A beautiful building. Very impressive and not just the look. The Cathedral also has a fascinating history. There, one can say only "wow". Really a miracle that he still is. Who has seen the unique masterpiece still not live, should quickly grab shoes and jacket and go jets.

I spent relatively more time examining the exterior of the church than its interior, those sculptures that seemed to follow me with their gazes when I was walking outside mesmerizing me more than the colorful windows within. If I were to return to Cologne in the future, I would definitely visit Cologne Cathedral again.

If you are in Cologne you don't get around the DOM (way is more practical right next to the main railway station ;) )
I find the building very fascinating, if one takes into account the size, age, and many of the details.

Beautiful and right there at Köln Hauptbanhof. Inside is breathtaking. Would recommend going on one of the nights when Nachtfever is on, a very beautiful experience.

A magnificent cathedral. The stairs that gathered all people and tourist just outside the cathedral is also a special scene at Cologne. Climbing to towers with kids on the very narrow stairs was fun; quite an exercise as well. It's worth it since you may be rewarded with a very good view of Cologne, the city, the building, the Rhine river and train bridge Hohenzollernbrücke, the sculpture, the bell, etc. There was guided English tour, but we did not attend due to schedule did not match with ours.

One of the most impressive churches in the world. The remains of the Three Wise Men can be found here. Stored in a beautifly ornated gold coffin. Great views from the tower.

"Kölner Dom" — one of Germany's most visited landmark… very correctly a "world heritage site". This magnificent architecture is historically rich so one needs to make sure he has time to explore it all. One thing to keep in mind here is that the climb up to the top can be a little exhausting and inconvenient because of the constricted staircase but the sight you behold once you are there will make you forget it all.
