Hilton Prague is a very nice hotel. Breakfast Buffett was very varied and fresh. Everyone of the Hilton staff we came across was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The only issue we had was our room was too warm and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Engineering came up and changed the filter but that did not address the temperature. Our room was between 20.4-20.8 C which is 70-72 degrees Fahrenheit. We like a cool room 66-68.

Their security is crap, do not leave any belongings in your vehicle if you leave it in their parking lot. It will be stolen.

The beer garden/terrace is wonderful! Quick service and a beautiful view. The toilets are also very clean and pleasant. Perfect for after work drinks.

I would recommend it but we were disappointed this time. 3 years ago it was really better. We queued FOREVER at the counter (2×) and when it was our turn, the lady was probably new. Air conditioning did not go the first night (with others probably too) and we thought it is now a children's hotel (I really have nothing against children. But there were probably more than adults.! If you want to switch off for a weekend it is not recommended.

Firstly would just like to say Thankyou for the birthday gift. A nice postcard and wooden box to keep as a memory from visiting this beautiful city, along with a lovely Prosecco. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Was nice aswell to spend our last night for our engagement at the sky lounge bar.
Thankyou for making our engagement night so special. We were welcomed to the table with cute confetti and a glass of champagne on arrival. Very attentive making sure our popcorn and water was filled also a complimentary cocktail. Great music and views. It is expensive but definitely an amazing experience and glad we spent the night here for our special occasion. The only downfall was the pool did feel abit chilly so we only went in it once and the restricted opening times made it feel limited for us to revolve our day out around going in the pool. Also would have been nice to have gone in the steam room and sauna to relax after coming back. No problem with anything else though, thanks.

The hotel location is very close to the old town of Prague… you can walk also close to the brewery of beer tasted different kind of beer homemade from Prague. The hotel reception are friendly but some are not I ask directions they don’t even tell you where’s the downstairs toilet it’s not convenient to go back to your room if your is in very high floor… our room housekeeping is nice she gave us a fresh towel in exchange to the unclean one to use … the food in the breakfast are superb… the tall waiter with a nice hairstyle is very nice and help get your food if you need anything… but there is a blue hair chubby waitress not very nice … I ask her if we can sit that table she just look at me rudely and she walks so slow not even clean our table after we ate so we can go for a dessert of fruits. I hope the manager in the breakfast room will read this and get evaluation to that blue haired chubby waitress… the manager on the floor if they don’t know where the toilet located downstairs ask somebody and tell the person who are asking them not to be rude. Their job is not high and mighty they can be easily to be replace, lots of people there needs job and clientele is important to pay their salary … I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends unless not changed the things that I complain. Good afternoon. I stayed in Hilton 10 days back and would like to share my impressions as well. First of all, about the reconstructions. Noise with drills and hammers started at 9:30 am, when I was still sleeping. Was truly unpleasant to wake up due to this reason in the hotel holding such an honorable name. Dear management, in case you have reconstruction, you can close the hotel for this time, in other case guests will suffer. And it’s already happening, as the comments on… this page show. Secondly, air conditioning. It was quite cold in my room, I put maximum temperature, but within 2 hours it changed only for 1 degree up, and reached 22C. I was so tired, couldn’t just sit and wait for ages. I fell asleep in clothes, the situation was shameful. Besides, would be great to have a pair of slippers for guest in the room. Fortunately, staff kindly provided it to me on my request. Though, in my opinion, would be much more pleasant to have it already in the room. Would be good as well to have a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Really. It’s must-have. The hotel is quite pricey and is considered as a classy one. I suppose it’s not a big deal to make a guest’s stay more comfortable with such details. In addition, bath robes looked as if they were used for 10 years. Not new at all. I have pictures of them if needed. I paid the full price for the deluxe room, and frankly, my stay was not worth this amount. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was nice, room was clean.

Great business hotel, beautiful lobby and currently being renovated! On the outskirts of town but only a 15 minute walk from the old town square. Rooms are nice and spacious, great working space. Bit bathrooms with shower and tub. Nice executive lounge for meetings.

The perfect location for walking around the city. Less than 5 minutes to the tram line, about 10 minutes to the subway. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

It's a nice hotel but a few quirks as noted below. A solid 4 star. 1) Look at the map of the building attached here. There are 107 rooms on the second floor (for example) but only one elevator area. So, if you are in rooms numbered from 2045 to 2065, you are going to be doing a LOT of walking. 2) Also, the elevator system is confusing. Play with it before you start moving your luggage or large groups of people. You will probably get surprised by the decisions the elevator scheduling computer makes. 3) Do a bit of research before trying to walk from the river to the hotel. They're very close but there is a complex of parking garages and roads that get in the way. Get some help from the concierge. 4) The building is really ugly but is no worse than the many nearby communist style buildings from the Soviet era. At least you can't see the building when you're inside. On the plus side 1) Very nice breakfast buffet. Very good hamburger (and probably other meals) in their upscale restaurant BUT very expensive. 2) Excellent access to the Florenc subway/tram station. Just walk through the mall across the street from the hotel (which has a nice grocery, coffee shop, drug store, etc. ) and you're at the subway. 3) Easy walk to a fine pub, The Gate. Walk through the mall and turn left. Go about 5 blocks (you'll go through the city gate). We had excellent goulash with sausage and mighty fine beer. Also, don't miss a fine Chinese restaurant right near the subway station.

Hotel is big and location is 20 min from old town. Breakfast is nice. Level 9 restaurant displays nice view from the top. Staff at the reception is few comparing to the crowd.

The best hotel food I’ve had in a long time. Great staff who go out of their way to assist and a really good comfortable bed. All in all a great 3 day stay.

Stayed a couple of days at the Hilton Prague. The Hotel is a modern hotel in the New part of town which is about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. All the staff there could are friendly when and helpful, when I say that I am (of course) including all the staff that we guests do not see without which the hotel would not run so smoothly. As has been noted in other reviews the Hotel has a fantastic pool. I ate in the hotel a few times and I can say that the food was delicious. They also serve Czech wine which is absolutely delicious. The room that I had was nice and spacious. The Hotels Wi-Fi runs at a good speed. The system for operating the lifts is weird and I swear it was designed to drive the guests round the bend which was 100% successful. I will not burn my bridges but It is unlikely I would stay there again as I prefer to stay in the Old Town when I am in lovely Prague.

Great hotel with very good location, breakfast very, very tasty.

It's a nice hotel. Loved the solution with the interior space inside like a huge patio with shops and cafes, but the prices in the cafe are much higher even average in the city centre.

Clean badly, and on clean towels in general the hair of strangers, bath accessories save, balm for hair was one day and he took away.
The sound is good, the beds are comfortable pillows not very, but well that two. Overall the hotel is normal.

I liked the location. It's a good kitchen. Cleaned in the room every day. The only negative is that the room had poorly functioning drains in the toilet. When you're handling, the problem was fixed, but it re-emerged. After the repair was more difficult, no one was going to eliminate the blockage, even when re-applying.

It's a nice place, it's cozy. A regular room, hot water there, wai fai works all over the hotel, the staff are friendly, ready to help. Interesting layout of the hotel inside. It is not very convenient to call the elevator, applying the card.

Just had a great 4 day stay in Prague. The staff were great and they organised a great walking tour for us. Ask them to organise Mark.
Executive lounge was one of the best we’ve been in and the food and service first class. The only downside was the pool being clos d for renovations, however opened last night. Worth considering if in Prague.

Huge hotel located less than a 5 minute walk from the florenc metro stop. The rooms are nicely appointed and we had a great view of the river. Tomas at the front desk was accommodating and friendly. He gave us some great suggestions of things to do in Prague and directions to get there. The senior manager, Petr, came out to greet us which was an appreciated touch that I haven’t experienced at any other hotel. It’s the little things that count, and the staff at this hotel went out of their way to make us feel at home. It is close to the metro, several bus stops, and within a 15-20 minute walk to town. Walk along the river as suggested by Thomas—great views the entire way into town.

Pros: Hotel is near old town; staff are friendly and professional. Con: room was really hot due to subpar ac system. Very out of date for a hotel of this caliber.

Nice hotel but old. The rooms are small but clean. Minus for the absence of disposable slippers-take with you a flip-flops or other hotel.

Everything is paid for, Wi-Fi, water, everything… Apart from the baggage handlers and the waiters who are of a kindness at all events, those of the reception are cons, unpleasant even if your room has cost you 450th at night… We will return to Prague but surely not to the Hilton.

Visited the top sky bar which has great selection of cocktails, nice view. In peak hours service can be a bit slow but anyways was very friendly. They forgot to bring one of my drinks but since we were already good we did not really raise it ☺️

Very large atrium hotel located just on the outskirts of the city centre. Very large lobby and gathering area. Elevators are a little confusing as you need your room key to swipe every time you need to go up or down. Breakfast buffer is amazing. Huge selection Of hot and cold items. Several gift shops. Rooms are spacious. Separate toilet area from shower area. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

I was multiple times there. First times it impressed me with everything: service quality, room quality, interior, breakfast. Last time however I received e very smelly room. It smelled very strong as a smoker room, even though it was written smoking is not allowed. Phone in room was not working so I went down to reception and they gave me another room which was ok. So I lost half an hour with this. Good part is they were nice and I was lucky they had another room available. Super nice customer service each time. Room quality (smell, lights? Phone issues) is not the greatest. I will keep my 5 star rating though for the great service and breakfast they have. I shall see if my next stay changes it :)

The staff were very good and the rooms were very nice. Good room Although the furniture is dated. Good location considering that to arrive in the tourist area it takes only 10 minutes of walking but that the hotel is facing a very busy bad street.

Stupid elevator design disturbing people and the General hotel should also provide different ways to use the counter staff English how can it be so bad morning call set up to run in person go to the counter and line up at the counter. Three employees are slow enough to print a room and write a time signature. What's the meaning of a stupid hotel, another hotel? A phone call to solve the room to go on the tunnel blanket has a dirty breakfast also normal and no Wi-Fi best is a five-star feeling is not stupid enough.

It was a very pleasant stay. Too bad the pool was inaccessible due to work. Otherwise the staff was very present and the breakfast was very good.

It's a very nice hotel. Not really in the city center but quite close. Very big hall, huge gym and lots of bars and restaurants inside. Rooms are comfortable and staff is very friendly.

As far as European standards go, this was a great hotel. The double queen room easily accomodated our family of 4. I will say that the hotel is massive and if you're far from the elevators, you are FAR from the elevators. The amenities were modern and the service was good. We had access to the Executive Lounge which was spacious, well stocked and had several small meals services a day. The neighborhood itself has some nice urban bars and eateries and the public transport is a short 5 min walk. For us it was the best of both worlds because we had easy, fairly quick access to old town and tourist spots, but enjoyed our mornings and evenings in more authentic, urban spots.

We visited Sky Bar Cloud 9. The view is very nice just at night. There are some delicious cocktails, but not a huge selection and they are quite expensive for Prague conditions. Still worth a visit.

Luxurious hotel offering guests comfort in the heart of the city of Prague, just a few steps from the town hall and the powder tower. The hotel was opened in November 2007 in the hotel Renaissance building. Thanks to its location it is suitable for those who want to see Prague and also for business, thanks to its meeting and conference facilities,

I had a great stay at Hilton Prague. The place feels really luxurious and fresh with its high ceiling. I highly recommend booking an executive room so you have access to the lounge. Unfortunately the executive floor was under renovation when I visited but the relocated lounge was really nice. I also recommend visiting the sky bar. They have really good cocktails!

Nice place to be in the family. They do excellent activities.

The location of the hotel is mediocre as it takes 5 minutes to get to the subway or 10 mins to the old town. The first impression of the hotel is a large glass palace. In the interior of the lobby is the atrium over the entire 8 floors. Since I'm at the Hilton Club Gold member, I got a free upgrade to the Executive lounge with the corresponding floor. Breakfast, snacks, coffee and cakes are lovingly prepared and taste delicious too. Drinks are of course also available (-> see pictures) The hotel is generally in a good condition however a bit outdated from the rooms. Cleanliness was top. Internet worked well, however, came from and to the "landing page" and you had to disconnect from the WLAN and re-connect the It worked again (HD ready streams are possible via Amazon). Unfortunately, TV did not have a German program. The air conditioning could be turned off and the room was nice and warm. Next trip I will choose this hotel again.
PS: Staff was perfect as always in the Hilton hotels.
Still to mention are the beds! The sleep was wonderful!

Good hotel total services. Nice structure is great the Cloud 9 on the top floor with City view!

Overall an alright stay. Booking directly with the hotel will help you avoid additional costs for Wi-Fi. Beds were comfortable. Food crumbs from previous guests were found underneath drapes, so room wasn't the cleanest. Pool was nice. Hot tub was closed. Parking was cheaper a block away. An additional charge was mistakenly added to my bill but front desk worked quickly to remove it. Avoid checking in and checking out while large groups are there.

Don't miss the Sky Bar on the top floor the cloud.

I was really disappointed about Hilton chain. Service was good, staffs were friendly and well trained … really well trained, I think they didn’t have service mind but they need service charge … all thing in this hotel would be charged and charged, I don’t mind to pay if the quality would be good enough but Hilton Prag shouldn’t be Hilton, they shouldn’t have a chain because no standard. Hotel’s facilities were good, location was ok. Amenities in room was poor, no water in room and water boiler was dirty and disgusting. If you ask someone they can only say i’m Sorry! Sorry not from Heart but just from Duty. From my side I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t come back again. Pity I do trust on hilton’s Standard I should read review before I ‘ve booked. Next time I will choose Le meridian, Starwood, intercontinental or Marriott. Bye bye Hilton : (
By the way why housekeeper want to open our room three time? They want to know whether we’re checked out but check out time is 12:00 pm. At 10 am, at 10:40 and 11:00 am, we were still in the room and packing our stuffs, is that nice? If someone would come to your room without knocking!

Wonderful hotel, breakfast amazing. Hot chocolat has to be tasted. The service is wonderful, the bistro is amazing, you can taste local dishes that are really good at a good price. The hall of the hotel is just amazing too, with a high ceiling. Just unbelievable! Honestly this hotel is wonderful and the price is more then correct according to the quality of the services.

"Too expensive rooms for a 5 star old building" hotel rooms were too old and have very lousy stunk. The staff was friendly, and a very good breakfast.
It is very disappointing that almost no one in the hotel can speak German, although we are only two hours away from the border.
Wi-Fi is only available downstairs in the lobby area, very weak for a 5 star hotel.
I parked my car at the hotel parking lot outside the door and they took me €60 for 2 days, outrageously pure rip off. Am very disappointed for a Hilton hotel.

In itself a very nice hotel, with a stunningly large courtyard. The rooms are nice and clean.
Now for the negative: on arrival we learned that there were disturbances in the wellness area (02.01-17.03.18! ) and therefore completely blocked. The wellness area was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel, therefore very disappointing! When we complained, we were only fobbed with a beverage voucher for the Sky Bar. For the price I pay, I would have expected more in return!

I have to say that the stay at this hotel was nice except a small incident at reception the day you arrive… I might not have to say this here because it's about valuing the Hilton Prague hotel. But my stay at the Hilton Vienna Hotel was so unpleasant that I would not advise everyone to stay at this particular hotel and to that city in general. It was the worst vacation of my life despite being in a 5 star hotel. It was all so unpleasant that just rethinking it disgusts me. I actually had a chance to go back to Vienna. And my family has completely refused. I guess when you travel by agency and group you have no real contact with people. But we travel alone. And at the Hilton Vienna we were treated so badly. And it all got worse. Until the return. Bad luck. I don't think so. They don't want non-Austrian tourists. And they make it very clear to you. That's what we talked about in German or English. In Spanish. Don't even think about it. Vienna No Thanks. For them. The Austrians.

Room was cold. Reception responded immediately and we even got a free upgrade to the higher room category.

Last year I've been travelling a lot around the world, and this hotel it's by far the worst experience I've had in a hotel, even if I compare it with the experience that you can have in a hostel in England or Thailand. I've been complaining like 4 times in 10 days at reception. The staff was rude, one of them even start laughing in my face while I was complaining, unacceptable. Only one of the receptionist was really nice and kind (the one from greece). The food at the bar it's nice but you are paying for everything double or triple than anywhere in Prague and it's not so good for the price you are paying. Conclusion: It's a beautiful building for a hotel but running a business is not only having a good place to make the business. I think someone must check if this is a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Our awards had to be relocated here due to a roof collapse at the original venue at the last minute. The Hilton had only hours to make a successful event for 650 people from all over the globe out of nothing. A tremendous feat and I hope the Hilton recognises it's staff for a job so well done!

Nice hotel, great facilities, but blimey, the lifts are so complicated to work! They're even complicated for someone who is used to modern technology, so they must be really hard to use for the elderly or techno phobes. You have to select the floor you wish to go to before you get in, scan your room key then you are assigned one of 6 lifts, and if the lift arrives before you've made it to your assigned lift, the doors close and you have to start all over again. If you're in the lift and change your mind about which floor, you have to get out and re do the sequence again, you cannot simply stay in the lift and select the new floor! Crazy over complicated system for something that should be so simple.

My stay here was hit and miss. Our key cards stopped working constantly. We had to replace them 3 times. The staff was constantly rude to us; some were quite nice though, it depended on who was working. I liked the staff at the Cafe & Bistro. They were lovely. I did not like the layout of the hotel. The elevators were in the worst placed location ever. You had to walk SO far to get to your room. What really set me off was the fact that the elevators didn't work one morning so when I asked one of the cleaning staff, they acted like they didn't hear me. It's a nice hotel, our rooms were great and I loved that they worked well with our Viking River Cruises guides. I do think they could improve on the aforementioned items though.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a wonderful weekend at the Hilton. We had a room at the Hilton honors floor on the 8th floor. Rooms very large and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good and the view to the lobby was not the only highlight. For a successful conclusion of the holiday, a walk in Skybar Cloud 9, good drinks and a breathtaking panorama of Prague is recommended. We will definitely be back!

The hotel location is about a 10 min walk to the more central Prague 1 area. The food at the hotel was good and plentiful. The rooms were to a good standard and didn't hear any noise from other guests or the road outside. I was on the 4th floor. There is a good selection of services at the hotel, unfortunately I didn't use them. Overall a good stay.

Nice hotel with good service — but the location is a little out of the way. And the elevator is far far away from most rooms. They offer a really great breakfast with an omelet station, hot side dishes, smoked fish, cereals, breads — something for everyone.

One of the best hotels in Prague, highlighting its imposing interior architecture, which resembles more a sumptuous condo than a hotel. Interesting also the curious sculpture that hangs from its central vault. The service and the rooms pretty well. It's not near the center, but it gets pretty good walking.

An unusually good Hilton. Friendly and efficient staff. Good food. Clean, quiet rooms.

Excellent time. The staff were lovely and upgraded our room. The breakfast was one of the best and had everything you need to start the day! The room was large and bottled water was provided. The view was great although you might not get a outside view. The pool was nice but was quite full up until about 6:00 pm. Thanks for a nice time Hilton.

I have never been so badly received in a hotel.
If it is a 4 * or more hotel, it is better to go in a Formula 1!
More than 2 hours waiting for a check-in, not a drink to wait, and when you dare to ask if it will soon be possible to have his room, we send you to the mussels fishing! I forgot: People who sleep on the floor in the middle of the atrium!

Excellent Hotel. Comfortable beds & clean rooms. The included breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had when traveling internationally. Luci was our waitress. She was very friendly and helpful. Her English was excellent. I would like to have a complementary bottle of water each day as is done in many hotels of this caliber.

One of the best. Staffs unbelievable Very conscious, friendly, smiling faces and most of all very, very polite. They make you feel at home the first minute you walk through the door. I just want to say Thanks for making my stay a memorial and relaxing one.

5 Star Hotel without toothbrush with a worst character I've ever seen, ask one thing and ignore you, or instead respond with a ostilissimo language, not to be advised to anyone. Ps (Wi-Fi in the room for a fee).

I've been to 29 countries in my life and stayed in so many hotels from 3-5 stars and this is definitely one of the worst. — You pay for Wi-Fi — You pay if you want your mini-bar to be emptied! — You pay to get your luggage to/from your room (totally not what a 5 stars hotel would do) — The hotel driver prices are ridiculously high. All of the above would've been a bit alright if the staff was friendlier but no! — VERY rude staff and horrible service. — The phone operator/receptionist is very rude, impatient, and refuses to help in any way. — "Sorry", "excuse me", and "please" are words you'll never hear at this hotel. The house keeping was the only good service with friendly staff. just stay away.

Very nice hotel with good location to downtown Prague. Prices will be a bit higher so don't expect a cheap deal. Staff is very friendly and rooms have always been well kept. I have used many of the features of this hotel. (Laundry, Parking, Restaurants, etc). Due to this being a very nice Hilton all of the prices are quite high for the Czech Republic. Additionally, there is a bar on the top floor of the hotel. Very nice views of the city and friendly bartenders. If you don't mind spending a little extra money for your stay in Prague I highly recommend this hotel. On a side note, use Uber for transportation. The cost of the cars at the hotel for transportation are a bit more expensive.

Very modern, but the Asvensori are concentrated only on a wing… so good for those who want to do some motorcycle… to get to my room of the elevator I put a minute and a half… appealing good the kitchen for breakfast…

Room worthy of a 4 star and not 5. Wifi and staff pretty cold. Having stayed at several Hilton's, I was very disappointed with this one, otherwise the bar is pretty plugged.

Pricey at best Terrible reception, Trainees didn't understand, didn't want to understand what you were saying still wondering why? Arrived at 2:00 pm wanted to check in only and leave my suitcase at the lobby to return my tour of the sites, Was confronted by the reception who insisted I try after 1 hour! What is this? Required for a room with a outsided view! told to wait for 1 hour! Resulting in a room with a very clear inside view! Still fuming! the rest don't ask! Ah! a really good walk to my room maybe 500 m, only one elevator you have to walk around, the exiting stairway is locked, which I think should be reported, a good walk every time you walk out! maybe good for your health. Oh! the breakfast scene! thank you everyone from the states, really expected my mother in law any time at my side!

Chic ambience at a good price. Very centrally located and yet quiet. The romantic old town can be reached quickly by foot, and the possibilities of shopping are in the immediate vicinity. The Parking fees are very steep. Per day 35Euro is clearly too high.

Despite the size, a beautiful Hotel with the best Service! Very well-equipped rooms, and in spite of the proximity to the street is very quiet in the interior. We were almost 2 weeks on business in the Business area of the hotel on the way and were consistently supported by the Hilton Team competent in the application of any (even short-term) requests.

We come here over 6 years now. We just love it here. Staff is very friendly, no wish is too much. We have daughter with special needs, she loves to come to this hotel. Over the years everyone knows her name and she feels at home in this hotel.

Described as a Five Star Hotel, this hotel is barely a Three Star. We stayed here for two nights end of December in an Executive Suite (not sure where they hid the Executive element tho. ). This hotel has eight floors with about 80 to 90 rooms per floor. Its a huge quarter with atrium in the middle. Rating of One is based on below observations. — We were first scheduled in a smoking room. That started our Hilton Prague experience. — Room was not cleaned/made after first night. After calling room service to order a maid, no apologies at all. — Wallpaper coming off the wall. Spots in bathroom, bathroom not really clean, silver coming off the mirror frame. — Hotel is very noisy; large gap underneath room door makes you listen to everything going on outside. — Sauna is way too tiny for amount of guests; hence always crowded. — Jacuzzi is way too tiny for amount of guests; hence always crowded. Only two people fit in comfortably (comfortably meaning you dont step on someone else's foot). — Breakfast in the "Executive Suite" was like in a two/three star hotel. Scrambled eggs, bacon, one choice of cheese, very limited selection of fruits and vegetables. — Reception is veeerrryyy slow. Seems like only staff in training are working. — Overpriced for what it is.

Hotel was excellent and then some! Staff friendly! Housekeeping staff were super friendly always stopping to greet people in the corridors with a Smile! The room was very clean and modern and nice amenities. Food was great, we were up in the executive suite, so free flow of snack and drinks 24/7. The only problem was the access cards to the rooms didn't work very well in the elevator and we would have to go back to reactivate them often. One more issue that I would like to bring to the notice of Hilton was our 'Black Hilton Taxi' — the driver who took us to the airport was constantly on his phone! Watsaap and Facebook! I was really concerned! I think when drivers belong to the hotel it looks really bad when they behave so carelessly, and we pay almost 3 times the price of a regular taxi, we expect quality service.

Really nice hotel, not too far from decent restaurants and bars, albeit walking past some graffiti encrusted walls. Taxi from airport with AAA (yellow) taxi's was only 604czk, but going back using the black taxi's parked outside the hotel was 800czk, I tipped the driver coming with 100czk, but didn't tip on the way back! The breakfast's at the Hilton are great, can keep you going most of the day if you fill up well. Bit disappointed with the lack and intermittent English channels on the TV, however HBO is available and usually has a decent movie showing. Recommend the 'Cloud 9' bar at the top of the hotel, even though it's a bit pricey, it's worth a visit. The gym is also very good if you have the time. We were lucky to get the summer 30% discount — so I'd rate the Hilton as excellent value for money.

Expensive Wifi This is really a good hotel and breakfast is the best ever. It's a bit far away from tourist places and two big roads around. But the area is nice. The hotel is really quiet and comfortable beds. But they are not good when it comes to Wifi. It's free in lobby, but ridiculous expensive in room.
