Absolutely perfect stay! The room was spotless and well-equipped with plates, forks, and a large fridge—great for longer stays.

We were its guest for 7 nights this September. Clean and beautiful place. Every 3 days linen and towels changed. The host was so friendly and such short walking walks to beach and old center.

Location is very close to a church, shops and restaurants, as well as to the beach. Therefore is little noisy in the evenings and in the early mornings.

We stayed in 116 number room. Cost quality ratio was very good. Room is well designed and brand new in 2023. All furniture and other staff is practical.

This is an old hotel, yet appears to have been renovated and is quite beautiful, with amazing vistas of the village of Perivoli and the breath-taking surrounding mountainous area.

I liked the experience, very close to the beach, clean rooms, pattio, huge sliding doors and mosquito nets on the doors.

Nice guesthouse with basic amenities in the Old Town of Nikiti. The sheets are changed every 2-3 days. The host is nice and friendly.

This beach house is a true hidden gem. Just one minute from a private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas, it offers peace and quiet with very few people around — never crowded.

We’ve been there 2 weeks with our daughter. Such a beautiful place. Eva and her family are very nice guest hosts. The apartments are well equipped.
