Vary clean and good service. The owner is nice, talkative and there for you. I advise on renting the deluxe apartments.

It was a very nice vacation overall.
What we absolutely loved:
— location close to beaches.
— big room.
— very sturdy bed.

Positive: The room was spacious, capable of easily hosting a family of 4. There was a kitchen but it was small, dark and felt very old.

They are not just a business, also a friend. And much more than classical Greek hospitality. Super clean place, in front of the sea, it it is like having your own beach. Quiet.

Everithing is ok. Studio is very nice and clen.
Great is that they clen rooms every 3 days. Position of studio is ok, because is very near beach and center.

The room is clean (every day cleaning), the host is very receptive, the view is the best — to the sea, Athos, pool (from second floor, room number 5), about 7-10 minutes to the beach.

Wonderfully located right on the lake at the end of the promenade, therefore, it is a quiet area without traffic. It is close to the modern and historical parts of town.

This hotel has a great location on the edge of the lake. That means to try to get a room at the front of the hotel so that you get to enjoy that view!

We enjoyed this peaceful area September and it was great. The food is first class.

We stayed 9 nights at Emi House. The accommodation was clean, beautifully arranged, and had a sea view. The yard was spacious, with plenty of shade — a perfect place to relax.

Amazing secluded beach, the place is great. In front of the houses there are some strange barriers between the bungaloos and fake grass which is not so good.

Komitsa Luxury Apartments is a hidden paradise for all ages with beautiful and well maintained grounds.

The view of the entire bay, which is revealed from the terrace, is amazing. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom, strong water pressure from the shower, which is rare in hotels.

Filipos is such a fine and awesome host. Caring and cool guy. The gouse is a few steps from the sea and Kalamitsi center where all the food is :) awesome!

Clean rooms, the owner is a pleasent and always ready to help. The apartment is very close to the beach (1 minute walking), so it couldn't be better. I recommend!

Fine establishment in a quiet spot of Maroneia. Very lovely people at the reception, decent breakfast, decent pool. When the AC stopped working all of a sudden, it was fixed in timely manner.

Beautiful spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, big veranda and backyard in a quiet area, near to sea if you are with a car. Great for children and pets. Coming again 😘

All was ok, Dimitrios is a good man, we had everything we need. 👍

Our stay in thehotel was great! Our rooms were not only clean but also spacious and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which added to our delight.

There arent breakfast and/or dinner. There is fridge in the room, but there arent kitchen or place where you can prepare food yourself. I saw barbeque in the yard but in my opinion it wasnt useable.
