Excellent staff, room is amazing very spacious, even given me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday, excellent location as well easy for metro and trams, highly recommend.

Good value, and a nice central location near the old town and main train hub. Very friendly staff. Room was very large, with cool & unique furniture. AC would’ve been nice. Pro-tip: the mini bar has very reasonable grocery store like prices.

Very pleasant hotel environment. The wait staff are attentive, responsive. Good hotel location. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful, very tasty and inexpensive.

The location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. The buffet is normal. Atmospheric furniture in the rooms but on the amateur — nothing opens and closes and creaks terribly. The front desk staff knows one Russian word please. Were in a room with so-called air conditioning — a vent in the chandelier. When above twenty degrees on the street can not cope it is necessary to open a window that goes to a noisy street.

The rooms were good, great location, great breakfast, but the only downfall is that nobody smiles! They look like they're mad.! People in the buffet didn't even say good morning, just a down look angry face. Same with that restaurant that's next to the lobby, no smile. Everybody looks like robots! The only friendly person was the front desk. Not a very friendly atmosphere.

Very stylish hotel, named after a famous artist Alfred Mucha, and decorated with reproductions of his paintings. I had a bigger room, with a nice bath, but as I've heard rooms vary in sizes and have different furniture. Furniture is one of the hotels selling points — all rooms are fitted with old, refurbished furniture from XIX/ early XX century. It is a nice touch, though bear in mind that because some closets etc aren't in best shape — ours was hard to open. Food is good, receptionist was friendly and knew English very well, location of the hotel was great as well — very close to main bus station, as well as to the tram and metro. Prices for stay are very reasonable — for that money I haven't slept in a better hotel in Europe… Definitely worth booking.

Location Rooms are old-fashioned. The suite did not deceive expectations. The hotel is perfect if you are visiting Prague for the first time (as in my case).

Hotel "the Fly" is a perfect place for tourists in Prague: walking distance to the city center, close to all transport, metro, trams. Popular with all ages. And there are very comfortable beds!

Spectacular in every rule. Very spacious room. Very friendly staff. Excellent location, 50 meters from the metro station FLORENC, which is a super line well connected with everything. Nearby train station that takes you to many places in the Czech Republic, also leaves you in Ousoviche, which is the train station of the concentration camp of Terezin. Bus station less than 300 MTS. Military Museum less than 1 km. The centre of Prague is less than 1 km. Well connected to the airport. Supermarket opposite, Mac McDonald to 200 MTS, Starbucks to 300 MTS, local open 24 hours opposite. 100% recommended.

For the price this is a very nice hotel. It's central and the standard is nice and quaint. The room was clean and the breakfast was simple, yet wholesome and tasty.

Perfect for the price, what I first check in a hotel is how my room is clean and it was the case, good bathroom, I strongly recommend and try the restaurant too, there are not a lot of people when I was but all food was good with a good price.

The Hotel Mucha is an excellent place to stay in Prague. The hotel is located 30 minutes walking distance to the old town, directly at the subway station "Florenc" of lines B and C and on a tram station for three lines. Furthermore, there are 2 supermarkets, 1 bank and 1 McDonald's practically in front of the door. The hotel itself is very pretty and is adorned in from top to bottom with illustrations of its name-giving graphic artist. The interior is old-fashioned and fits stylistically well. However, this is also all positive that I can say about this hotel. The furniture mentioned was shaky and seemed cheap. All the furniture was crooked, scratch marks between the desired two single beds betrayed very clearly that only one double bed had been pulled apart, and so our room worked all in all unloved and improvised. In order to be able to sleep in the mucha you have to be boiled hard, because every tram that passes by has caused the room to tremble. In addition, the hotel also has a restaurant, which meant that it was unbelievable noisy until late in the evening. In the morning the offer at the breakfast buffet was surprisingly narrow. Although the standard components such as bread and sausage, cheese and eggs as well as vegetables and cereals were available, there was no variation or variety, which I am not used to by the AveHotels.

It's clean and the service is OK in one word I didn't regret staying at this hotel.

No heating on the 7th floor, only aircon heat: this is not only very drying but also, for a large room which had an excellent view (windows on three sides), was not enough to warm the room on cold December nights! This room would have been fantastic had we not been freezing! Beautiful views and very spacious. Good breakfast.

A great hotel, 15 minutes from the Jewish quarter but it is comfortable, clean and with an amazing breakfast.

They decorate with heritage furniture. Street level restaurant serves good vegetarian dishes.

The food was not that great, the cleanliness was more than lacking, there were ants in the room and some chairs were broken however the hotel is in a very provided area, a few minutes walk from the centre, the top floor room has a beautiful view and veranda.
The prices are moderate.

Ideally placed to access tram and metro. A variety of restaurants and bars close to hand. Helpful staff. Cooked breakfast or continental buffet — eat as much as you like. Clean virtually sound proof rooms. Altogether a pleasant experience.

Very large Liberty style rooms. Very good breakfast For all tastes. Dinner in the adjoining room: quite ordinary, but I was on a school trip with the boys, you could not expect more.

Nicely furnished rooms. Every room is different and they are quite large for in a city. Close to the center, and very close to metro B and C, so from the airport you don't have to walk far with suitcases.

Friendly, polite and helpfull reception staff. Room was large but bit outdated. I apreciated the clean and nice bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was fresh, good food selectio. I appreciated the soy milk.

Awesome room! My room was huge with a bathtub, AC, and a patio. It was clean and I didn't have any issues. Close to metro and supermarket.

So I have been with the class on the journey of education. As location is not bad and it is close to the Metro. The only drawback is the dinner which is very different than the Roman and the beds a bit uncomfortable.

Really good reception. Pleasant big room with good quality bed. Bathroom was also a great. Everything was clean both in the room and around the hotel. Biggest plus was the breakfast that was very diverse and tasty in a nice room. Will definitely consider staying there again if I visit Prague again. Prices in end of January were really more than affordable and I would really call this a 4 star hotel. AVEhotels seems to be a very good chain. All their hotels are well reviewed and well priced it seems. See photo.

The hotel is nice and is located close to the center. The restaurant is beautiful and always works. Even worked on Christmas day and on the weekends. The food in the morning how to say! Honestly say very bad. That pleased all taste and definitely smells old. Recommend. My rating of 5… Near metro station and grocery store. So go ahead…

We used only the restaurant part, dishes are excellent on a reasonable price and the waiter guy is very kind. Recommended.

The hotel did not meet my expectations of a four star hotel. The beds were hard and the staff in the restaurant loud when they took care of the dishes. The reception staff was good and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation.

Anything positive that you might find in the hotel, as are the bathrooms and breakfast is totally invalidated by dinner is served: a worst evening other, close that essentially were three cheese slices and a little butter; goulash with bread consisting of pieces and daubs of other old bread.

Hotel good. Nicely decorated and always clean. Breakfast very complete, although the espresso is not an espresso! Dinner instead to reject, but evidently is not a service provided often by this structure. Close to shopping centre palladium.

First of all on the website it was saying there is a fitness. When we arrived there was no such thing. Second : the maids started to shout to each other without respect to the sleeping guests from 8: 30 in the morning until 9:30 they worked extremely noisy (like moving some furniture all the time, producing enough noise to keep you awake). And third : there was some big group of Italian tourists who were noisy at the evening (from like 21:00 until 01:30) they were screaming, hitting the wall, knocking loud on the doors and it was awful place to have rest in total. The room was nice and the breakfast was not bad (that's why I give 2 stars)

Had a two-night weekend stay here. Very rustically furnished — which is a matter of taste, I personally prefer a more modern approach to interior design. Rooms were clean and very spacious though, receptionists were competent, friendly and available for requests 24/7. The breakfast was mediocre at best, but I guess you won't get a good location, great rooms AND first class food at this very affordable prize (we paid about 150€ for two nights in a three bed ‘deluxe room’ with about 30 sq m). Recommended with some reservations.

Slightly Quirky, spacious, 10 min walk from Old Town.

Living there for a 4 days already and got only good emotions! Very clean and comfortable room (we've got a deluxe one — Jan Jahrsky). Friendly and helpful personnel, variety of food at breakfast. Very close to metro and centre of city, also there is a Mall nearby with good prices and a lot of shops.

On a school trip there. The rooms are clean, but the food is a disaster. Strongly after finished meal looks and tastes the same. Sometimes off-putting smells (meatballs). Breakfast but neither was quite ok, what you would expect. My recommendation: no food to stay to book, then it's super.

Very nice hotel, I lived there when I was in Prague, there are very good at home, good staff, tasty food. Not far from the Centre. I liked very much, there are so beautiful! Score 5 +.

We spent five days in this Hotel, in one of the Deluxe rooms called "Franz Kafka". The Hotel is clean and very tidy, service people are really helpful, room service is impeccable. The Restaurant also deserves a very very good mention, especially their pork knee dish. A two thumbs up for this Hotel.
