Nice and very well located behind the main station, but rooms too hot under the attic, and the neighbourhood can be noisy at night.

Clean, nice, and great value for money.

Located in the heart of Copenhagen city. Rooms are small specially those in the 5th floor. Bathroom is bet small (Room 511). Only 1 lift makes it difficult when guests are moving in or out with luggage. The lift is very slow & waiting time is very long. The hotel is located in a neighbourhood full of night clubs. Late night brawls & drunkards in street is common. Hotel staff, cleanliness & breakfast layout is very good.

Clean inexpensive hotel near to Tivoli. Nice rooms, comfy beds.

Clean and nicely renovated room, but everything is a bit small in this historic building, especially the shower. Free Wifi which was surprisingly quick. A nice hotel for a cew days like a businesstrip.

Sloppy place, small bathroom and awkward.

Overpriced rooms, after an hour in the room the faults and cracks takes over the experience and it feels crappy. Perfect if you're 18 and don't care and just gonna spend the most time clubbing and then crash. Then it is perfect, and staff I must say is very friendly, helpful and service minded. But the facilities really felt like a let down condidering price, location and presentation. Last time we stayed at a hotel not more than 100m from this and it was perfect dream hotel in comparison to this. Nothing I would recommend anyone asking, but neither would tell anyone to stay away from if availability and hotels are scarce furing the visit. So in short, great staff and location. That's about it, but might make it worth it depending on the context of your travel. Mr and my wife wont choose this again tho if not all other hotels are booked around there.

Good for the price in København. Small rooms but clean and professional. Very convenient to the main station & good for travelers. You may find the neighborhood objectionable, but it's safe.

Rooms are nice looking and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the crew is quite nice. The breakfast could be better, but the rest was excellent.

A hotel as a hotel should be, you can ask all questions at the reception. The street is not very calm at night, but that's the down site of a good location like that. As breakfast, you don't have many choices. Finally, the beds are very comfy.

A great budget hotel, with everything you are likely to need. No phones, but we all have those. Free Wi-Fi, late check out, bag lockers, lovely staff. Really good location for food and bars, especially the meat market area.

If you are rolling solo and have very few needs and require no more space than what you need to sleep, shower, read, and watch some TV in, this is the perfect place for you without breaking the bank. For that reason and in that context, it gets 5 stars. If you are a traveler with different needs, your mileage may vary. I booked a single-room the night before (technically at 2am) due to an overnight train disaster coming from Hamburg, Germany. Check-in was smooth with no fuss. The room itself fit my needs perfectly: — 1 bed — 1 small desk — 1 bathroom with a shower/toilet/sink/hairdryer. — 1 TV (quite a nice one actually) The bathroom is a fully wet room, which I prefer. (This means that the floor of the shower is the whole bathroom floor. There is no separation between the two. Could be relevant for some people. ) The room itself was pretty small. There was about 2.5-3 ft between where my bed started and the edge of the desk. Travelers who require more space or have lots of checked luggage may want to get a larger room. The tap water is drinkable here. Thee is also a small bar in the lobby, generous seating with outlets and desks everywhere, and a restaurant area where you can buy breakfast with your booking. I did not try the breakfast. It's a 3-5 minute walk from the Copenhagen Central station.

Nice place. The rooms are modern and cosy. I understand most rooms are newly refurbished. The room size is okay and the location is fantastic (about 3 mins walk to central rail station). The customer service is so good with friendly receptionist that will help you with your questions if they can. I understand it's a three star hotel so there is no fridge in the room and no water kettle and tea as well. You have to buy the tea at the reception. Other than that, this is a very nice place to stay.

Basic hotel, pleasant friendly staff. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but it's not enforced.

The quality you'll get for the price is ok. Dont expect too much ofcourse. But the woman behind the desk is the most unfriendly one you will ever meet.

Staying because there is no other option at this point. Tried to find a hotel at another location and it's all booked. Beware of this area, prostitution going on on this area as early as 17:00 hrs. Not what I wanted to explain to my two children while on vacation. The room has no way of staying cool in the summer other than keeping the windows open and you get to hear all the pandemonium going on below you. Found black mold in our shower, rude receptionist at checking in, just stay away from this place, whatever you save on public transportation or parking is not worth it, I would never, ever consider staying in here again. Gave one star because zero stars is not possible.

Other reviewers seem to have missed out on what this hotel is — a BUDGET HOTEL located on one of the very best adresses in Copenhagen. To be able to stay this cheap as centrally as this in a capital shouldn't be possible, and how then can you complain about the hoptel being understaffed, having small rooms and that there is no air condition? I regarded things like these self-explanatory, and the arguments don't even hold up, because the staff that ARE are very service-minded, the rooms are clean all the five people in our group slept well, and to compensate for the lack of air conditioning there is a HUGE fan in the closet, so all problems are thus solved. My only critique, which is actually negative on such a scale that I, my praise above aside, will NOT return to this hotel until I've been personally contacted by someone in charge at the hotel with the information that this has been resolved, is that the level of SECURITY is off the chart of bad. I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and twice I got the WRONG key in my hand, that is, the key to a completely different room. This gets even worse as the daytime staff DOES NOT CHECK WHO THEY HAND OUT THE KEY TO, which is something you just H-A-V-E to do! Night staff always checked the computer so as to make sure the right guest name picked up the key, and daytime staff MUST do this as well! It took night staff five to ten seconds to do this, and it increases security enromously!

What annoyed me was, when you took a shower booth in the bathroom under water.

Horrible grotty grey hotel right by the train station and the red light area. Small room without air conditioning which meant you had to (try to) sleep with the window open listening to the trains running all night and the traffic and people shouting from the main road near by.

A good small hotel with a fair price for a danish mid-rate, fast Internet access in the room and a excellent breakfast included in the daily rate. Very close to København H (main station) and with several places for small shopping (i. E. A beer and a snack). A very nice gym is located close to the hotel and is also included in the price, definitely a good choice to keep your travel expenses low and get a good place to crash into.
