Loved this place very nice views from our room and the hotel staff couldn’t be friendlier or nicer would highly recommend staying here if your visiting Prague!

If it wasn't so far from everything and the walls were not paper thin… it would be ok. But would not stay here again.

I have been trying to reach you for weeks now over many different channels (fb, email, booking. Com…) but no one is answering while you promised I can use paid reservation within a year. Kindly reach me as soon as possible to book a room or I expect for you to refund me the same amount.

Renovation bathrooms and air condition is non existent in the rooms.

+ Lovely receptionist, quite cozy, tasty tap water, good minibar prices — The rooms are smaller than expected, no AC (only a fan), tiny bathroom with doors and basin everytime you try to get in or out, wall sockets too far from both bed and tables, towels had multiple big holes in them. Breakfast not bad, quite what you expect in small hotels like this, but the milk was old and bad in both the coffee machine and the provided jug.

Great service and placement between public transit stops. You can easily navigate to the city center and its in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a super market & swimming pool near. The rooms are big enough with a ceiling fan & big window. Breakfast is good and included!

The hotel is not bad nearby there are pizzeria shops. For my money, it's very loose.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and tidy rooms, great breakfast, the view is amazing and they have the best matresses and pillows. The room wasn't too big but since we only stayed the night and were on the road for most of the day it didn't matter. You can get daypasses for public transport and tickets for several attractions at the reception. We would definitely consider Hotel Aida for our next trip. You get a link to fill out a review at the end of your stay and you get 10% off, for the next time you book with them.

Lovely Clean comfy rooms… Breakfast varied and fresh… Staff helpful and polite. Situated in a quiet residential area of Prague with excellent public transport nearby to city centre which is only a few stops away. Would highly recommend.

A good hotel, nice clean and modern room. The only downfall is that you can hear the room nextdoor, especially when there watching TV or having a shower. Hotel also has a nice free breakfast.

Would like to know how many phone calls to reception it takes to shut the party of 15-20 school children above my head up! So far we are on 4 and counting but its ok the "very helpful" read that as totally unhelpful receptionist has just asked if I want them to involve the teacher who is staying three floors below!

The location and the public transport is great. Our room at the 4th was small, especially the bathroom, but all was clean and the bed large and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect! The staff is very helpfull! We loved this hotel!

Very good breakfast (although the coffee machine gives you a cappuccino when you press espresso). The room is spacious, but in much poorer condition than what one expects from a four-star hotel. The walls are very dirty, uneven with many cracks, the pillows are totally uncomfortable, the mattresses are rather ok. Several long hairs between the pillows; bathroom not perfectly clean. There is complimentary coffee and tea in the room besides the mini bar (don't know what they taste like). You can also get a toothbrush and paste kit at the reception if you forget to bring yours, which is great. The location is very good — just 5 minutes from the tram stop, which takes you in 18 min to the centre or you walk a few minutes more to the metro and get downtown faster. If you are coming by car, choose a small one if possible, otherwise you will not be able to drive through the narrow passage into the small backyard. All in all, an inexpensive old-fashioned hotel for a short stay — ok.

Great hotel located on the hill overlooking the magical Prague. With really breathtaking city views. Super breakfasts. Recommended. Close to the Metro both surface (tram) and underground. No doubt we will return them.

Very convenient location for those arriving in Prague by car, close to the centre (4 metro stops), comfortable rooms and generous breakfast!

The room was OK but not very modern and noisy. It is only a 5-minute walk to the tram and the subway is approx. 10-15 minutes away. The breakfast was also OK.

Rooms were not the largest but pleasant and clean. The location was convenient for the town centre via tram. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good too. Overall a good budget option.

The metro station is only about 5 minutes away and 5 stops to Wenceslas Square.

Excellent! Price/performance Top! Rooms are small but very clean! Very friendly staff. S-Bahn, as well as subway station very close (5-10 min walk). Were 3 days there and are mega satisfied. Happy to be back!

Great staf but the lack of an airco makes it less comfy. Breakfast is various and good. Metro lines within 10 minuten walk. Next time we consider it again.

This hotel is not located in the center area of the city, actually it is located bit far, but you get tram to go to the principal attractions of the city. The rooms are too small. The hotel is usually too crowed. Breakfast is just ok.

Clean room, accessible location (15mins away to center by tram which is about 5mins by walking from the hotel), parking area for 7euros, fan in the room (summer), bathroom was a bit small but clean.

Great hotel at absolute bang prices. Unfortunately, the rooms are often very bright. Hence a star deduction from me. Otherwise everything is perfect, from cleanliness to the staff to breakfast! Keep it that way.

Nice place. Hotel is clean. Parking 300 CZK per night. No public public pakring for free. They wrote 4 stars, but 3 stars are truth. Friendyl staff.

Hotel near the centre by Metro, room Niquel. Good breakfast offered. Only downside, we found the hotel noisy and it was late at night or early in the morning.

Very nice, renovated hotel, away from the city centre on a hill with views over the city.
By public transport it is very fast in the city, you get the cheap tickets directly at the reception.
The price of the hotel cannot be beat!

Parking is somewhat nerve wracking and breakfast could be richer.

Nice hotel with friendly and attentive receptionists in a quiet part of the city. Three different tram lines are only a 3-minute-walk from the hotel, while the nearest metro station is a 5-minute-walk with which getting to the Central Railway Station is 5 minutes, to the Central Bus Station is 7 minutes and to the city centre is approximately 8 minutes. Rooms are well-equipped and perfectly clean, breakfast is of good quality. Highly recommended.

Estuvimo staying at this hotel my wife and I, from 6 to 11 May and our stay at the hotel was positive, it is true that takes you twenty minutes to get to the Center, but, on the other hand has much tranquillity both inside the hotel as it were, therefore, I recommend it to calm people, ah! the breakfast is very good

The rooms are clean and tidy, as it is described on the page of the hotel. It was nothing!
Room service comes every day, staff speaks English and some German.
The breakfast is rich and it is always set to also just before the end of breakfast time.
The tram and metro stop are walking very fast to reach. From there it is quickly directly in the Centre of Prague. A small supermarket is nearby.
I can only recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean and quiet, beds comfortable, breakfast great (buffet — best scrambled eggs). Staff very helpful/polite. Excellent value for money. Ideally situated — not too far from metro, trams or some lovely restaurants/pubs.
