A beautiful place and a beautiful stay. Everything is available. The treatment is nice. It is worth trying.

Wonderful place, amazing view. Small but comfortable with places to chill down.
There's kitchen, small pool and good Wi-Fi.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's Green House! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Alexander went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit.

Great place! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay + two swimming pools.

We are from India and We were in Batumi for 4 days in 1st week Aug'25. Booked 'Feel Georgia' villa for 9 of us group.

The place is 7 minutes away from the beach. It's a villa where you can rent a floor. It's clean, has three rooms, a small kitchen, and one bathroom with a bidet.

We visited this place with our kids and friends and enjoyed very much. Very clean and cosy.

Great, cozy cottages in heart of adjarian mountains👌 very high quality equipment inside, everything is very designed and stylish! hospitality 100% recommended!

This is the only place you should stay in all of Batumi. Very private apartment on the top floor with a beautiful terrace, sun all day, a small pool, what else can you want.

Close to city center, shopping mall, restaurant and the beach.

It was a wonderful New Year holidays! Best Christmas in Batumi. Thank you to Banana Apartments for placing us in a room on the 28th floor with a sea view.

The hotel is located in a newer district of Batumi, which is less busy and noisy compared to the city center. It is near the very nice park.

Great stay with exceptionally friendly staff and clean rooms. Received a complimentary breakfast during our stay. Rooms are well maintained.

I needed a hotel near the airport for just one night, and this place was perfect for that.

I recommend you to stock up on mosquito repellent before visiting this hotel.

I am now in Batumi. I want to book this place for July 22nd until July 23rd. We are two people.

If you’re looking for a cozy, clean cottage in the middle of the greenery this is the right place you’re looking for.
The cottage is amazing with a mesmerising view.

Our vacation at the hotel was simply unforgettable! The hotel impressed us with excellent service, cozy rooms and a breathtaking view of the sea. The pool and on-site restaurants were also top notch.

In fact, the best guest house in Kobuleti, beautiful, new, well-kept, with hospitable hosts. Swimming pool and new rooms are a plus!

Highly Recommending. Very beautiful views from terraces. House is located up to the mountain close to the Black sea. Very comfortable design. Swimming pool is most amazing thing in the house.

We rested with our family in a house with a sauna. The house is clean, there is the necessary utensils, barbecue, skewers and a grill for cooking.

The place is an hour and a half away from the city center, and the road is very exhausting and annoying. There are no services nearby, which is not expected.

What can I say about this hotel! It was truly an amazing journey that fulfilled me & my family. We will remember it forever. This area is considered as a quiet and relaxing area.

Everything was just perfect, stunning view, friendly, fast and caring stuff. Would definitely recommend.

The cabin is really great, one of the best experiences you will ever have, and the cabin owners are very nice and they keep sending messages to check on you.
