Cheap hotels in Ajara

This is a cozy guest house, with amazing Georgian hospitality, hosting guests.

Amazing place, found it by accident.
Very cozy, everything is green, hospitable hosts.
It turned out that a scene with 12 chairs with Pugovkin and Etush was filmed here.

What a stay! The view from the balcony directly facing the Black Sea was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that was pure magic.

Although my Georgian experience is average, but visiting to this apartment, made my remaining two days in Georgia.

Kobuleti ghetto ahah, Rustaveli street ends here.
Pros:
Not many people on the beach, quiet.
The minibus takes 10 minutes to get to the center, this is where it makes its final stop.

Very good hotel the owner is very kind and caring the hotel is in a good place the main thing is that it is quiet and convenient for rest I recommend to everyone.

I took my wife on a date to a wine tasting at the amazing wine cellar of the Marani Hotel.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to the owner, Vazha, a truly exceptional person.

We stayed at the hotel in September. It's a great hotel. The breakfasts are delicious. The restaurant is excellent, the food is delicious, the portions are huge, enough for two to eat.

Cozy, family-run, old hotel. Photos of old Batum. The past blossoms into a bygone era. If you need gloss and style. This is not the place.

Perfect location. Nearby and walking distance to the central. The rooms are classic. Breakfast was served in the dining. Only thing is that the Wi-Fi service is intermittent.

Convenient location, quiet center, windows overlook the main street, but there are almost no cars driving, you can sleep with the windows open.

Ideal location! Old town, narrow streets…
The rooms are old but clean.
There was no TB, they gave it at the reception.
Wifi is available.
There is a bank branch and 3-4 cafes nearby.

Perfect location, walking distance from the centre and the beach. Great breakfast, the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly.

We’ve had an amazing stay, breakfast was delicious. I really recommend it!

Great hotel. Communication via WhatsApp is excellent. All issues were resolved so quickly that they simply did not have time to appear.

Hotel lifetime is located in the centre of Batumi, close to the Central Park and between two main streets. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

WARNING! By ordering here dishes, be prepared to buy a larger clothing!

We lived as a family with a small child. Price and quality 👌🏻
The room is cozy with a balcony where we enjoyed breakfast. You can prepare meals in the shared kitchen, which has everything you need.

Great place. Very caring owners. Clean and comfortable.

Nice place with friendly hosts, tasty restaurant. Bus stop and small shop are near the hotel.

Wonderful location, wonderful hosts, delicious cuisine, normal prices, we ordered pancakes with honey, pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausages, dumplings, julienne.

Stayed here for a night — triple room.
It is located right next to the city's main sights — all at a walkable distance.
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Thanks for the owner's hospitality and kindness. This is a good place especially for solo travelers. It is so close almost every center in batumi.

-We got a free upgrade.
— Very kind personnel.
-Clean room.
— Comfortable bed.

Not my first time, its very good location, and the people on the reception are great.

Nice rooms and value money, all rooms having sea view.

Nice apartments with a gorgeous sea view. The apartment had everything except a stove and a washing machine (minus 1 star for this).

We vacationed in Georgia for the first time in mid-August 2025, driving from Belarus with our family and two children.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2025, the owners are very welcoming and hospitable, they helped with everything and even solved many issues, for which we thank them very much.

We are very satisfied with our choice to stay at this hotel. Location — in the center of Kobuleti, the sea is almost nearby, shops and restaurants in neighboring buildings.

We stayed at this hotel from July 16 to July 30. The hotel is located in the center of Kobuleti, opposite the city hall. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea.

Many different accommodation options from a small house to a room in a large building, there is a swimming pool and food. Third line from the sea.

I didn’t live in the hotel itself, but we played table tennis and billiards nearby and also went to their bathhouse.

Nice accommodation, everything is sufficient, but a little would be enough, it would be a top-notch… a lamp, a glass, etc. (Little things that are missing)

Amazing breakfast! Friendly hosts! New modern hotel! Good location!

Cool place! Quiet, very responsive owners, reasonable prices, cool view. Thank you, Tengiz and Maya!

Super hosts! Thank you for your openness and closeness 😊

We spent a night with our family and children. The location is close to Batumi. We were absolutely delighted with our stay! We're so glad we chose this hotel.

Very cool place, beautiful and quiet.

City Hotel was 'Home away Home' for us during our short stay there. The people working there are so kind and helpful. Considerably rooms and food are good.

Nice hotel with breakfast! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is everything you need; not every hotel has toothbrushes and toothpaste, but here it was a pleasant surprise!

The building is on the seashore, we previously thought from the photo that this was the only tall building in the area, but it turned out that this area looks like a Dubai impersonation.

A truly unique property with the most gracious owner I have ever met. 11/10!

A pleasant guest house in a very pleasant suburb of Batumi. Hospitable hosts, neater rooms, gorgeous views.

Very hospitable hosts! Quiet street, close to the beach.

A homely, cozy hotel. The hotel owners are good, caring people, always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable.
