From the moment we were picked up by the complementary shuttle at the airport to our complementary drop off we were treated with impeccable service by the entire staff at Haile Grand.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay here. They have great amenities. You have everything you need in the hotel and don’t have to leave for anything.

Had a wonderful stay at Captol hotel in Addis Ababa. The location was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out.

So on our way to Ghana we had a layover. Our tickets were sold but they set us up at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the feed you buffet style. It is in the shopping district so have fun.

Once again, I have an opportunity to stay at this hotel on 21st Feb 2026. The same Friendly staff, good hospitality, variety of foods at the restaurant, neat and hygienic and good location.

Front office reception hospitality found to be excellent the rest accomodation is also good I am sure my next choice will be aselefech merga. Especially sami is exceptional and mahi.

Very nice family-run business. (It seems new owners as of early 2025, so did not recognise some of the previous reviews.

I had dinner with my wife at Garden Hills Hotel, and it was an excellent experience overall. The food was truly outstanding — delicious, well-prepared, and satisfying.

I had the most wonderful experience at La Tavola Italian Restaurant! The chef was absolutely amazinggg every dish was crafted to perfection and the flavors were simply exquisite.

YOLE Furnished Apartments offers an exceptional stay in Addis Ababa, combining comfort and convenience with modern amenities.

One of the best time I had was at yole furnished apartment, (Guest House). All the staff were so welcoming and professional.

Good place for business travels. On the road. Close to airport… I recommend especially solo traveler and for couples also.

I think for Ethiopia it's a good hotel. I'd like to thank the staff for the hospitality, they were all the cutest. I also enjoyed lunch here. Of course the hotel is not perfect. Faulty Wi-Fi.

The hotel is good, I have very little to complain about it.
I just changed back to 5 star as the management waived a small fee for some ink stains on the bedsheet.

A very nice hotel, spotlessly clean, all the necessary amenities and centrally located. Rooms of decent size, and many have balconies with large, almost floor to ceiling glass sliding doors.
