Protaras Beachfront Villa Alia

My family and I recently returned from our stay in Cyprus in one of BMA’s villas.
When searching for a villa suitable for us, BMA were by far the best in value for money. The selection of villas to choose from were excellent and the security of booking through a management company was an added bonus.
Right from booking the villa the communication from BMA was fantastic — keeping us up to date with payments and answering any queries very efficiently. We were amazed by the villa, it was stunning! So much more impressive than what the photos shown. As we arrived early hours of the morning, the tea, coffee, milk etc that was kindly left in the fridge for us was really appreciated!

Exceptional villa rental agency. Excellent customer approach.

Arriving at the Villa the first day, everything was fine except that the courtyard was full of leaves, discarded outdoor furniture. The next evening, while sitting in the courtyard, cockroaches began to walk, it was very unpleasant. We immediately write to the host that we want the residence to be changed or the money to be refunded for the remaining nights. The host refused, assuring him that the house had been disinfected and that disinfection would arrive tomorrow asap. We simply ask that we do not receive an answer until everything is arranged in our paid hotel. The cockroaches had to be caught by themselves and stayed overnight in a villa where the night was without sleep. The next morning at breakfast came pest control, who said there was no cockroach and only sprayed two corners as we had breakfast. When the evening came, the cockroaches slipped out again, they were even in the kitchen! We turned to the host, who replied that the cockroaches were normal, refused to return the remaining money, and the bookkeeping didn’t help anything at all and didn’t even make an effort. We lived elsewhere for the remaining 4 days, otherwise we would have lived with cockroaches, but no one paid for our loss. We did not get the money back. We do not recommend anyone to deal with these tenants!
