Cottages in FamagustaCottage

Having stayed here a few years ago we booked again and must admit not understanding the negatives.
This was by far the best value hotel in Protaras and gives you everything you need.

Great villa, super host. Stayed there for 8 nights with my family. 2 adults, 3 kids.
Perfect location. You can escape from town center noise but if need you can access town center on foot.

One of the most beautiful places ever! Everything was super good :) ) ) ) ) Highly recommend 10/10

Very cozy house with lovely decorations. Comfortable. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Private pool.

Very nice apartment with swimming pool very clean nice decorated private area all amenities.

Thank you for the amazing wine tasting with @gergananikolova private wine tasting.

Facilities in the kitchen were minimal, but otherwise we had a good time. Unfortunately, when we got neighbors we could do a little less because they were not lit like us.

We had the most incredible stay at this villa and can’t recommend it highly enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Tropical Paradise Villa. The house was spotless clean, comfy beds, lovely swimming pool, beautiful garden and very polite owner.

Beautiful villas set just away from the town center about 4 minutes. Walking distance. It's clean. It's tidy. It's roomy air conditioning throughout swim hole. Big courtyards ideal for family holiday.

Great villa! Very clean and comfortable! Recommended 👍

We will definitely be returning here — such a beautiful location and accommodation. It was calm and peaceful and plenty of sunbeds and places to sit and enjoy the sun/shade/sounds of the sea/sunrise.

Very calm and quit area, car needed to explore, shop and to access beach.

Great location couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants and the beach.

Fantastic summer house for a week with friends. Great staff! 🤗

Yk, it would’ve been five stars if we hadn’t been forced to deploy chemical WMDs against the local ant population plaguing the house.

Lovely location if your buying property.
Good views of southern Cyprus sea front.
Good facilities locally and private grounds and living facilities.

Outstanding, location is perfect with supermarket and tavernas & beach 5 minute walk away, Protaras a longer walk or short taxi (Bolt works).
