Everything was excellent. The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day, towels are changed every three days. The pools are also cleaned daily. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

The pools are AWESOME! Very well maintained, clean and very enjoyable! A cold one to cool off & a warm one to soak in… so cool!

This hotel is wonderful. Our first stay in Greece. The location was so pretty and so convenient. Very close to shops and beach.

Check-in was easy, rooms were clean and comfortable. The ground floor gardens are fantastic. Security is poor. The hotel doors are unlocked. An outsider could easily enter.
