Cheap hotels in Ajara

We spent the night with a motorcycle tour, we liked everything, new hotel, picturesque place near the river. Helped with some minor repairs. Special thanks to Maxim and Violetta for their hospitality.

I stayed for a few days to relax in nature. I chose this hotel at random.

Stayed here for three weeks as part of a local archaeology project. The Malakmadze family were absolutely outstanding hosts and had such a special kind of hospitality.

Brillaint location as it has the bus stop right beside it. Has some of the best wine I've ever had with the most wonderful family who were ever generous and kind.
. Highly recommend!.

A soulful hotel for a holiday in Batumi.
Location close to all attractions. 5 minutes from the sea.
15 minutes walk to the coast. I advise.

It is beautiful and the service is very good and the attention to all visitors deserves 10/10

Its a great hostel in batumi, from service, location and everything is perfect. I love it ✌🏻

Excellent hostel with the most amazing host that we could have asked for in Batumi.

The price-quality ratio is very good. There is everything you need to live, you can cook, the kitchen is equipped, there is a refrigerator, electric stove, a set of dishes.

Ideal location, balcony with city view. I recommend. Clean room and toilet and nice decor.

Very edgey. The dogs barked all night. If you arrive late, there is no hot water. But there is parking. For us it was a +.

Great accommodation with very helpful host! The hotel has a very good location, close to the beach, the center and many attractions in the area.

New beautiful block, spacious hall. Exit to the Alley of Heroes.
Clean and comfortable apartments.

New block! The hall is very beautiful! Exit to the Alley of Heroes. The view of justice is excellent. It's absolutely beautiful in the evening! 😍

I recently stayed at this place and I want to share my honest experience. I visited with my friend for the weekend, and honestly, if I had more free time, I would have stayed even longer.

Great place! The view is magnificent. The host is very friendly and hospitable, we tasted the wine that they make themselves and it was one of the best wines I had.

Very friendly and helpful owners! Thanks for the ride!

Large, clean and bright family rooms with all necessary amenities, with very comfortable furniture.

Very good location. It was very quiet and super clean. Easy walk to the seaside.

Very hospitable hosts. Cleanliness in the rooms and on the floors. The sea is nearby. Free admission. Awesome veranda at any time of the day.

This is the only place you should stay in all of Batumi. Very private apartment on the top floor with a beautiful terrace, sun all day, a small pool, what else can you want.

Very nice hosts, very nice place! Great location!

I liked it very much, kind and polite hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, the sea is within walking distance, I will definitely come again, I recommend it :)

Cozy, comfortable. A place where you want to return! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥰🥰🥰

The hotel itself was perfectly all right, but the location was a bit on the dodgy side and the passcode was written all over the keypad in scratched‑in clues, so not exactly Fort Knox.

We stay for 3 nights. They communicate well, we havent faced any problem. Me and my friends are obsessed with cleanliness, and it was really clean.

I don't normally write many reviews but the service here was very good. That's why I'm going to give my own opinion. First of all, I stayed here for 2 days.

We were very impressed with Madonna and her kind helpfulness. When it came time to sign the papers, the in-office lawyer made the process easy and stress-free. Good experience all around for us.

We express our deep gratitude to Elizabeth for two transactions carried out at the highest level (sale of apartments in Guru Status and purchase in Orbi City).

Great studio. Spotlessly clean and tidy. There is everything you need.

I needed a hotel near the airport for just one night, and this place was perfect for that.

I recommend you to stock up on mosquito repellent before visiting this hotel.

Amazingly tasty food, friendly staff and wonderful Spa, full with ayuverdic magic☀️Especially recommending to try Shirodara-true magic of Ayuverdic mystery.

"out of this planet" experience! place where everybody can enjoy summer hollidays wheather he/she is 5 or 85. Excellent service, glorious garden, thoughtfull amenities and simply the best ❤❤❤

Very beautiful view from the window. You won't find anything better. It’s worth considering that it’s a 20-minute uphill walk from the sea.

My husband and I vacationed there in August-September 2025. The hosts were very welcoming and warm.

We stayed here in August-September 2025. The place is amazing… Comfort, hospitality, service, delicious cuisine!

Super host and guesthouse with gorgeous views. The host is super helpful, with fantastic positive energy. Very nice location, close to eveeything but in the nature.

I highly recommend Rima's guesthouse. Rooms are tidy and nice. It has balcony with exceptionally beautiful views. Hosts are very friendly and lovely.

Their rooms were very clean and beautiful and they welcomed us with a smile.

Nice place.

Good hotel. Rooms are clean with everything you need for a long stay, there is an option for laundry. Also there is a good restaurant.

Best location with the best city view. Service was fantastic, staffs are very friendly and attentive.
Definitely will visit again while I am in Georgia. Highly recommended.
