Wonderful set of studio flats in a great part of downtown Thessaloniki, surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes and all around options.

The hosts are amazing, they made sure we had a wonderful time, the place is very clean and comfortable and the tavern they run serves delicious food, the dishes are big and very well prepared.

We had a very relaxing 8 night stay at Kopsis. Rooms are not very big, but that was not a problem at all because we spent days in nice yard and beach and nights on big terrace with great view.

Very nice hotel. The view of the sea is beautiful. The beach in front of the hotel, while it isn't really upclose to the water, It's still quite nice.

We spent 3 nights at this location (superior suite with sea view), everything was perfect. Very nice view, very nice crew, housekeeping after 2 days.

Very nice location. The beach was upfront but you had to walk by the road for about 100m. Which was very dangerous for the kids!
The beach was quite and the sea was perfect for the kids to play!

It is a wonderful place, I can only warmly recommend it. The host, Mr Nikos, and the other personnel are extremely friendly and forthcoming. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Olive bay is the perfect place for relaxing vacations. It's well equipped and only a few meters from the sea. I had a great time with my family.!

A really good place to spend some days with a family. The rooms are clean and the yard is nice to have a breakfast there. Close to the beach but the beach does not in a good condition with some trash.

Very well situated, close to the beach and near the bay with reataurants. The parking area is just across the road, the garden of the hotel is exceptionally.
