Where to begin, the staff are super friendly, the weather is heavenly, the entire premises seems like something out of a James Bond 007 movie! All in all, you have to visit atleast once! 11 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love Sheraton; it is a conducive environment where you need to go when kids need more space to relax.

The service was horrible. When we complained to the managers, they gave us excuses why that was happening instead of apologizing and trying to change things. The managers were so rude and disrespectful to us. I give them zero recommendations. I will never go back there.

Unfortunately I tried for the first time dinner in Sheraton hotel and to my surprise this big level hotel has two ATMs and none of them was working. It was a near embarrassment to pay for the bills had I wasn’t carrying enough cash to pay for it. I would expect Sheraton level hotel should have different ways of payment options. Instead of CASH ONLY.

A very grand and luxurious hotel in Addis. Had a good stay. Customer service was very good.

The most expensive hotel in Addis, but bad service. Old room facilities. They did not even allow me a later check out after a 7-day stay (~$2k). I have been to Addis several times since then, but never chose Sheraton again. Both radisson blu and hilton have better services and newer facilities.

A very beautiful and elegant hotel with great staff, service and security. The rooms are a little dated and overall you're paying for the luxury within the hotel.

Excelent room facilities, friendly stuff and beatiful garden. Tasty ethiopian coffe is an extra for this hotel.

Overpriced location, visited the Indian restaurant and for two person we paid for starter and main course ETB 4, 200, which is USD 180 not come close to a price of an Indian restaurant neither the quality of the food. Who has to much money trust me there are better restaurants in town to spend the money on. Not recommendable just the place to be seen that you got money but no value for money at all.

Music under water in the swimming pool. I guess — and let's forget about the outside of the hotel for a bit — that is what makes a 5-star hotel. Never slept here, just visited the pool and bars, those were impressive.

I tasted the dinner buffet, best chefs in town. The cheese burger is no like other found in entire Addis. The only thing that will complain in their service is your pocket ($$$).

The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. Check in was smooth, and efficient thanks for Abiy. Our room was WONDERFUL. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a hotel we have experienced. Fresh fruit in addition to all the other hot and cold items. The service at the breakfast in the morning, was amazing. The warm greeting in the morning from Hana and Sara along the young man Mikias (Miki) who is walking around asking if we wanted hot coffee or hot tea was something we have never seen before. The Housekeeping ensured our room was immaculate on a daily basis. Thank you for Selamawit and………. ). We also enjoyed our evening at the bar, the food and the service, was perfect… hats off for Sentayeu and Adina. Concierge was incredible, we did not have to worry where to store our luggage since Habtamu took care of it while we left the Radisson for a few days of travel outside of Addis. We did not have to hustle for checking out since Radisson has Abel there on the spot to help us with our luggage and also made it easy when we were in need for public transportation. We are hoping we were generous enough as they were very attentive and efficient with the service that we have been offered throughout our stay.

Have only eaten at the restaurant and enjoyed drinks at the bar. All experiences of good quality. Staff know their jobs and perform well. A very good, but expensive, buffet can fill the appetite of most people — from entree through dessert.

Just visited "The Office" bar for some live music. It was wonderful. Atmosphere is very nice. Service was fast and attentive. Cocktails were great. The Sheraton itself was the cleanest and most well groomed place I've seen in Adis, nothing is in disrepair or dirty. Definitely one of the more expensive places in Adis but that's not surprising.

Beautiful hotel. Everything is full service. The bed was very comfortable, which I chubby often say. Restaurants and bars are located within the hotel. The rooms are spacious.

Overpriced, doesn't have a gym.

Very poor staff and they were very racist to the customers. They served food to the people of Ethiopia first and served foreigners the bits and remaining. There was this one incident were a staff worker, I believe his name was Samson Ab, where he stole our money while cleaning our room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the very racist workers at this hotel. Save your Money! Dont Come to Ethiopia!

I dont like anything about sheraton addis because they have the most racist musician ever singing every thursday in office bar within the hotel. Musician or singer whatever he is cannot be racist! He is talking about peace but also talking about destroying the country he hates! Shame for sheraton addis to keep this kind of people in their organization!

Very beautifull hotel really.

Sheraton Addis, One of the finest hotel in Addis and Africa. From the waiters to the rooms, they are professional and clean. I have had great experience with them except sometimes they will bring you cold dishes which isn't pleasant. Overall they are probably the best choice in our country.
