We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views.
The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had.
I have to mention the pancake lady.

A wonderful hotel, we upgraded to a sea view and it was so worth it, view was amazing.

Lovely, friendy lady and the house too.

Very clean and beautiful house with very good hosts. With all amenities and utilities in very good location near to the sea.

Just returned from a 7 day holiday from this villa, what an amazing place, the accommodation is absolutely stunning, we used the outside BBQ area every day for breakfast and lunch, the roof terrace

Amazing place to stay! Stayed there for 4 nights (2 couples). The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The rooftop was amazing with great view.

Stayed at Villa 1 in Protares. Ok Villa was a bit ‘tired’ but it didn’t detach from the fantastic location, the space inside and out and the fabulous pool. Spotlessly clean.

Arrived at hotel before midnight and were greeted by older gentelman at reception — Theodore as far as I remember. Very nice and welcoming, provided us with essential information.

After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal.

Great stay at the Villa. Everything was perfect and they were on hand if you needed anything! We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

This villa was a dream! The stunning villa blended luxury and comfort, with spacious rooms and a gorgeous outdoor area.

Myself and 3 friends just stayed here and really didn't want to leave!
As soon as walk into the villa you get that wow feeling.
The pool and sunbathing area is spacious and luxurious.

We stayed at the Palace of the Mediterranean villa in August 2023 and I have to say it was out of this world. The villa itself is exceptionally spacious and fit our party of 10 in with no issues!
