We enjoyed our stay in your Berlin Hotel a lot. Especially as a family — my Mother, my Daughter and me we had enough space and all the supplies you we needed.

Our stay at Lulu Guldsmeden Hotel has been wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and we received a warm welcome from the reception staff on arrival.

I love the receptionists.
My boyfriend abd I were warm welcomed here.
They are very friendly, helpful and even allowed us to check in 2 hours early because the room were ready.

Rooms were of decent size, clean and well maintained.
Location was far enough from the centre to be quiet but easy access to the city transport links (tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn).

This hotel is located just opposite to the Berlin main train station so the location is very convenient. It is a modern tech savvy hotel where the check in and other processes are automated.

Stylish hotel and pretty decent service. Fantastic location.

So pleased we chose Hotel Kastanienhof for our recent 5 night stay in Berlin.

We had a wonderful stay! They staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent (as was the breakfast). They went out of their way to accommodate our family, including our toddler.

Best hotel in the city!

A very good hotel overall.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, big bed and a big, modern, shower.
The staff are very nice but perhaps a bit less helpful than expected from a five star hotel.

What an amazing room! So much space in 313. Big and comfortable bed. Big bathroom and superb quality shower. Housekeeping was great over the five nights spent here.

We had a nice, big room to the inner court which was very quiet. All was clean and well eqipped. The breakfast was very good, a rich selection of (few) warm and many cold dishes.

Very tidy & clean hotel, excellent rooms, friendly service however the bartender can learn a bit more about customer friendliness.

A really good place to stay in Berlin.

We had a brilliant time staying at this fabulous apartment. It’s really well equipped, ideal for family of five and the rooftop terrace really gave it the wow factor. Definitely recommend.

I was unwell and this hotel was so accommodating, thank you so much to the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms are nice and location fantastic. But the service really stands out.

Great location, good value for money (for Berlin). Good breakfast for a small hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Just be aware (as others have said) that the rooms are very dark.

Great week there.
Spacious rooms but terrible air conditioning system. The control system seemed to do nothing except emit a bright green light at night!

Absolutely amazing. Ideal location, beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom and most importantly, 24/7 sauna, with a lounge area, towels, water, showers, lockers.

The place is wonderful and very comfortable, the reception is very warm, the people are all smiling, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is in its best form.

We used this hotel for a school trip to Berlin this December and were extremely happy — probably the best hotel I’ve ever used for a hotel.

Huge fan of this hotel. Clean and tidy; a short hop to the centre and super helpful staff.

We went as three couples Mum & Dad with our two children & their partners. So three separate double rooms. The hotel is ideally situated to view the city.

Would stay again. Staff were exceptional. From check in to restaurant, bar staff etc they were all very friendly and helpful. Gave advice on public transport options.

The highlight of this stay was the staff. They were incredibly eager to please and proactive. Anything we asked for, they tried to provide.
The accommodation was large — definitely a big layout!

We stayed here with our 4 month old baby. The cot they provided was perfect.

Simply perfect! Very nice atmosphere well served and delicious food! For Christmas was well decorated!

This hotel is located in an area of Berlin called “Europacity”. It is a short walk from this hotel to Berlin’s main metro station. The staff was indeed cordial and friendly.

Modern hotel in a great location, right next to the central station. Friendly 24hr service at reception.
Rooms are fairly minimal but bed was comfy and bathroom was clean and modern.

I had a great time staying here. The hotel's location in the city center is absolutely brilliant, making it easy to explore Berlin.

Great location and staff! Many restaurants nearby, right next to the Spree, and easily walkable to many of the must-see sites of Berlin. Room was good for size but pretty basic for the cost.

Above all, it was very clean, and the automatic entry system at night was convenient.

Best value for money I know in Berlin. Rooms are more spacious than other hotels in this price range, and include kitchenette. Booking, check-in/out is very efficient.

Good food, nice ambience, evening offer is also good.

Good location, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. I can only recommend.
