We vacationed in Georgia for the first time in mid-August 2025, driving from Belarus with our family and two children.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2025, the owners are very welcoming and hospitable, they helped with everything and even solved many issues, for which we thank them very much.

Decent hotel for a short stay… breakfast is bad nothing great. Just the location is good.

Good location. The beach is 10-15 minutes walk. Nearby are shops, restaurants, cafes. The room is clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning and towel change. Friendly and welcoming staff.

We are very satisfied with our choice to stay at this hotel. Location — in the center of Kobuleti, the sea is almost nearby, shops and restaurants in neighboring buildings.

We stayed at this hotel from July 16 to July 30. The hotel is located in the center of Kobuleti, opposite the city hall. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea.

A very nicely run hotel. It's tricky to find the entrance. There's a large parking lot behind the hotel, unguarded and unfenced.

Clean, excellent rooms. Cozy courtyard. Wonderful hostess.

Hotel Estinia is truly a wonderful place to stay! We arrived very late at night, around 12am, but the staff greeted us with such warmth and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free.

We rested from September 3-9. Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. Over 6 days, the room was cleaned three times, bed linen and towels were changed.

I liked the location, cozy and quiet place. Here you can taste the best wine for free and buy it.

Super cheap. Quiet place. We received wine as a welcome gift. Not far from the sea. Shops are nearby. Each room has air conditioning. The owner is a very attentive and friendly person.

We stayed at the guest house on August 7-9.
The guest house is located on a mountain, the road to it is very steep, you should take this into account if you are traveling by car.

It is located right next to the city's main sights — all at a walkable distance.
There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Thanks for the owner's hospitality and kindness. This is a good place especially for solo travelers. It is so close almost every center in batumi.

The food was simply amazing. The service was excellent. The location was comfortable. We were pleased with the cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort. In short, we had a great time.

We went to Emeg for food, it was the most delicious meat in Batumi 👍 Ordered different kinds of kebabs (barbecue) all were beyond perfect 🤩 Soooo tasty!

The property is located in central Batumi so the location is very convenient. Friendly lady at the check in gave us a warm welcome, the room looked like in the pictures and had everything we needed.

Very comfortable studio with kitchen and utilities to cook simple meals. Bathroom is no smell and still dry after showers. Very friendly host allow me to use washing machine.

What a stay! The view from the balcony directly facing the Black Sea was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that was pure magic.

Although my Georgian experience is average, but visiting to this apartment, made my remaining two days in Georgia.

Pros:
Not many people on the beach, quiet.
The minibus takes 10 minutes to get to the center, this is where it makes its final stop.

Very good hotel the owner is very kind and caring the hotel is in a good place the main thing is that it is quiet and convenient for rest I recommend to everyone.

Wonderful location, wonderful hosts, delicious cuisine, normal prices, we ordered pancakes with honey, pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausages, dumplings, julienne.

Exceptional, safe and quiet family hotel on the top of the mountain with terrific view to Batumi from the windows. Just in neiborhood with Botanical garden. Mountain air, absolutely no moscitos.
