The rooms are rather spacious but they do not have a toilet or bathroom.
There are 2 showers and 2 toilet per floor for 20 rooms, which is just the same…
These common areas are on the other hand very well maintained.
The location is ideal.
The view of the courtyard is full of charm.

Good location 3 min walk from the central station. Very clean, beds are cozy and comfortable. . Breakfast is worth it's price, staff is helpful. In short — I recommend.

A nice little hotel close to the central station. Stayed there 4 nights but there wasn't anything bad I can report. Very clean, very quiet and quite cozy. The price is also a very good factor.

Great value for money. We stayed four people in a single room for 100£ a night. The hotel is 2m from the central train station. It takes 10m to get to the airport from here and the centre is at walking distance.

Absolutely central Hotel, 100 m from Copenhagen Central train station. A wonderful location. Good breakfast! The bathrooms and showers are shared and there are only two per storey. Many rooms for so few services.

Nice small lower cost hotel next to the central station. Easy access to the airport just three stops away and very low fare. Rooms were adequate but baisc and dated however with prices or hotels in copenhagen I wouldn't complain. Breakfast had great choice of breads and eggs hidden next to juice machine. Friendly helpful staff with world smallest bar, however the Urban House across the street was great for a drink in the evening. Bike hire was over priced as around the corner bike hirer was much cheaper. Worth a low cost stay close the the centre.

Comfortable and cute place. Nice and friendly staff I recommend it to everyone also because it is close about 150m from the central station.

Very good value for money. We had a triple room with a bathroom. Furniture in the room was a bit old but bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was excellent and staff was super helpful and friendly.

Nice clean hotel near the central train station. Good breakfast in the morning. Biggest issue is that there is only two toilets and two showers per floor. Meaning that there can be a bit of a wait for them if there are a lot of people staying in the hotel. We went during a slower season and there weren't that many people there that it was an issue but something to keep in mind.

I a totally disappointed from my recent stay in this hotel. Against all the very positiv recommendations, the room was was small, old and smelly. Noise from outside and inside the hotel made it impossible to get a good sleep. The employees should also work a bit more customer oriented and friendlier.

No elevator, OMG! Three floors with the heavy baggage. The breakfast is soo simple, It need more variety.

Incorrect Description in the room reservation, staff absolutely unpolite at the reception, no Hello, no professionalism, room for two, with simple 3lits.

Good Hotel. Very clean both rooms and bathroom (shared). The only negative point is that the bathroom is just in common, but I never found any problems in the row or anything. Hotel near the station, so convenient for travel.

The service wan't that good, and their beds weren't soft enough. They only offer double beds if you are two persons visiting.

Really a perfectly fine, basic hotel. Comparatively good price for a room with a private bathroom. Wifi was good. Room and bathroom were clean when I arrived. Not an opulent hotel, but plenty fine for a few nights stay.

I stayed one night then checked into the Copenhagen Crown a 4 stars hotel for less than the Saga wanted for an upgrade to a 1st floor unit which was slightly larger.

Good enough. No elevator so get used to stairs if you're up high!

The Hotel is very central. Small rooms. Clean and strategic.

Okay standard, spacey rooms, good service and quality breakfast. But lack of ventilation, aircondition and no bathroom in the rooms drags the level down. On hot days the rooms in the higher levels lack fresh air even with windows wide open.

Loud at night (depends on room, but still). People having sex way too loudly, so noise cancelling headphones is a must as noise isolation is not enough. As for price almost decent but wouldn't call it even 2 star hotel. Quite old, but near railway station, so good location. Has breakfast but didn't try it. Staff was nice.

We had a good stay. No problems at all. Staff was great. Only small downside was, it gets very hot in the room we was in at summer time.

The rustic and minimalist style The Saga Hotel is suitable for families and groups of travelers. Close to the central station so perfect to discover the Danish capital and its surroundings.

Expensive for the very small room. Room had no air con either and got very warm despite open windows.

Very basic and looking a bit dated but clean. The toilet (on floor 4) looks pretty new and has always been clean. The free Wifi is really good and I had no problems connecting from the 4th floor.

Excellent location of the hotel facing the Tivoli Gardens. Excellent value for money. From the hotel you will arrive in 10 minutes in city hall, in the heart of Copenhagen.
The hotel is under renovation (August 2015). Has no elevator and has 4 floors. The refurbished part has standard rooms with private bathrooms. Non-renovated part, where I stayed with my family instead has bathrooms but shared facilities in the corridor. Furthermore these rooms have old carpet and uncomfortable beds.

The hotel itself was quite professional and clean, however the quality of your stay is likely to depend on the people you share your floor with. In our case, the floor was filled with several middle-aged men who seemed to live there, and their endless pacing, slamming doors, and hallway conversation kept us up into the night. Let's just say there isn't a lot of soundproofing.

I practically lived here for a month and the staff was really cool and the accomodations were good enough. This is a great place to stay if you need to be close to the train station especially. Beware of construction noises if your window faces the courtyard.

The horror of even the toilet and shower are in the room and on the floor. Breakfast skudgyj but there is a very vkcusnye little sweet rolls.

For the price paid it is good for value. Breakfest is included and good. Good coffee! Rooms are clean but old (wear). No elevator (not for handicapped). Queit. Close to trainstation where you can go strait to terminal 3 at the cph airport. If you want to see city buy copenhagen card. Bus lines also very close.

This place is cheap, so do not expect luxury. When that is said I think the place feels like a hotel and not a hostel. For the price it is actually a great place. The room I stayed in had: TV with free channels, free Wi-Fi, clean sheets, a sink for handwash etc. The room was clean. Toilets and baths were shared. I would definitely visit again.

Worst location in Copenhagen. The street at the back side of this hotel are full of hobos. Facility are also bad. It will ruin all your impress of such a nice city.

Excellent budget hotel, best and friendliest receptionists. I would strongly recommend this hotel for central Copenhagen.
