This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and once again it has been a very pleasant experience.

I recently visited Addis Ababa and stayed at The Hyatt Regency. This being the 7th time staying at the hotel over the years I am impressed they have maintained the high standard.

After 2 years in Addis, and having stayed at all the main hotels here, I strongly believe that this is the best hotel in town. Always clean. Food is high quality.

A wonderfully peaceful stay! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and I barely heard any noise—perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.

From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats me and my family like GOLD! I have been in a place where I have felt so welcome and safe by the owner and by the staff.

We are enjoying our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and efficient. The property is located in a convenient location.

Walking along the newly ongoing river side walkway and cycle lane is refreshing. The beautiful musical and colourful fountain inside Ghion Hotel River Side is sightseeing during the night dusk.

The hotel has abundant area but the food service quality varies on a daily basis. The restrooms inaddition to being inadequate in number, have shortage & absence of water most of the time.

Landed here as a Transit passenger. It seemed further from Airport than other hotels. Staff were great, always assisting with a smile. Location little dodgy.
