Hotels in Tbilisi Region with Breakfast

The hotel is amazing, offering a very unique experience. The reception staff are delightful and consistently cheerful. My only suggestion would be for the breakfast staff to perhaps smile a bit more.

The stays goes well although the room service is poor and the stairs is tiring everyday, but the location is great.
Even I rate the hotel 3stars.

High recommended the hosts R too kind and the room was super clean and calm.
Near from “Arab street” wich u going to find the restaurants and cafes by walking just less then minute!.

Cozy, hospitable, quiet but well located, neatly kept with nice views from balconies, fresh coffee at breakfast… Flexible and client oriented.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a very conventional location. We loved the free breakfast —such a nice bonus.

Wonderful Hotel. Very reasonably priced and near some great restaurants. Close to shopping. Breakfast is more than fine.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and we thank the receptionist for her good treatment. The hotel is very respectable.

I had a great time at the hotel! The breakfast was yummy, the room was spacious and clean, and it's just a 20-25 minute walk from the center of Tbilisi.

Staff were very friendly, location was good. Room was comfy and had an authentic local vibe.

What an amazing place to stay! I ended up staying here for a week! Great location, good prices, amazing breakfast but most of all amazing service. Manager George really made my stay more special.

Great guesthouse (it is not really a hotel) in a lovely quiet location. The women who run it speak limited English but are very kind and prepare great breakfasts.

Great service, the host cooked us breakfast and was very kind and talkative, location is great since it’s close to sightseeings and restaurants (I recommend the Khinkali Bar No1 and Kneina).

Rooms were good, clean and spacious. Its situated right at the Liberty square, so location was nice too.

I'm giving this place 5* due to receptionists being awesome. We got there a bit early and they gave complementary early check-in (don't expect this as it was based on availability).

The staff at Hotel Genio were extremely friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Its complimentary breakfast adds a lot of value. Extremely happy with its value and will definitely stay there again.

Luxurious bed and linen. Nice rooms, quiet area, beautiful view from the terrace. We came here again after 5 years and did not regret it.

Overall, we had a good stay. A minor issue was that basic items such as toothpaste and a toothbrush were missing.

I want to comment about one of the hotel receptionist. I truly appreciate Giorgi Gachechiladze.

The location is wonderful, but the most important thing is to follow the owner's video instructions! The cozy courtyard is just steps from the metro and bus stop.

Great location, clean and spacious room. There's a washing machine and a kitchen in the basement.
No microwave in the kitchen. There were coffee bags, but no tea.

The hotel offers a modest budget accommodation. Opinions regarding the staff are mixed. The personnel responsible for breakfast are highly professional, humble, and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Pine Astoria Hotel. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding – the staff were always kind, helpful, and attentive.

One of the best maintained hotel. Very neat and clean property meticulously maintained by owner himself. Great location and supportive staff especially Anastasia.

Everything was great: rooms, location, staff and especially breakfast. Special thanks to Akop, the best host ever. See you again in Tbilisi.

We truly loved both Tbilisi and our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Its location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Old City.

Wonderful, highly recommended.
Staff are so kind and helpful.
Room is big and clean.
Close to everything.

Excellent! True Georgian hospitality. The best terrace in the old town of tbilisi with the best food in town!

We had a great stay at the hotel! The breakfast is great and room is clean. The best about the hotel is the amazing owner and his cute and extremely polite employees. We really enjoyed their service!

The location is amazing, right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The food is delicious, and overall the stay was excellent.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized.
Special thanks to Khatia, the Front Office Manager, for her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude.

The owner of the hotel and his wife are the nicest people in the world. We talked about how good they were from the beginning to the end of the holiday. They provided support for whatever we wanted.

Enjoyed our stay at this cozy hotel. Very centrally located to all the city points. Our host was very helpful and went out of the way to arrange early breakfast on our last day. Highly recommended.

IOTA Hotel Tbilisi absolutely nails the balance between smart design, comfort, and practicality.
The location is perfect.

The location is convenient, close to Liberty Square and you can go anywhere by foot (restaurants, mall, etc).
The room is a bit gloomy, AC wasn’t working which made it too hot.

I have been staying at this hotel for four days. Acceptable breakfast, respectful behavior of the staff, good and thorough cleaning daily, and most importantly the location of the hotel is excellent.

The staff 10/10 — very polite, kind and accommodating.
* Cleanliness 10/10
* Location 10000/10
* Breakfast 8/10
* Iron available for free.

Good afternoon) ) my husband and I are in Georgia for the first time, and to be honest, when choosing a hotel and location, we didn’t quite get it right, but we liked the hotel!

Super hotel to the historical center maximum 10 minutes.
Located in a quiet area of the old town.
Large assortment of breakfast, silence and very kind and helpful hotel staff.

Hotel is new, and was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was acceptable.

A brand new and modern hotel, about 10 minutes by car away from the city centre. All the staff members are so kind and helpful with the clients, giving all the needed information.

Our family of 6 loved our stay here! The spot was perfectly located! It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly! We slept good as well.

Great cosy hotel, at the best location in Tbilisi to explore everything on foot. At the ground floor of the hotel, you can find a handy exchange office, a supermarket and the best little bakery.

In the old town, convenient location. Hotel is in a renovated old building. Lobby is small, rooms are clean and spacious. Okay for a night stay.

Really lovely place. We enjoyed awesome food and magnificent view. The room is clean and location in old Tbilisi.

Family-run b&b with amazing homemade breakfast (sometimes with complimentary homemade wine or cha-cha) + you have a spectacular city view from (most of) the rooms.

İ want to describe our holiday in this family Hotel shortly. Excellent service… We stayed 3 nights. Owner Madam Manana made us great and delicious breakfast every morning.

I stayed at this hotel from December 5 to 7 and had a great experience.

Comfortable, clean, and a great value for the price. Anything you need—whether you ask for it or not—gets taken care of. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet, even though it’s right next to a busy road.

The location was perfect — close to everything and easy to access. The food was great, with plenty of delicious options, and the room was spotless and very well maintained.

Looking for affordable place here's where you need to be.
