Very nice hotel with excellent service.

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights in September. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the sandy beach & a 10 minute walk from the main Ayia Napa strip.

We returned a couple of weeks ago from by far the best hotel and holiday experience I have had. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location in between beach and centre.

Excellent, especially the staff, very helpful, and friendly. Spoken English not the best, but with a mobile you can find what you need!

Stayed here a couple of times. Great location, only 10 minutes drive to the old town. Nice and clean big size rooms.

Amazing stay at Althea Kalamies Luxury Villas!
Beautiful, spacious, and spotless villas with a truly relaxing atmosphere. The service was outstanding – friendly, attentive, and beyond expectations.

Exceptional stay — the villa with private pool was stunning (and cleaned daily) and only a few steps from the beach BUT what has made this holiday for us has been the staff at the hotel.

I choose this hotel twice for a week's stay in August and October and I sincerely recommend it to everyone, especially families with children.

We had a great time at Atlantica Panthea in Ayia Napa! The hotel is close to the sea with lovely views. Entertainment was amazing for both adults and kids.

Hotel Constantinos is very well located with a large, developed area of infrastructure, sunbeds very many, well located on the grass by the sandy beach. Good waiter service.

Was here 13th September for a week, in a superior one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool also the main road!

Another wonderful stay at sweet memories. Been going there for 4 years now and would not go anywhere else.

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing accommodation and I can highly recommend it! The host was super friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of September. It was our Sapphire wedding anniversary and was made very special by Anna and her staff. We were given a free hour in the lovely outdoor spa.

Quiet and relaxing area. Room was a little small but adequate with a good kitchen and pleasant veranda literally across the road from the pool area.

Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely pool bar and everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Great location. Staff are fantastic. Great pool. Rooms are brilliant, fridge, a. C. (lots of places now charge for a. C. But Alva do not), nice comfy beds, clean.

Staying in Alva Hotel was really great. Location, Atmosphere, Quality of rooms are great. Cleaning stuff, reception ladies were so helpful and carefull, I want to thank them from all my heart!

Ideal location in the city center of Ayia Napa. Great bars and restaurants around.
Fully equipped with everything you need in an apartment.
Very clean, no odors and a quiet place.

Excellent apartments, situated perfectly from the bars, restaurants and the strip aswell as the beaches, excellent staff couldn’t do anything more to help, so friendly and nice.

This hotel is an absolute gem right in the centre of Ayia Napa! We spent a three night mini break here in August.

! I arrived 15th-22nd october so im writing this reveiew on my last day! Well what can I say!

We stayed for 2 days when we had problems with our original hotel.
Hotel: it’s a very big location and feels very lively. There were activities every night such as music quiz and live performances.

So far, so good… Reported a wonky toilet seat upon late evening arrival that was replaced whilst I was at breakfast the next morning.

Absolutely love this hotel. The hotel its self is very clean and tidy and well kept the staff are all friendly the rooms are nice with a balcony and well needed air con that works perfectly.

We stayed at the Palace of the Mediterranean villa in August 2023 and I have to say it was out of this world. The villa itself is exceptionally spacious and fit our party of 10 in with no issues!

Wonderful beach front Villa. Great private swimming pool. Large bedroom. Clean and great service.

The location is very good, next to the napa strip, the rooms were very clean and pretty. The apartments were amazing.

Centrally located, very welcoming and friendly staff, the woman from the reception and juan the security guard always made sure we had everything we needed and felt safe:) )
