Adelais Bay Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Adelais Bay Hotel! ❤️Such a lovely family atmosphere, peaceful and relaxing place perfect for holidays. The staff were amazing — always kind, smiling and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice every day. Everything was very clean and well looked after.
The hotel has a warm, friendly vibe that makes you feel at home from the first day. Beautiful surroundings, close to the sea and perfect for relaxing with family.
Thank you for making our holiday so special — we would definitely love to come back again! ☀️🌴

Great hotel and a fantastic place to relax! The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The food was fresh and delicious, with something for everyone. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet still very close to the beach and the city center. Another big advantage is the beautiful sea view. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I have very good memories from this stay and I will definitely come back again!

Stayed for one week in April.
The rooms are comfortable. The most enormous comfortable bed. Room was tidy and cleaned every day.
The staff were just amazing. Friendly and always happy to help.
The food maybe could be better. It was always tasty but maybe could be more choice. The mains always changed but dessert were a big let down.
It was advertised that they have a gym but they don’t.
Pool area is nice and loungers very comfy.
Overall was well looked after and was well relaxed all week.

Hotel was clean throughout and the bed was very comfortable.
We travel a lot and this hotel had the best shower we’ve ever had, very powerful.
The decor and wonderful smell in reception made this hotel welcoming and comfortable.
This is a 3* hotel and so this was reflected in the food, which was simply ok….
The pool area was great and drinks were cheap but not brilliant quality.
Stick to the Keo beer.
Only other comment is the location is quite far from the main strip of Protatas.
All in all a good stay and accurate for 3*

We stayed here for two nights and found it very accommodating the reception staff were excellent at their job polite and approachable, I asked for a blanket as I was cold on our first nigh, we got a beautiful big fluffy through left on our bed, perfect!. The location is great if you don’t was to be too close to the centre and the beach close by is lovely. Also there was ample car parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

I'd like to comment on the pool bar service. The bar is open from 10 a. M. To 10 p. M. The all-inclusive menu includes delicious drinks served exclusively by a bartender named Murat. Service was fast and very polite. He was honest and very hardworking. He helped a guest more than once without any problems. I highly recommend staying at the hotel.

We just come home from Adelais Bay. Definitely worth a 5* due to staff attentiveness. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. Not many choice but the chef is good. Rooms are basic. We had a great time there. Thanks :)

I would give 5 stars even though this is a 3 star ⭐️ hotel as the staff was very attentive & friendly always very happy to help with smiles on their faces. The food was delicious not in large quantities but quality over quantity was definitely their goal. Maybe would add some sweet treats but that is just a little suggestion. The view from the room was gorgeous we always watched the sunrise from the balcony. Location also amazing walking distance to numerous beaches we discovered many of them by foot or by short bus drive. All in all recommend this hotel it made our holiday in Cyprus one of the best one.

We had a wonderful seven-day stay. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely hotel manager and the rest of the staff, which we will surely remember. The food definitely deserves praise, and I can say this confidently since we're quite picky. The rooms may not be the most modern, but they are very clean and recently renovated. In my opinion, they are more than sufficient, so there's no reason to complain—I'd filter out the negative comments. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location is peaceful, with stunning beaches nearby.

Lovely hotel. Just home, all staff pleasant and helpful. Room cleaned 6 days a week. We always upgrade so have brew facilities and fridge and separate lounge as hubby early riser. Slept well beds comfy and if you need extra or different pillows just ask. Cracking location 2 mins to strip and 1 min to beach ⛱️. You can request shower room for free just book in day before leave. Will be staying again.

This hotel was lovely and we would recommend a stay. I booked two sea view rooms for my husband and I and my sister and her hubby for 13 — 15th Sept 2024. On arrival, the receptionist was very helpful and attentive. Both rooms were clean and modern. En-suite shower was lovely, with good water pressure. No complaints about the room but be aware there are no tea and coffee making facilities (although there is a good sized fridge) but I asked our friendly receptionist for a kettle and she had one sent up, so problem solved. The pool and sunbeds, we felt were fantastic. Wooden movable sunbeds, with comfortable thick mattresses. The pool was clean and big enough to swim laps. The only problem was there were metal steps to get in, no gradual or wide stepped entry. The outside bar did a wide range of drinks and staff were friendly. We stayed bed and breakfast, but could have paid 20 euros each for dinner. The breakfasts were ok provided you got there early. We were disappointed with the coffee in the machine and found plates and bowls were slow to be replaced and we had to ask. The breakfast food itself was lovely, a good choice, full English or continental, and the orange juice was particularly delicious. However we didn’t eat at the hotel for lunch or dinner but did pop to have a look and found a big queue waiting for the food, which is not ideal if you are hungry.

One of the best all inclusive experiences I've had in a long time!
Their food was delicious and you could always find something to suit your taste.
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful as well, the rooms were always serviced well.
A little detail I want to praise as well is that the beds were very comfortable as well which I as someone with chronic back pain really appreciated greatly.
I would definitely come stay here again in the future ^^

One word that describes everything in this hotel is AMAZING! :) But, let's start.
ROOM was absolutely PERFECT — super comfortable bed (one of the best we've ever slept in) and very big which is very important to us because our kids usually come to our bed to sleep, so it was big enough for four of us. :)
Room was also perfectly clean, they were cleaning every day, changing sheets and towels. The terrace was also big and it was pleasant to sit there in the evening.
I have to add that it during evening and also during the day it was so quiet which also made our holiday to be so good because we needed to get enough sleep. :)
The AC system worked flawlessly, it was so pleasantly in the room.
FOOD in the hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT!
Everything that we ate was so delicious and fresh and there was a large selection of dishes every day with lots of salads, different fruits and sweets also.
We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner we were delighted with the food and also with the restaurant staff. They were all so kind and helpfull led by dear chef Konstantinos. :)
Hotel bar was our favourite place. :)
At the swimming pool with wonderful music during whole day and fantastic cocktails that we had in all-inclusive service and the best bartenders.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day. The unrenovated part of the hotel is decent, I believe the renovated part is much better. A little more fat is needed when it comes to breakfast and dessert. The rest of the meal is quite decent. The rooms have a large TV. If you want a quiet place, with a large pool and a bar, 10-20 minutes walk from beautiful beaches, then this is definitely the right place for you. Don't miss to see the sunrise!
