Hotels in Ajara with a Pool

A Bright, Self-Sufficient Studio Experience.
Really enjoyed the modern vibes and the functionality of the room. The kitchenette is a game-changer, allowing for complete independence.

Great service, great location, the location is very nice and beautiful, thank you very much vip class.

The hotel is perfectly located – quiet, with a wonderful view from the window (the balcony overlooked the sea). It's close to the sea, and the beach isn't crowded.

First of all, I would like to mention the hotel managers Dmitry and Alexandra. The guys are just great, always and in everything they try to meet you halfway.

Excellent hotel! Great location, wonderful staff. The rooms are comfortable: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. Meals 3 times a day, which was important for our family, and they cook very tasty.

I was on holiday with my mother at the Palermo Hotel in early August 2025 and from the very first step, in the lobby, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.

Hotel is located on thr main street and its easy to find. Rooms are large and have enough space for families. You will find all the necessary items in the room.

Location is the best, 2 minutes walk to beach; staff — amazing, friendly and smiling; pool — very clean; rooms — very big and comfortable with balconies; food — the BEST georgian food and very

The reception staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room was very comfortable and well-designed; it was a shame we were only staying one night.

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. Its a brand new hotel. The rooms are clean and good. Bathroom is clean and modern.
The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti.

Kobuleti ghetto ahah, Rustaveli street ends here.
Pros:
Not many people on the beach, quiet.
The minibus takes 10 minutes to get to the center, this is where it makes its final stop.

Very good hotel the owner is very kind and caring the hotel is in a good place the main thing is that it is quiet and convenient for rest I recommend to everyone.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The owner of the hotel met us at the railway station and gave us a tour of the area along the way. Nice room with a beautiful sea view.

We stayed at this hotel during a cycling trip. Friendly and sociable owner. Everything is clean and tidy. The bicycles were placed in the garage. In the morning we were fed a delicious breakfast.

Გ Pleasure! Here's another one:
I had a great time at the hotel I visited. It had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The design was stylish, and everything was well organized.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I absolutely loved. It was very clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

A magical place, once you get there, you will return to it again and again.
Picturesque place, huge pool with clean water.
You can relax with your family or a large group.
Service is top notch!

Everything about this place is perfect.

First of all, this is the best place to live if you have a family. It is enough that the owner is a Gulf citizen. The location is excellent in my opinion, close to almost everything.

Excellent hotel, my wife and I were very pleased, the staff is very hospitable, the hotel has a very tasty hookah, I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax 👍👍👍👍

Convenient location, quiet center, windows overlook the main street, but there are almost no cars driving, you can sleep with the windows open.

Ideal location! Old town, narrow streets…
The rooms are old but clean.
There was no TB, they gave it at the reception.
Wifi is available.
There is a bank branch and 3-4 cafes nearby.

The location is very good if you want to stay in New Batumi. The service is also very good. I stayed here for 3 nights, breakfast options were also good enough. Boulevard is just 5 mins walk.

This hotel deserves a higher rating — it’s utterly fantastic all around.

Another fantastic Marriott hotel. Clean, well located. Good parking. The reception gave me a warm welcome with the young Luka and helped me to get around.

I am a regular at the spa. It has a fine view of the Black Sea. The sky-light roof over the pool gives a grand view of the Coutyard Marriott touring above. The pool is big enough for laps.

We got to pollux late night the crew was very nice. The rooms are excellent the bed the AC and bathrooms all very clean and comfortable. R.

Great hotel, great people. Check in at 3:00 in the night was no problem. Private parking lot. Very helpful. No stress at all. Thank you.

Very comfortable to stay. The apartments have everything you need. High-quality room cleaning, change of towels. What I especially want to note is the location.

I wanted to give a special shout out to Jake the Guest Service Manager Orbi City Apartments in D Block. From the moment I checked in he was so cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

I recently stayed at the Next Green Apartment and was thoroughly impressed by the experience.

The room has a full kitchen, a washing machine. We had a sea view. We really liked the room, it was clean. Great closed parking. The reception staff was very responsive.

I’m a little bit confused, generally was clean in whole hotel, breakfast was enough, but swimming pool…. In pictures look really nice but when you go there, something should care a little better.

This hotel is a 20-minute taxi ride from Batumi centre. It is a small hotel with a very small pool. That said, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was fantastic.

I really liked it — it’s a unique hotel with a peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, a pool, and more 👏 10/10

This is the finest hotel in the city, as I experience a sense of comfort and familiarity here. The interior is both cozy and aesthetically pleasing.

WARNING! By ordering here dishes, be prepared to buy a larger clothing!

I rested in this hotel from 07/09 to 07/18/2024. Guys, you can’t find a better place on the coast.

Clean hotel. Everything is delicious. The owners are very friendly and contactable people. Close to the sea. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

I have the most pleasant impressions and memories from my holiday in Georgia and from the hotel in particular. We vacationed with our family in 2021.

Awesome place to stay, clean, nice and comfortable.

I just don't understand the overly enthusiastic reviews. Overall the hotel is excellent, new, clean and tidy, nothing to complain about.

Orbi Sity 7A Hotel is a 3-minute walk from the beach. The room was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and light. Its owner Evgeniy reacts immediately and answers all questions that arise.

There was a scam with the reserved room and Ostrovok and Evgeniy found me and the children a room in Orbi on the 32nd floor — we were very happy, we lived for a week, everything was fine.

Nice rooms and value money, all rooms having sea view.

Nice apartments with a gorgeous sea view. The apartment had everything except a stove and a washing machine (minus 1 star for this).

I’ve been staying at White Sails for a few months, and here’s what I’ve noticed so far—the things that stand out to me and actually matter in day-to-day life.
First, the reception is super responsive.

I've been living at White Sails for the past three years. It has a large and clean area where you can walk around and enjoy time near the swimming pool.
