Cheap hotels in Ajara

A wonderful hotel for a holiday. A personal huge balcony over the sea is something special) ) ). An important advantage is its own kitchen with an excellent assortment of dishes at normal prices.

A great place for a quiet holiday! Clean and comfortable. The cuisine is wonderful — we didn’t go to other places to eat at all, very reasonable prices! And what a view from the room!

Hotel Estinia is truly a wonderful place to stay! We arrived very late at night, around 12am, but the staff greeted us with such warmth and made the check-in process quick and hassle-free.

We rested from September 3-9. Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. Over 6 days, the room was cleaned three times, bed linen and towels were changed.

Wonderful place, wonderful people, took care of me from the very beginning of the trip.

Ideal for families with children. The street has no traffic and is quite quiet. There are 2 double beds, shower and toilet. Always clean. The owners are very decent.

A very nicely run hotel. It's tricky to find the entrance. There's a large parking lot behind the hotel, unguarded and unfenced.

Clean, excellent rooms. Cozy courtyard. Wonderful hostess.

I know this person personally, the owner). A person with a capital letter. So that you understand, we met in Germany and not in Georgia.

The room was small, but freshly renovated. Linen and towels are clean and fresh. Downstairs there is a shared kitchen with necessary utensils and various small items.

We stayed at the guest house on August 7-9.
The guest house is located on a mountain, the road to it is very steep, you should take this into account if you are traveling by car.

Great place!
Cleanliness, caring hosts, air conditioning in the room and common room. Many thanks to Konstantin and Teona for their hospitality!

The place is full of character and creativity, from the lovingly decorated rooms to the peaceful garden where cats wander between blooming flowers.

I've been coming here almost every time I visit Georgia and Batumi, and each time, there's always something new the environment keeps evolving, which amazes me. The hosts are truly some of the

A wonderful family hotel, highly recommend it. To the owner, Dzhemal-batono and his wife, many thanks for their hospitality and excellent service!

Lovely family, you will feel as you’re in your home.
High recommendation.

This year I was lucky enough to stay in this wonderful house, call it a hostel, well, I don’t want to, it really feels like you’re coming home to a family. Cozy rooms, cleanliness and comfort.

A very nice place for a low price. The room was cozy, clean, the bathroom was newly renovated, everything worked properly and was clean. There is also a kitchen with everything you need.

The location is ideal (5 minutes to the beach with a cool promenade), shops/restaurants/exchange offices are nearby, very tasty high-quality breakfasts, everything in the room is so well thought out,

Perfect place. Quiet street. Great rooms. Good breakfast. Very hospitable hosts. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay in this one-bedroom apartment! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos.

I never liked any place before like this place, I felt it was my house, the view is great, there is washer for your clothes, you can see the nature of batumi♥️♥️

Exceptional, safe and quiet family hotel on the top of the mountain with terrific view to Batumi from the windows. Just in neiborhood with Botanical garden. Mountain air, absolutely no moscitos.

It is really a wonderful hotel. You feel like you are in heaven. It deserves to be a five-star hotel.

A very nicely run hotel. It's tricky to find the entrance. There's a large parking lot behind the hotel, unguarded and unfenced.

Clean, excellent rooms. Cozy courtyard. Wonderful hostess.

A wonderful, quiet place to relax, with wonderful scenery, overlooking the sea, mountains, garden and a little bit of the city.

The guest house is just super!

The hotel's location is excellent, and Marina is a wonderful hostess—responsive, welcoming, and accommodating to any request. The hotel is very clean and has everything you need.

Marina is a very sweet and caring hostess. She greets and sees off every guest as if they were family. The house has everything you need. It's a leisurely 7-minute walk to the sea.

I visited this hotel by chance, asked the taxi driver where I could stay so that it would be, as they say (cheap but cheerful).

A clean, quiet hotel that offers very good value for the money!

Choosing a hotel, we first focus only on the visuals and promised services. But the level of service and maintenance is always a black box.

We stayed at this hotel for a week from August 12, 2025.

I've been to many places in Batumi, but this one has been the first where I felt at home.

Oh, we really loved this courtyard at Just a bot garden! We had breakfast and dinner here, it was so nice that we didn’t want to leave anywhere) ) If I go to Batumi again, I’ll definitely stay there!

The food was simply amazing. The service was excellent. The location was comfortable. We were pleased with the cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort. In short, we had a great time.

We went to Emeg for food, it was the most delicious meat in Batumi 👍 Ordered different kinds of kebabs (barbecue) all were beyond perfect 🤩 Soooo tasty!

Great hotel with spacious room and nice view at the dining area. The hotel is only 11mins walk to Batumi Boulevard and beach which makes it excellent in terms of location.

Nice hotel. 5 mins walk from Black sea coastline. Rooms are nice. Tea and sugar were provided in rooms. Rooms were cleaned on request. Breakfast was ok and options were available. Staff was courteous.

A wonderful week spent with the most hospitable, responsive and sincere hosts! Very tasty and varied breakfasts! Mary and Dzhemal, thank you for everything — success and prosperity to you!

Great deal, good location and hosts.
Clean and a lot of facilities.

This place is amazing! Best location in the city. Beach is literally 1 min walk. Shops and restaurants are 1-2 min walk. Rooms are very nice spacious and clean.

Beautiful cozy house, clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need, air conditioning. Wonderful view of the sea from the window and balcony.

Very cozy, clean rooms, two minutes from the sea, friendly and hospitable hostess Nona. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. ❤️❤️❤️

Very good hostess Nona.
There was a room without a balcony, there was even nowhere to dry swimsuits and towels. Nona immediately offered us a free room with a balcony.

Great vacation, wonderful place! Amazingly helpful staff! Clean, cozy, quiet, but at the same time very close to places of entertainment and to the sea! The owners are wonderful people!

Great location. Not far from the sea and at the same time no noise from the road. For those who love a quiet and relaxing holiday.
