Where is the CEO of this hotel? how come you do bot care about hygiene? the hotel is dirty, no towel, tasteless food, unhappy stuff. Where is your 4 star standard? shame…

I was on transit around India. We never had hot water and some rooms directly without water. We claim and nothing. I don't like it.

Dreamliner hotel is the place to be if you ever find yourself in addis ababa dont miss staying here for anything.

A budget hotel in Addis Ababa. There is an Indian Restaurant which serves north Indian dishes. Room service is okay. Laundry service is ok but you need to call them repeatedly. If you tell them to collect laundry from them and go out for business and come back you still see the clothes are not collected back. Breakfast is okay. Indians can get Paratha in the breakfast. The wardrobe in the room is tiny. You won't get hot water in the morning whereas lukewarm water only will be available. No a/c in the rooms. If you ask they will give you a pedestal fan which generates much noise. There is a mini fridge in the room for you to write some food but it also generates a lot of noise. Okay for few days stay but those who look for comfortable long stay this is not a choice.

For Ethiopia it's not bad at all, it's faulty for sure but it's charming and there aren't alot of good hotels in AA. The internet is pretty reliable, and the Indian restaurant in the hotel is great although a little pricey. The area feels a little rough at night but it's not dangerous at all, and when daytime arrives there are plenty of places to get a smoothie, bakery, fruits etc. And it's a 15 min walk to city center or go faster by take a cab, yes the old used Trabants from USSR, but negotiate first! ) It's 5 min from airport.

It can NOT be four star hotel too, is not clean lobby the paint is too old, the lobby is not inviting, the stars are wide nice but not clean the carpet is not like four star hotel at all plus poor management the owner or the manager must check and see other hotels in your area.

This is an average Hotel with no air conditioning or hot water. But they provide a courtesy airport shuttle, have very courteous staff, free Wi-Fi and fine restaurants. Avoid rooms 13 and 14 on all floors if you can because they are tiny, filled up by the bed and have a lousy view. You can ask to be moved to another room and the price difference may not be that much.

Rooms are large with free and quite fast Wi-Fi. The service is correct and friendly. Breakfast included in room fee.

Access now alot better once the road expansion has been completed.

I checked into the hotel at 3am and upon entering my room, I had to check out immediately. The pictures on the website are deceptive. The rooms have no air-conditioning and are very stuffy and grimy. The carpet did not look clean. Curtains were dirty. The receptionist was very nice and sympathetic. They actually let the shuttle bus take me to another hotel a per my request. Customer service is excellent but the condition of the hotel is a minus. I hope management will invest in maintaining good standards… it is not a 4 stare hotel at all.

Serene environment, friendly and helpful staff, top notch facilities including gym, sauna and steambath. Stupendous meals with an all you can eat Buffet breakfast. Lounge Bar with wonderful piano playing. Cold beverages.

I lived in this hotel for about 3 months on and off during 2013 while designing a toilet for the bottom of the pyramid. Very good place to stay in Addis with all the comfort and near Bole Airport.

A clean and organised hotel but a bit expensive I would say. The area at night is not recommended by me. So if you not of those who are obsessed with paying for enjoyment then clearly steer away from this area. It's filled with temptation.

This hotel could be excellent. They have invested in details, enough to be a good 2-3 star hotel in Europe. It ended being a disaster. Part of the problem is management.

I have been in Dreamliner hotel for about 3 days and my stay there was very interesting with high wireless internet connection and best service ever. Its luxurious interiors, friendly ambience, attention to detail, and professional staff are combined to provide outstanding standards in comfort and service.

I was looking for a Hotel that was located in Addis Ababa. After performing a quick search on Google I found Expedia listed many hotels ranging from 3 to 5 stars. Dreamliner Hotel was listed as a Four Star Hotel located in the centre of Addis Ababa and not too far from the Bole International Airport. I arrived during the early hours of the morning and I was worried about the time I would arrive at the Hotel. However I found the journey to be no longer than 15 minutes and the route was pretty direct. When arriving at the hotel the staffs was very pleasant. I had booked a deluxe double room and I must say I was pretty impressed with the size and comfort. The only concerned I had been that fact they had a Mosque located not too far from the hotel. So unless you like the sound of morning prey I would suggest requesting a room nearer to the front. Overall was impressed with the hotel service and food. Dreamliner Hotel location is ideal for business travellers and NGO workers needing fast access to UNECA and surrounding locations.

I highly recommend the Indian Restaurant at Dreamliner Hotel. The service was quick and the food high quality that was prepared by Indian chefs. The restaurant was on the ground floor of the hotel with its own entrance. The ambiance was pleasant with soft lighting and modern sleek design. So far the best Indian restaurant in Addis Ababa I have been to.
