Lovely attentive staff. Rooms quite basic, but clean! Hotel right beside underground. Breakfast has decent variety. Perfect for those out exploring and not spending too much time in the room.

Quad room is good and clean. Reception was friendly and highly informative. The 1 missing star is only for the small elevator.

A very pleasant with friendly staff and recently decorated to a high standard. Located just 2 minutes walk from Florenc metro station, so no further than a few stops from most of the major tourist sights. Highly recommended.

A really great hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, clean and pleasant. The staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but always well done. The area has some great restaurants and the old city us close by. If you're looking for a nice place to sleep and wake up, without too much pomp and circumstance, this is for you.

Beautiful Rooms, near Florenc Station — if you like the Station atmosphere okay. Be Sure to try the Russian Station Restaurant opposite. Very quaint. The Food cooks the Boss herself u tastes sensational. On top of that, super cheap. I like.

Very good location, close to the Metro station of the same name. Clean hotel, friendly contact, staff speak English. Excellent Wi-Fi. Musical theatre just across the way and a police station. Quiet and safe. The big plus, coach flixbus at 5 minutes to be able to travel easily and cheaply in other cities of Czechia.

Very comfortable, clean. The staff are polite, speaking. The rooms are clean, the room cleaning is regular. Recommend. The presence of the bus station Florenc is a plus, also a 3 minute walk from the hotel Metro Florenc. In general, to navigate the city is very convenient hotel, shops Billa, Albert in walking distance. To the center on foot 20 minutes. In the evening the Internet is weak, after 22 o'clock comes to a norm…

Hotel is modern clean and the staff is very friendly… the hotel is well placed, it's about 10 mins walk away from old town square, 2 mins walk from the metro line B and C which takes you towards the airport. The hotel was fully equipped with everything someone should need when your travelling far from home, for e. X hairdryer, hand soap liquid, bathing liquid, towels, hot water machine, tea, small fridge, iron and iron board, tv, Wi-Fi etc. The bed was huge and really comfortable. Our room was towards the street so at night we could have heard the traffic passing but it wasn't unbearable, neither did it stopped us from having a goodnight sleep. Everyday the room was cleaned and the bed with all the towels was changed. The breakfast was all you can eat, it was more like an English breakfast style with eggs, ham, bacon, hotdogs, cheese, fruits, vegetables, oats, cereals, cottage cheese, juices and lots more. The staff was really open and disponible, especially Maria, but they were all willing to help even if the questions are not in there job description. You can find some nice restaurants or bars not to far from the hotel, since the hotels bar is mainly snacking and it opens from 11:30am — 8:30pm. I really do recommend this hotel… if I do return to PRAGUE, I would definitely return here.

Area looks a lil shady, but the hotel was up-to-date and easy access to trains and buses.

The rooms were really nice, with new furniture and clean bathroom. We didn't have the breakfast but we saw that it's served in the restaurant next door, which is not very convinient. I would recommend this to you, if you like simple modern rooms and if you have a busy schedule and you don't spend much time in the hotel. Plus the location is good as well.

I booked for 3 nights, asking for twin beds, but we were given a doubled bed room, staff claiming it is fully booked. We were also given only one set of towels. Second day, the housekeeping don't even clean the room properly and have not empty the bin. Location is good (5 mins walk from Florenc) and the room is fine overall.

Good bus terminal. Only it lacks a bit of toilet. Otherwise excellent.

Hotel fourth, little cleaning with no air conditioning or fan and the elevator is a disaster with all the carpet dirty with rotten smell.

Near Metro station Florenc, very comfortable and comfortable.

Good and cheap hotel.

Being a Bad and Breakfast close to the bus station (connected by metro to the Center) is really good. I paid around 20-25 euros per night, cheaper situations seem difficult to find. I'd recommend it! small note: single room with a shared bathroom.

Hotel very close to the Centre. Well-connected to the public transport system. There is elevator. Friendly staff at the front desk.
Rooms are however rather poorly equipped. Extremely hard beds. Z. T. Dirty bedding and Holey towels.

Definitely dirty and poor hotel on every point of view! As soon as we got there we found sheets and towels with spots, holes and even with some hair and fur! Also in the room we booked the TV did not work, the door handle of the bathroom was broken and there was no fridge. The hotel, as opposed to the description on the sites does not offer free Wi-Fi and bike rental service.

I did not suspect much from the hotel — regarding the notes mentioned below, but I was supriesed by the good service, value of the stay and the clean rooms. The Wi-Fi was not supersonic, but for normal movie downloading it was ok. staff was nice and friendly — personaly I recomend.

Even though I have booked a room 6 weeks before the trip, my rooms were cancelled 1 day before the arrival, with no explanation whatsoever. beware.

Positive: very economical with breakfast is 10 minutes from the Centre, opposite the mouth of the metro and close to the train and bus station. The spacious rooms. And in the hotel bar you can eat very cheap you stay full and is very good. It looks like a family business.
negative: very slow elevator. (but there is time still on vacation).

The hotel is located in a shady area. Yes, it may be close to the center and definitely walkable, but they failed to mention that you have to walk through shady areas to get there. Not ideal for a lone traveler at night. Also, I was promised a room with wireless internet and at check-in they told me that some rooms don't get a good connection, but I could try using it in the hall if I needed to — not what I was paying for. As I needed internet I found a new hotel with the promise of a full refund which I never received. The service was terrible, unfriendly, and I was never allowed to speak with a manager regarding the refund issue — only a promise that they would credit my account and then they never did. I do not recommend this hotel.
