Wonderful hotel! Friendly staff! Wonderful location! We were very pleased with the choice of this hotel.

The good thing about the hotel is that from any room there is an excellent view of the sea, fresh air and quite quiet.

It so happened that the second time in Batumi we stayed in the same area, literally 200 meters from the previous place. Our stay here did not start very well. Dream Land was not easy to find.

Perfect. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are clean, simplistic but have everything you need.

The beach is big and surrounded by mountains ⛰️ Someone is renting chairs and umbrellas and there is no place to shower.

Just walk for 3-5 minutes and then you can get the public transport (bus).

The price is more than affordable, the rooms have all the amenities, and the view from the balcony is stunning. But the infamous ELEVATORS have the potential to ruin a person's holiday.

The place is accessible to many attractions including the Black Sea, The famous statue in Batumi, most beautiful McDonalds and many more. It has a supermarket just across the road near the entrance.

Excellent room with a very good view on the 21st floor right in the city center. Elevators, of course, are a pain, because the building itself is 50 stories high and there are a lot of people.

Love this place. Beaitifull yard, pool, u can order some food. Seeside is not close, bit ot worth it.

Nice, quiet hotel within walking distance from the sea. There are all kinds of shops and places to drink and eat around. The room has a shower with toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator and safe.

City Hotel was 'Home away Home' for us during our short stay there. The people working there are so kind and helpful. Considerably rooms and food are good.
