Be sure to bring earplugs. Bathroom/shower a bit slippery. Be careful! Very good location and parking in nearby parking house is easy.

Friendly welcome, tidy rooms and clean. Unfortunately only not so easy to find, since address on the Internet is the staff entrance and which was in a very small narrow alley. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, however, you could sleep well, as windows are well dense.

This hotel has unfortunately come in the years. It is unfortunately not on the stand where the corresponding hotel is located in the surrounding area.
The location is really top! But that's not the key.
The room we were staying in was really creepy. The room was very comfortable and the shower was very comfortable.
On the note that the room was not rented in this state was only smiled… absolute impudence!

This place is in a courtyard with limited vehicle access. It looks and feels a bit dated in decor and fittings and could do with a refurb but it was alright for the one night. My bed was hard. Rooms are small. All have an ensuite and shower. Cleanliness level was accepable in my room however I heard guests at breakfast taking about problems they experienced. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was a buffet although the reception area used for it was too small. Food was reasonable. Overall it was ok for one night, but not much longer.

In the middle of the old town and yet quiet lying, that's the plus of the hotel! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The whole ambience is very simple, the staircase looks gambly. The breakfast room is so small that you have to wait in peak hours. None of this would have bothered us any further if we hadn't had to pay the insane price of 180 euros a night. At the price we expected something different!

I did not choose the hotel, the rooms were predetermined, because I myself would not have chosen this hotel. The rooms are mega small, the single bed was very well located and also tiny. The house is extremely noisy. The area I found not so beautiful, bit like old-Sachsenhausen, Old Knight's Alley in Frankfurt, who knows them. I had no towels, my room neighbor wanted to wash her hands, because she got wet feet because the sink was leaking. At the reception had called in by now six times, up to a ranking. It was a disgusting stuffy smell in the hallway and the rooms, you have to ventilate first. When you're airing, you can also live with you when people are on the outside. Another room neighbor on the ground floor had been down the shutters all the time. Sure is safe. The breakfast was surprisingly good for all the turbulence that one had experienced until then.

The breakfast is quite nice, the accommodation price is rational, of course the location is definitely good.

If I have to rate it. (Im not doing out of vast dissapointment, just being honest). Friendly staff and all, great location etc. However the hotel standard was more like a Hostel from the 80ies. Paperthin walls so you could hear the neighbors TV all night. Interior design from the 90ies. Had a large neon sign in my face so window shades had to be dark. The "Spa" was a jacuzzi and a sauna, common at your local gym, nothing "Spa" about it. As a business traveler for 2 nights, I was fine with it and enjoyed the central location, but from a rating view it was way overprised and not a place I would re-visit. Bye.

I made the reservation of single room with motive stay work. However, the room had a dwarf and no light table to be able to work decently. I had to go down to the Hotel Hall… As if it were not this much, the shower was under a staircase so you had to shower crouching… just regrettable that they can offer a room like this…

An expensive hotel, for the austere of the rooms. We booked a double for 2 people, then decided to travel one alone, and requested the change to a king or queen size bed instead of two beds. We were confirmed by mail and by phone, and when I got there I found a room with two small beds and an absurd layout.

Nice hotel, breakfast great, right in the centre. Elevator very small but otherwise for Cologne and the price really good. Found it to be relatively quiet for Cologne center, but can only speak for Mo-Mi and had room to the courtyard.
Television is limited possible and very poorly programmed. Well you're not in Cologne to look at the TV. Parking garage on foot 3 minutes and from the train station within 12 minutes walking distance.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Steps away from trams to and from Koelnmesse (just two stops away). Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Enjoyed our stay there. German breakfast was adequate and location was good (tourist area and close to river). Size of room was adequate (not large, but large enough for two people) and clean. Housekeeping did not replenish the glasses we used the day before, but otherwise no major complaints. The hotel staff (front desk and dining room) were pleasant and helpful.

I have better internet in Somalia. Incredibly overpriced. Disgusting customer service. Nobody greets you. Iron stained my shirt. Did I mention the horrible internet? It's basically a hostel with the prices of Ritz Carlton. Avoid at all cost.

Good location in the old Town lively and nice area full of restaurants and bars around. Spacious rooms but antiquated would ask for a refreshment. Non-existent soundproofing! Breakfast was very nice Courteous staff.

İt seems that i've found one of the best hotels in cologne having the optimum price — location — performance combination. Located in cologne city hall, close to rhein coast and metro station, nice and cute staff, descent breakfast. All in one in this place.

The room was very clean and a nice size. The room was on the warm side, but that is the only issue. The location is great as it is so close to the river and the Alter Markt just know that with that comes with noise from all the visitors to the area. That didn't bother me, but should be taken into account by those it may bother. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to keep our bags their prior to check in.

A place that for the strategic location Val well the requested price but, sorry, this is not a four star! Also, the double room they gave me is very small and the bed consists of two single beds and two mattresses that separate each movement.

And this time, as usual I chose the hotel in the city center. I didn't have any idea about ​​Cologne, except that I knew about its famous cathedral. When I arrived to the hotel I was surprised how hotel was centrally positioned. Almost the whole city, the Altstadt (Old Town), is pedestrian zone, and the hotel is situated at such place that everything can be visited on foot. In four days of our stay in Cologne we used transport only twice, from and back to the airport. The hotel is outstanding, clean, tidy, the rooms are quite comfortable, bathroom too, there is a mini bar in the room, television (which I never watch and I don't need it), there's really all you need for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly, breakfast is solid, I do't know what else to say except I recommend it.

In every respect, a recommended Hotel: single room-price for Cologne in this class for sure- lich once. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally Central location. For my future trips to Cologne, there to the Hotel Caprice is probably no Alternatives.

Perfect location: central and quiet. Convenient parking at discounted price. Good room, but aged bathroom. Shower definitely should be renovated, also it would be good to have shelf or holder in the shower cabin. Breakfast is average, they don't cook fresh fried eggs, you can only get a bit warm omelette. And the major disappointment is internet for a fee, I believe nowadays it must be affordable for a hotel to provide it for free.

All in all ok, but it should slowly areas to be renewed (for example, joints in the bathrooms, shower faucets, window joints, colors, etc). Breakfast and reception, as always, top.

This hotel is in a great location for staying in Cologne. Right next to a number of great restaurants. It is also a quick walk to the major sights and shopping district. The one downfall is that it is right next to bars/walkways were partiers are traveling later at night. You can shut out the noise with the rolladens, but our door didn't do a very good job of isolating the noise from the late night goers in our hall. This was really the only negative though. The staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. The rooms had everything you could need, although were a little hot. Overall worth the stay.

Our expectations were met. Near the Cathedral, the Rhine, cafes, metro. The location of the rooms facing the courtyard gave peace and quiet, and the proximity of the Elevator to the contrary. Convenient and close Parking. However, in a page of advertising at the need to specify the address of the Parking separately, so as not to make circles around the square, trying to enter the pedestrian area.
