Hotels in Tbilisi Region with Breakfast

I stayed at Swissôtel Tbilisi for my birthday, and I honestly had such a lovely experience from start to finish.

The Service: Incredible!
Management has done a fantastic job. Every staff member was polite, smiling and efficient.
The Vibe: Thoughtful design and well-planned rooms.
Food: Breakfast is amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it felt like home here and All the staffs were so nice and professional, so welcoming and caring and friendly.

Libretto Hotel in Georgia is a gem! The cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality truly make you feel right at home. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

One of the closest and most affordable hotels close to city centre. Not only it is conveniently located, it truly felt like you were coming home to your family and cozy, clean room.

Way better than 2 star, im in different country but im bored so I will rate this hotels in tbilisi. The ones ive been to. And ive been to a hundred. My family and job. And this one is amazing.

Im very impressed with their hospitality. Special thanks to Saba, the manager who went out of his way to help me retrieve my delayed luggage from the airport. Truly appreciated.

Stayed from Feb 21-25, 2026.
STAFF: all are Very accommodating and Kind and they are very nice to my daughter so thats a PLUS POINTS.
LOCATION: 100% near to tourist spots in the city.

I had such a wonderful stay at Orden Hotel Tbilisi that I genuinely didn’t want to leave.

I love this place — it’s clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff.
I always stay here whenever I visit Georgia.

If you're looking for a cozy atmosphere and high-quality service, this hotel is the best choice. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, both at reception and during breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, there is a Georgian restaurant in the building as well.
Clean rooms, reasonable prices.
Recommend!

The best thing is the staff. Manoli os amazing. Is not a luxury hotel for the prize that it has but the good vibes are great.

The location is great.
One issue is that the price at the reception was slightly higher than on Booking app, which is very strange.

Good value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Manna! Thx.

Was great, all the team as helpful as kind.
Great view from the balcony and incredible place – mta tzminda.
Everybody who want find the peaceful area in the center it's nice choice.

First of all I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. It was very aesthetic and nice place. The breakfasts are not good in Tbilisi at all but the our breakfasts in this hotel were great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay!
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding — the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional.

The rooms were very dust. The location is good but it must be due to the general construction in Tbilisi.

The Best view in the city!
Recommend Executive rooms!
Always will come back…
Service is perfect!

Garik, the receptionist, is a role model for all receptionists: courteous, polite, and friendly.
He even offered to upgrade our room, and we stayed in a two-room suite for the same price!

Very excellent, clean, quiet, and the rooms are spacious. The only problem with Booking. Com is that breakfast is included, but the accommodation told us that there is no breakfast.

We weren’t in the hotel but at “the grill” restaurant. The service was above and beyond, the food and drinks were incredible and everything was too perfect and amazing!

First and foremost — location! Right on the Rustaveli ave, minutes from the Freedom square.
Second — service. We had some minor issues during our stay that had been addressed smoothly and nicely.

Wyndham grand tibilisi Excellent hotel, right in the city center, good breakfast. We received excellent service from all service providers.

We, a team from Qatar, had an amazing stay at Wyndham Grand Tbilisi. The staff made us feel completely at home with their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.

Clean facilities and nice receptionist. Thanks 😇I liked the historical atmosphere. It’s like stepping back in time.

…
The main disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no elevator on the 3rd floor. We carried the suitcases with the sister ourselves… the steps are high. Young, skinny hotel workers work.

A very quiet, atmospheric place. Cozy, well-equipped rooms. Incredibly delicious breakfasts! Gorgeous views of the city!

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Staff were very accomodating and provided detailed instructions for us to check in after reception hours. Would definitely recommend!

The room was nice but the sink drain had a missing part and wasn't fixed. The service was kind and nice but not professional. The location is OK but the hotel is on a hill and you need to climb up.

I love it. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice with great Internet. But, my favorite part was the breakfast 😋. I highly recommend this inn.

The location is excellent. All key tourist sites are a 5-15-minute walk away. The street is picturesque.
There's no air conditioning in the room, which is a problem in 94-degree weather.

The location is right in the city center; I was able to check in late at night—the hostess was always available; the room overlooks a beautiful, picturesque Tbilisi balcony; you can pay in cash upon

Spent 4 nights here in summer of 2024, had a private room with bathroom. The bed was a bit hard and the room design isn't the best but there is enough space for a couple.

Had a lovely stay here, host is super friendly the rooms and facilities are always clean. Super comfy beds. Comfortable couches in the common area. And in a very central location, Highly recommended!

I am a Vietnamese guest, I stayed at this hotel for 20 days in April-May 2024, in holiday week of Georgian. We really miss and love the host and also her family.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The location could not be better, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and staff were helpful and service minded. Highly recommend!

Really liked this hotel. It’s right in the city center, so everything was close by. The room was neat and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. Good choice if you’re staying in Georgia.

Amazing place, food and great people. Highly recommended and prime location.

One of the best international hotels I’ve ever stayed in. 🌟 The service is truly VIP, with luxurious rooms, excellent security, and an incredibly friendly and professional staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Spent 3 nights at Paragraph Tbilisi with my mom, and this was honestly one of the most beautiful and memorable stays we’ve had.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made me feel truly valued as a guest. Every moment of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and every detail made my visit special. We would definitely love to come back again.

Facilities and location are great.
The heater is not working well so they gave us another one, bath is dirty. There are facilities for Muslims and breakfast is pretty good.

It was in a great location, the table and mirrors wasnt clean, the bed was soft and clean. In general it was a good hotel. The hosts have good behavior. Breakfast was complete and delicious.
