Great hotel very good breakfast lots of choices. 10 minute walk from the town square lots of restaurants close by.

Room was modern, clean, spacious and in good condition. Hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. Convenient location, minutes away from Florenc bus terminal and also just across the street from the metro. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel with a great location, next to the metro hub and the bus station. Very helpful front office staff and great rooms. The breakfast was superb with immense variety.

We lived in the hotel for 9 days, with a grandson in a family room. We were satisfied with everything: breakfast, location, and service. Breakfast is varied, there was even soup, the child liked the pastries, potato balls and hot chocolate. Slicing, cheeses and fruits in a good range. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle and a mini bar. Opposite the hotel is a metro station and a tram stop, which can be bought at the reception. I recommend it, and next time we'll stay in it.

I was there in the company of my wife for a romantic weekend. Prague is really a unique city with a lovely atmosphere. This hotel is a great choice. It offers very comfortable rooms is modern and the breakfast is very abundant.

There were a few things I lacked, which belongs to 4stars hotel, but it was not fatal. Very clean everywhere. At breakfast, everything was there. The reception was quite close to the exit, which led to traffic jams on arrival of larger groups.

The family room is sufficiently big for up to 4 people — two kids and two adults, although three is the perfect number for the size. The hotel is centrally located, and is just a twenty minute walk away from most of the attractions in town. The rooms come furnished with all the essentials — a TV, a kettle, an electronic safe and mini bar. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it, as it is well maintained and cozy, and it's hard to find a better deal in the same price range. Note: if you take a room without breakfast included, it costs an extra €8 per person, per breakfast. You will be given coupons for the number of breakfasts you request, so in case you're unable to utilize the breakfast in an all inclusive rate, I suggest opting for a room with no breakfast included and then buying coupons as necessary.

Clean, quiet, tram and metro in front of the hotel, very courteous staff practically perfect.

The room we stayed in was nice, clean and roomy and had a decently sized bed that was easy to sleep on. Good bathroom with bathtub. Friendly staff, great lunch menu that was very affordable and a good bar as well.

Very nice and attractive hotel. Not n the heart of the city, but close enough to easily walk. Personnel is extremely friendly, breakfast is great, and workout room is fine. Definite recommend.

So the hotel is actually quite nice and also clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast as well as the evening menu is a dream and delicious. It is really worth to eat here, because you get cheaper than directly in the centre. What was unfortunately not so great for us, is that it is to run from the hotel to the city/Charles Bridge about 30-40 Min. Centrumsnah is different for me. Moreover, we found it quite restrictive not even to be able to open the solid completely (just tilt). Time for 1-2 nights quite OK, for a longer stay I would look for another hotel.

It was all right. Good breakfast with plenty of options, nice lobby, very helpful staff. However, the rooms are nothing special and to the small side. My room carpet had a big stain and I also encountered a funny situation. The maid left me a half full bottle of body lotion one of the days I stayed at the hotel, which I checked in the bin thinking it's a left over from another room. They took it out of the bin the following morning and back on the self with a new bottle. Not happy with that.

Very pleasant stay, nice staff and good breakfast. However, the breakfast room is a bit too small. This sometimes caused waiting times. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, shopping and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
I was very pleased. Absolutely perfect for a city break.

Nice Central Hotel in Prague. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's worth a few more euros to spend.

Was very clean and comfortable with very helpful staff. The food was very good as well (recommend the goulash) and the bar is a good starting place. It is well situated for access to public transport such as the trams, a large supermarket, even McDonald's is on the doorstep if it's your thing. The walk in to the centre of town is not too far but can feel a bit longer than it actually is when the weather is cold so wrap up. The Hilton's bar is just behind it called Cloud 9 but personally I found one visit more than enough. In all, kind of what you expect from the standards of a Jury's Inn… very good.

Me and my wife loved our stay at Jury's Inn.   It is located about 15minutes walk from old town square, on the way there are loads of nice restaurants/bars and shops. Breakfast was lovely, bar in evenings was spot on! Only thing I would comment badly on is that the bathroom towels, even the big ones are so small, dressing gown would have been nice too. But literally everything about the stay was perfect, the staff the hotel everything was brilliant!

Just home back to Scotland after a lovely stay at the Jury’s inn Prague. Staff very kind and caring, lovely clean rooms, nice cocktails and buffet breakfast. Only small issue was the rooms remote was not working so could not change to English Channel but we did not report this as it was not a huge issue for us. Lovely lobby very warm and relaxing, would 100% come back, maybe in the summer next time as — 10° was super cold! But took tempature controls helped with that. Thanks for a lovely stay to the staff at jurys inn:) ❤️

Very nice quiet hotel.
Room very clean and spacious, minibar with plenty of choice.
Breakfast very very extensive, lots of bread selection and fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, cold cuts etc.
Lots of different coffee/tea types and juices. Definitely worth it.
The restaurant is great, the steak perfectly grilled and the burgers also great.
The staff is very helpful and friendly and strives for the guest.
The transport connection is perfect. Bus, tram and metro station directly in front of the door to reach all destinations quickly.
Will definitely come back.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the jury's inn, Prague. The breakfast was amazing and included tea, coffee, fruit, cereal, bread, pastries and cooked breakfast. The room was clean and tidy, included complementary toiletries and a hairdryer. Furthermore the location was ideal, with it being opposite a metro station and a supermarket. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

At the reception we could not answer questions about parking in Prague. The rooms were simple. Clean but far from German 4 star standard. All in all a good value for money as it is also centrally located and right next to a subway station. The prices at the hotel bar were also quite good, rather low than too high. We would do for the price again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. There's a bus stop right outside and a convenient grocery store right across the street. There's also an underground train station nearby, and it's a walkable distance from the intercity bus station. The old town, where most tourist attractions are, is a pleasant 10 min walk down the street, also connected by buses. Overall great location and pleasant stay.

He's the only one. The best of the four in Prague. Everything is at the level of five. The breakfasts are great. Location.

Stayed here for 5 days was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was good. Much better than any of the other hotels I stayed at in the Czech Republic. The staff were kind and accommodating. The beds were comfy the shower was nice and had a splash guard and didn't flood the floor when you showered. It was a close walk to 3 different grocery stores one to the left a few stores down. One across the street and a tiny one to the right. The old town square if you like to walk is a 15-20 min walk speed depending and the palladium was also 10-15 min walk. The best part was the tram and train were literally across the street. Nice hub to be at when you use your bus and tram pass a lot. Was traveling here with my school so it was very nice even as a big group.

We Stayed a few nights while visiting the Christmas markets great location everything in walking distance but metro was just across the road if needed. Room was very cosy and warm, beds especially pillows very soft! Hotel overall was very clean and rooms cleaned everyday! Great selection at breakfast especially the nice muffins, coffee wasnt great? Pity you have to pay if u want a good coffee. Did not eat diner in the hotel but looked nice had a night cap (cocktail) in the bar which was lovely not too expensive nice bar to chill out after a busy day sight seeing! Staff were very friendly and helpfull and even arranged a pick up for the airport which id recomend! Only negative thing I can say about the hotel only english channels available was BBC news and Sky News which was really annoying! Overall would recomend.

This hotel is very recommended optimal hotel for city breaks superbly located and in front of the door the train goes to all places! We had a premium room with balcony and mega views over Prague! Highly recommended the hotel! We like to come back;-)

Bus, train and subway stations right in front of the hotel door. But also ÖNV everything great to achieve.

A nice clean place and a few blocks from the Plaza Mayor.
The attention is in several languages including Spanish, English.
Breakfast is buffet which allows you to select a variety of fruits, juices, pastries.
Perhaps something that could improve is that there is in each room temperature control because at certain times the ambient temperature is somewhat icy.
At the reception they help you to coordinate and gives you publicity for Tours or concerts that allows a proper planning of the time.

We booked few hours before the stay but the staff was really open and helpful to our needs. We did arrive with a little baby and the place was neat, quiet, clean, cosy. Simply would recommend to anyone who needs a great place to stay near the city centre.

Good clean hotel. Air-conditioning, out of 15 hotels I've stayed in in Prague, this is easy one of the top. It's right next to tram and metro. You have 2 decent sized grocery stores right next to it, it's very close to fast food restaurants for that late night meal. But also you got karlin just outside, and a 20 minute walk will take you right into tourist side of Prague. But for restaurants I would rather eat in karlin or smichov, because there are way to many tourist trap restaurants in old town. Therefore I think this hotels location is a win.

We've stayed here for 3 nights. The place is so close to Old town and different attraction. The member if staff specially in Bistro bar and Restaurant were very helpful. Their room is clean and big. I couldn't think of any negative side about the hotel. Well done.

Stayed here for a week with friends, lovely staff (all very helpful). Rooms very nice beds comfy, safe in rooms which is good, food in hotel also good. It's opposite the metro and a very good supermarket. Trams and metro very easy to use once you have got your bearings. Some amazing buildings and wandering off the main streets is a must as there are some good bars with music. One thing to watch out for is when you eat out and they put bread on the table you are charged, also ask for water in a jug which you get with lemon and ice which is free, and if you need to change money make sure you go to a place that says no commission as if not you really get fleeced, driver that picked us up at the airport told us this and out one day walking past one a lady said not to go in as they had been charged 27% commission. It was our first time in Prague and is a beautiful place to visit would recommend both hotel and city.

I just love this hotel. This is not my first visit and I am anticipating the stay in this hotel as much as visiting Prague. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Everyone is incredibly polite, nice, professional and kind. The rooms are very clean and very pleasant. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and amazing. I would give ten stars if it was an option.

Modern hotel with the services expected of a four star hotel, the front desk are very friendly.
Recommended for the location the three lines of the subway, the Metro station (Florenc) is right out front, you can quickly reach any destination.

Hotel location is very convenience, have everything you need around the hotel. Walking distance to old town square. Room is big and comfortable, good Wi-Fi, the only draw back is room is not cold enough to our liking due to the cold weather outside, so the a/c will not run.

Very good hotel. I was ~1 week in this hotel and it was very perfect, for me. I see only one problem (not my), they are no smoke zone inside hotel, sow if you smoking think twice. Personal of hotel is very positive people and helping in every thing, only need to ask them.

We stayed three nights here on a tour of Prague, Vienna & Budapest in March 2016. Of the three cities, Prague was far and above our favorite. Of the three hotels, Jurys Inn Prague was the best. The room was very large with comfortable appointments. The housekeeping was impeccable. We had a room on the street side but did not hear any street noises. The hotel is located directly in front of the Metro and tram. We chose to walk everywhere however. The walk to Old Town Square is only about 15-20 minutes. The breakfast buffet offered many choices of both food and beverages. The large waitstaff kept the buffet service filled and tables were quickly cleared. The hotel seemed to be very busy with lots of guests; but we never had to wait because everything was handled very efficiently. The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful. We had them book an all day city tour for us. However the bus driver forgot to pick us up! Erica of the front desk staff tried in vain to reach the tour operator but the line was busy for over 20 minutes. By the time she finally got through it was too late for us to go. She saved the day for us by booking us on another tour later that day. Everyone was so friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend Jurys Inn Prague for value, service, comfort and location. It's a great hotel with great people!

Modern hotel in a central location next to the Metro station "Florenc" and thus not far from the bus station. Historical city center is reachable within a few minutes therefore easily within walking distance. Hotel is a very clean and modern impression. Spacious and stylish lobby with transition in the bar area. (Superior) room is also very large and equipped with everything, what you would expect in a hotel of this class. Breakfast British influenced, rich and delicious. The wide selection of fresh fruit is particularly positive. Staff is very friendly and a well-organized impression. A Billa food store, which is open until 23: 00 is located directly opposite on the other side of the road.

Caution! Would like to advise you hereby the purchase of vouchers, which are sold on the part of hotel, are not tied to specific arrival date.
At the beginning of the year we have a coupon for €147 to Prague (Hotel Jurys Inn Prague, 2 days, 2 persons) acquired. With respect to availability or booking dates, only the set was in the service description "at the reservation request or booking must the voucher number will be announced. Please note the opening hours of the hotel". "" After the acquisition, I find quite different information on the expression: "for vouchers only a limited room allotment", "despite existing free room the room quota can be exhausted".
Specifically, in our case. Have multiple telephone inquiries and request by E-Mail the following to light a voucher holder is a second-class customer. It only the arrival dates may be perceived, given to us by the hotel. There are about 3 dates in month and all fall on working days. Arrival is excluded on weekends or holidays. Because we are a family with children, it is impossible to redeem the voucher.

Advantages: the front Desk helped us greatly, help us draw a map, recommended restaurants, and helped us order for sale. There's free Breakfast. The nearest public transport is only ten steps distance. Room. Three people are still very spacious, the bathroom is also very large. Shortcomings: from the airport a little distance. Summary: we missed a few times around only in Prague for 24 hours, but the front Desk helped us to plan a 6-hour city tour. This is a modern clean hotel.

Very pleasant hotel, in close proximity to centre. Plenty of options at Breakfast, and room was spacious. Staff attentive to needs, and if I were to stay over in Prague again, would happily use this hotel again.

Travelled as a couple to Prague for the first time. Hotel was in an excellent location, all staff personnel were very friendly, very clean and comfortable. Lovely variety for breakfast. Will be returning here again.

Very happy with the hotel. Good location, two metro line across the road and bus station to visit other cities in a hundred meters away. The hotel staff is helpful and will always come to you for help, you can contact with any questions. Breakfast (though not very diverse) The bed in the room two by two meters, with a very big blanket and pillows, he left a good memory. And all this in fifteen minutes on foot from the centre of Prague. If we will come again to Prague we would definitely go back to this hotel.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff in the center of Prague. Great choice if you looking for a place to stay to access any event at the O2 Arena, only couple of stops on the metro that is right in front of the hotel. Hotel also has a Garage and very easy access to the highways.

Weekend Break” We went to Prague for the first time for a weekend break with friends. The rooms were a good size, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, particularly those on reception. We were particularly impressed with the variety and quality of breakfast. Having had a flight spoiled by a very unruly stag party, we were worried that we might have a disturbed night, but we didn't hear a thing from other guests on either night. Here is a bus stop and a tram stop outside the door and also a metro station opposite. So the hotel is in an excellent position for travelling around the city. Would definitely use this hotel again if we return to the beautiful city of Prague. Stayed April 2015, travelled as a couple 5 of 5 stars Location 5 of 5 stars Sleep Quality 5 of 5 stars Service.

We've been here in april 2014. It was a great stay. Very good and beautiful hotel, the stuff is nice and helpful. i have to say that the beds are just like a cloud! so comfortable and soft. just one thing bothered us. The TV was a bit broken. But who cares everything else was GREAT.

Great location and helpful staffs.

Picked the hotel as part of a Jet2 city break package and at £450 for the two of us including flights and breakfast this turned out to be excellent value. The rooms are reasonably spacious with TV, (a couple of UK channels only — news), air con, kettle, spacious bathroom with bath/shower snd hairdryer. Every room has its own user generated pin code safe which is free as an added bonus. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel but it is very slow. You can upgrade for a fee. The breakfast was mixed hot, cold and continental, chose the English usuals bacon, sausage (German) egg (poached, fried and boiled) beans etc tasty but very greasy. Service not the best — explaining that we needed milk replenishing on our table (the pot was empty when we sat down) was harder work than it needed to be. We ate an evening meal at the hotel on one occasion, Czech style, and it was pleasant if not plentiful but reasonable for the price (about £11 for 3 courses). Bottled wine was very expensive so we made do with a glass. The bar area is pleasant with a good selection of reasonably priced drinks. It's not too big so seats were at a premium if there was a business convention on. The hotel is situated right next to the Florenc metro station handy for bus, tram and metro. There are several supermarkets very close by and a costa coffee in a small shopping arcade next door. For thosr who like that sort of thing there is a McD 50 yds away.

Very nice staff good breakfast. Only air in hotel can blow some warm air. But once again.

The hotel and the room was pretty good, very clean and comfortable. The price of 204€ for 3 nights (Ney Year included) is very reasonable, though the parking price (22€/d) is a bit too high. The location is very good, you can walk to the very centre of town within 10min. I recommend it.
