We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The place is perfect in every way – a beautiful private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious and stylish rooms, and breathtaking views all around. The location is excellent, just a short drive from the lively centers of Protaras and Ayia Napa, making it both relaxing and convenient.
A special mention goes to Maria, the villa owner, who was always available, warm, and ready to help with anything we needed – she truly made the experience even more special.
Staying here with family and close friends felt like the perfect getaway – combining comfort, hospitality, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect holiday!

Arrived at villa, key in wall safe, easy entry, villa was very clean and tidy, 3 double bedrooms all en suit.
Great kitchen with all appliances.

Comfortable sofa and beds.
Location was great for down town portaras, and 10 mins from napa.
Maria the history was great, very friendly, checked if we needed anything, towels etc.

Super! We stayed for 4 nights. Clean, comfortable, everything was perfect. The owner was very serviceable and wanted to help us with anything she can. It was one of the best vacation we hade. We will come again!

The villa was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was brilliant and the villa had a number of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the sunshine which was fabulous. Great location and extremely easy to get around.
Maria our host was fantastic! Nothing was a problem for her. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was available for us to contact at any time should we have needed to get in touch. Maria gave us lots of information on the local area, things to see and do as well as fantastic restaurant recommendations. Such a warm and friendly lady, thank you for a perfect stay.

Beautiful large modern villa in a quiet location. Everything is very well-maintained and clean. The pool is also perfect. Maria is a wonderful host who takes care of everything and gives local recommendations, such as for restaurants.

Fantastic place to stay! The villa was very clean. We had everything we needed to hand. It was great having our own pool table, swimming pool and BBQ. We were travelling with our 1 year old and Maria provided a cot and high chair for us.
Maria was very accommodating and helped us out with local place to eat. She also was kind enough to let me and my family stay a few hours after check out as our flight home was late — which was very much appreciated.
Gorgeous views from the villa, we even watched the sunrise from the top balcony a few mornings!

Wow! Where do I even start? I'm usually not one to write reviews, but our stay at Romeo & Juliet in Protaras was nothing short of amazing, and I just had to share.
From the second we walked through the doors, we were greeted with the kind of warm, genuine hospitality that makes you feel like you are reconnecting with old friends rather than visiting a place for the first time. There was even a welcome basket filled with local goodies and a bottle of wine waiting for us—a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly special.
The villa is a stone's throw away from the most gorgeous beaches and delightful local spots, yet it's also secluded enough to give you a real sense of privacy.
The decor inside? Imagine if a Pinterest board for 'Mediterranean Chic' came to life—absolutely stunning!
And let's talk about the little things: the high-speed Wi-Fi that never failed us, the fully stocked kitchen that had everything we could possibly need, and not to forget, our awesome host, who not only offered invaluable local tips that took our trip to a whole new level but also went above and beyond to book a table for us on a busy Saturday August night at one of the most sought-after restaurants!
I could go on forever! If you're considering a trip to Protaras, do yourself a favour and stay here. It’s a decision you won’t regret.

Good place for family’s or even couples. Slightly hard to find as it’s tucked away in quiet Cal-de-sac. Well equipped kitchen and good size pool. Only thing I have to say that host was a bit intrusive, Walked in us unannounced while we were in pool having some family time. No apology! May be just one off incident.

We stayed in villa number 26 for the week from June 17 to 23. Beautiful villa, modern and comfortable with lots of space. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The villa was fully equipped. A large table in the hall and on the terrace, barbecue, swimming pool. It was very nice to find drinks, fruit and snacks when we arrived at the villa. Maria was really helpful and available to us throughout our stay. She sends us tips and information about the area. We highly recommend it.

+ The villa was better than we had expected. It was clean, large and cool and was very well prepared for our visit. The host Maria, was extremely friendly and helpful. She had provided fruit, milk, wine and various other things for our arrival, which was a lovely touch. We especially loved the full size pool! It was amazing! We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be staying there again! Thank you Maria!

Stayed at Easter this year and was very excited for our post covid holiday and first in a villa with friends.
Upon arriving the excitement was quickly quelled on viewing the pool area. The nice four poster beds in the pictures are replaced with no poster, ripped and brown sun beds with screws sticking out all over causing a clear issue to anyones ankles walking by, all rendered unusable.
The pool itself didn’t look like it had been cleaned in some time, with old sweets and chocolate jammed into most nooks, attracting wasps (which we were told were friendly, friendly wasps? ) and missing a number of drainage covers.
The bbq area looked to be around 200 years old with very few working parts and mostly unusable.
The outside area was also about as dirty as it gets, which meant spending any time outside was largely a no go.
There should have been a hammock and pool table also, both of which were missing.
The top floor, offering the best views was spoiled by a wicker table so broken it was almost dangerous to sit around.
The inside of the villa was slightly better, however the hot water was non-existent and the lack of facilities to hoover or clean meant within days the villa was almost unusable.
It gets 2 stars for the villa, however it’s a low 2 stars.
Stay away and use the nearby hotels if needed.

Everything was amazing about it. A week stay with all my friends in the most beautiful villa with all the amenities we wanted. Couldn’t fault a thing! Owner was incredible always helping us out and bringing things we needed to us within minutes. The villa is better than expected and nicer than pictures!
