If you're looking for the vibe of a luxurious Yugoslav-era hotel from the 1980s, this is the place — and I mean that as a compliment.
Jokes aside, my stay was genuinely pleasant.

Enjoyed our stay here. Location is away from the main strip and central area, but within reasonable walking distance. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel, great location, access to beach straight outside, no passing traffic!

Aesthetic place 🐚 with private pool, spacious, clean rooms and close to nature. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the scuba diving and spa experience.

Stayed in the bungalows Aug 24, great size accommodation for a family of 4. There was a large double room upstairs with good cupboard space and two single beds down stairs with a kitchenette.

Just come back from an 11 night stay here in August. We booked half board and stayed in a 1 bedroom bungalow which are situated across a road from main complex.

A good hotel with friendly and helpful staff, even though they don’t speak very good English they will still try to help you, the breakfast buffet is very good.

I booked on Agoda & was around 250 Euro for 7 nights including breakfast & dinner …which is an absolute BARGAIN!

This is a great place for families and older guests. The renovated rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The small kitchenette is adequate for preparing meals.

Rooms are decent and clean.
Serviced every other day.
Cleaners are terrific.
Car is better for convenience.
Bus stop very near, taxi about 12 euros.
Too far to walk into Ayia Napa Town.

The food is great (only monotonous, but it's obvious you're not home, I want to eat dumplings, want cakes). It was evening of the Mexican cuisine. Once dinner was couscous, I overeat enough.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very beginning.

This hotel was such a wonderful surprise! Super clean, beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds and everything working perfectly.

Really Loved this hotel its in a fantastic location very near to the protaras strip and fig tree bay. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and we were very impressed with the facilities on offer.

(Have a cuppa and sit down, may take a while).
On arrival the night receptionist was not very welcoming, boardering rude.

So close to being a 5 star review but the music at the pool area was not appropriate for young children/ teenagers.

I can’t fault this place at all. Friendly, clean, welcoming. We arrived late on a Tuesday and were greeted with a smile.

This hotel is so good that we booked it again the day we got home for the same time next year. We have never done that before!

Arrived at hotel before midnight and were greeted by older gentelman at reception — Theodore as far as I remember. Very nice and welcoming, provided us with essential information.

After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal.

Many activities available at the villa, table tennis, 4 tennis courts, volleyball, football, a big pool, gym, some table games.

We booked this place as we needed enough space for a family of 14, what a great place! Spyros was a great host, helpful, attended efficiently and promptly to any problems and was never intrusive.
