Hotels in Tbilisi Region with Breakfast

A good hotel close to the city center (about 10-15 minutes). It may need renovation, but it's perfectly for people who are actively spending their time.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, Eleni went out of the way to make us feel like home. Walking distance to center and very clean. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Tiblisi.

Wow this is one of the best places. I’ve actually stayed at the Couple working here that owns this hotel is super super lovely so helpful and they are just amazing.

Nice hotel and very welcoming and friendly hosts.

The location is close to the metro and railway station, very convenient in terms of transport, there are also a lot of bus stops. There are many shops, banks, exchange offices and a market nearby.

The hotel is within walking distance — no more than 7 minutes — from the train station, which fully met our wishes. It is located in the back of the courtyard, but is easy to find.

Cozy hotel room is normal have refrigerator and TV and dinning table. Have daily cleaning. Staff friendly but speak English not well. Hotel have elevator and don’t have parking.

The hotel is in a quiet area of Tbilisi, one minute walk from the river. In the area it's easy to find several stores and pharmacies.

Very nice boutique hotel near the heart of Tbilisi. The hotel is small but offers all the amenities of a large hotel. It also serves as a good base for trips around Tbilisi.

Amazing boutique hotel! The owners are incredibly kind and hospitable, always ready to help with anything you need. The rooms are clean, new, and very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the very beginning.

Very close proximity to train station and shops. Room was comfortable and host was very friendly. Very close to airport 15mins by taxi.

We were happy living in this apartment! The apartment is spacious and located in a quiet area just a few minutes from the center. Special thanks to Soso — he made our visit unforgettable.

Cozy hotel. Very polite staff. Convenient location, 10 minutes to the metro.

Amazing.
The rooms are very clean and specially the staff is toooo much respective.
I loveeeee and I recommend.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel staff were super nice, especially Misha who was very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Hotel. The reception staff, especially Mr. Misha, was very kind and attentive. The rooms were clean, the staff was always helpful, and housekeeping came every day.

The manager was great and went out of his way to help us. A true gentleman. Great service.

We stayed for 2 nights. We were very pleased with everything. The hotel is in a quiet street and very close to the center. You can walk everywhere. Luka is a very good hotel owner.

We visited Tbilisi in Sept 2021 and stayed at the Old Tbilisi rooms. We had a 1 bed apt, the apartment had mini fridge an additional sofa bed and a piano and an open terrace and a balcony.

I strongly recommend Old Tbilisi Rooms 38. The hotel is well-located, so you will be able to easily reach all the main tourist destinations.

The team at the hotel is excellent and loving, especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Professionals and so kindly.

Big like to Maryam the waiter on the breakfast ♥️🫶🏻

Excellent hotel.
There were 5 days.
I'll start with the location — on 4. Near Shota Rustaveli Street, along it you can reach all the attractions.

We stayed here for three weeks as part of our roadtrip. It was wonderful. Nato makes everything possible and can tell you a lot about Georgia and the Caucasus region as a whole.

Great place to stay! Well-arranged private rooms, utilities, comfortable beds. Very close to major Tbilisi attractions.
The hosts are awesome!

It was super and great Hotel nice and friendly stuff so clean Hotel recommended strongly.

Very pleasant stay. Views are on the another level.

The hotel's location is fantastic; you're right in the heart of the city!

Staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. My phone cord charger broke and one of the members of the team leant me his charger on several occasions!
