Amazing location, amazing people, the parking space is so convenient they have more than 300 garage parking spaces, the best place to be in Addis.

The hotel is new and a good place to be. Its internal facilities are quite interesting. Their service delivery is also very standard. Their rooms are neat, fast Wi-Fi, conference halls interesting, quality bar. Its also very close to ECA, Economic Commission for Africa. But if you are looking for a hotel with open air entertainment and beautiful surrounding, this is not for you.

Good location. Good place. Right priced compared to many other places around. Service is good and lively place. Mixed crowd of people makes it lively place. Very safe. Staff is courteous. Don't expect too many favours for free but they will make sure you are comfortable. Didn't understand their idea of signing off declaration in case I took my dry munching snack to my room while staying for 19 days, though they didn't object to Kolo — Local snack (Hahaha! ) Good and comfortable place. Staff attentive and facilities great.

We went swimming there with my kids and had such a wonderful time. Service was great, we were given towel for each individual swimming. Price was same as we would pay in UK. Only thing is swimming pool water needs more regulation the levels of chemical need to be checked so people don't catch anything. We would definitely visit again, it's a gorgeous hotel. Thank you.

It wes good services thank you for such good services but the price is little bit high make sure think about that most of stuff employee very good. I like them how they are welcome everyone smiling.

I have enjoyed my stay, however the restaurant menu should have more items. Despite that su-chef was very helpful and did the magic.

If you're looking to just waste money, then you've found the right place. It's very nice. The staff are great. That's not why I am rating it at three. It's just wasteful, in a city and environment that are in direct need, this is where you go to wave your money in the face if the community. The food is good, but not that good. It speaks volumes that this is where government officials go to stay and eat while those they represent go unattended.

It's simple awesome! If you have a chance to come to Addis, among many big hotels, Elilly is one to visit.

The hotel falls short somehow. Breakfasts were iffy and rooms dark and heavy looking. Reception services were also somewhat slow and indifferent.

The worst hotel I have stayed in my life, poor English, no customer care and courtesy, disorganised place and full of lies. Ooooh no will never consider them ever again. Never never ever.

Rooms are clean and super comfortable. I love the swimming pool as well. Breakfast is not the best.

Beds are clean and comfortable. Food is horrible. Staff hardly speaks English and is incompetent with electronics. Low water pressure in the shower. Loud road. Slow internet. Many guests got charged services they did not book.

The rooms are nice and clean, including the bathroom. The bed is super comfortable and the room temperature is ok but not sure it can be adjusted. The shower is a stand-up and really small with not so good water pressure. There's a nice gym with functional equipment and air conditioning. The only downside is the food; it wasn't up to my taste preference. The service overall is really slow and the staff not always so attentive. Every single time I tried to call reception and room service the line just kept ringing with no answer. When I confronted the lady at reception, she said sorry we might have been busy'. Well…

Service was ok. Shower took 5 minutes to get hot. Also the shower wasn't really a shower. Room had no aircon. Food was ok. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for food that has been erroneously billed to our room. Its a decent hotel, but I'm not really sure why they are considered a 5 star?

Just got a chance to exercise in the morning breeze, walking to the United Nations Economic Council for Africa from Aphrodite. Awesome!

Did not stay here but instead organised and hosted a workshop here. Facilities were good. Staff helpful. There is a large pool. The restaurant provided a buffet of western and Ethiopian food. The quality was good. The main lobby is attractive and atmospheric.

Nice hotel but with funny name. I lodged in this hotel while attending the Ministerial Conference on Immunization in Africa in Addis Ababa Ethiopia.

One of the best hotels I have ever been (is the room to hot for you sir? Here two extra fans). No complaints, except for the ridiculous rules (eg. No sir, you are forbidden to order anything from the menu within the kids section, no matter if you want nuggets; no sir, you cannot pay with cash without showing us the receipt of the atm you took the cash from).

I have been in different hotels in different lands, but Ilili is on of the Best I have seen. It's just Super!

I have been in this hotel. It's traditional coffee service the most I like from this hotel which makes it different from hotels in addis with the same standard. I feel comfortable with thier hospitality every time.

What a stupid management and hotel. I have never seen such kind of hotel in my life. Ethnicity is the major issue in this hotel. What does it mean international? Does the hotel think international when the management consider ethnicity as a major issue. Five star international backward hotel. The Last 20 years, I have been working in the hotel industry. The owner and management count the staff like donkey.
