4-Star Hotels in Famagusta4*

Having never done Ayia Napa before I was pleasantly surprised and impressed the whole time I was here. I went all inclusive and was here for a family wedding (in a different hotel).

What an amazing experience.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The Hotel is just off the main Nissi beach road. It was very peaceful and quiet. But only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Nino Nino Nino is the best entertainer that I have seen he is a very special person and will miss him very much.

An outstanding stay in an unbeatable location right on one of the best beaches in Cyprus.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and had a beautiful view. It was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily as well.

I’m very happy that I chose Panas Villas for our stay in mid-June. Everything was new, clean, and tastefully decorated.

We absolutely loved our time at Atlantica Callisto! We spent three full weeks here — and honestly, we could not get enough.

What a wonderful October half term break.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Cyprus and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Arrived here 1 week ago and I have to say I am sad to be leaving.

I wanted to give 4.5 but couldn't so had to go 4 here. Those reasons being the entertainment was beyond shocking. I've seen more enthusiasm at a funeral, same every night and my kids were so bored.

Just spent a week at sunrise oasis, it’s been amazing!

We had an amazing stay at Anemone Seaview Villa. The villa was new, modern, very spacious, and had a great outdoor area with a large pool.

This was our second time staying at Luxel Villas, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional responsiveness of the team.

We stayed at the hotel from October 16th to October 24th, 2025. We arrived at the hotel at lunchtime and had lunch with the whole family.

OK where to start. This hotel has positives and negatives. Firstly reception. Eleni and Georgina are top class and a huge plus point for this hotel.

Lovely, friendy lady and the house too.
Recomendet place 100%
Gonna comeback again for sure!

Everything was absolutely excellent during our stay at the villa. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. Mrs.

Beautiful apartment right next to the sea side, thank you for hosting the entire family, it was amazing stay and top class service from the office team!
See you next time ;)

Perfect villa, everything felt new and luxurious. Pool area is lovely.

Great place to stay. Perfect location. The only thing I would want to change is the BBQ. We love to cook but the BBQ was unusable.

Only a 10 minute walk to the strip, beautiful views. Facilities are clean and well maintained, pools are beautiful and rooftops make for a perfect evening setting.

Great stay at the Villa. Everything was perfect and they were on hand if you needed anything! We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

This villa was a dream! The stunning villa blended luxury and comfort, with spacious rooms and a gorgeous outdoor area.

We had a great 2 week holiday in a lovely villa that wants for nothing.
Excellent location and a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Excellent hosts — always on had if we needed anything.

Our family spent almost two weeks in this house and it was a memorable experience for our family from living in it, from the island, and the people who live there.

I only have positive things to say about this house.
First of all, you just can't beat the location: maximum 5 minutes of walking to the Fig Tree Bay beach and 2 minutes to the restaurants.

I believe we found the best place for our 15 person team meeting!
Many activities available at the villa, table tennis, 4 tennis courts, volleyball, football, a big pool, gym, some table games.

We booked this place as we needed enough space for a family of 14, what a great place! Spyros was a great host, helpful, attended efficiently and promptly to any problems and was never intrusive.

We spent a fabulous few days at Napa Gem Suites by Luxel Villas and really enjoyed our stay overall.

Amazing place, big apartments, excellent swimming pool, a quiet place, everything that you can want for an accomodation.
