It was a truly perfect stay from start to finish.

Just on the way to the airport after staying two weeks here! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The rooms are lovely great comfy bed and spacious. Room was cleaned beautifully daily.

We had a 5 night stay booked here but only managed 1 night as a tree came through our roof! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout and we were put up at a nearby hotel.

It has been years since my last visit to Costa Rica, and though I only stayed one night at La Prometida, it left an indelible mark.

We've had a lovely week at this gem. Well maintained with a truly welcoming vibe.

This was a perfect hotel for our stay in Puerto Viejo. The hotel is located a little outside the main city area, but we rented bikes for the week from a place down the street.

We stayed here on Saturday for one night. It was amazing, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the things we wanted to do and the places we should try.

Excellent lodge in a quiet environment! Cahuita is easily reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes along the coast! The Swiss host and staff were very friendly! All in all highly recommended!

It's a dream holiday. We lack nothing and we are completely satisfied. The host is great and fulfills all our wishes and gives super great excursion tips. Absolutely recommend!

I Love this place! The rooms are incredible, surrounded by nature and so the pools. The breakfast was very good too. And Lauri is really nice.

It’s a five star location for incredible birdlife (we had the Merlin app on constantly) a fantastic example of rewinding, preservation and conservation while maintaining a farm and low impact tourism.

This place is the best place to truly disconnect. There is no light pollution, no screen distractions, and no noise pollution.

It's been a couple years since my visit but this is a beautiful little hotel that's a short walk from some great activities.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was in a lush garden environment. The staff were very attentive, even bringing small tasters of the amazing food they served.

I had the privilege to stay at Namu hotel and Spa from March 27th-29th.

Tortuguero itself is an incredible place and the Tortuga Lodge is an awesome hotel to experience the beauty of the region. We stayed for 6 nights with our 3yr old and were so sad when we had to leave.

The Tortuga Lodge was fantastic — clean, spacious rooms with a long view across the canal. Iguanas, monkeys and rainforest animals all around.

LOVED this boutique hotel, super clean, friendly staff, and an amazing location! We were close to great restaurants and the beach, which made everything so easy.

This is a must stay hotel! The cleanest hotel that we stayed in on our trip to Costa Rica (We stayed in about 11 hotels total) Super clean and beautifully landscaped.

Peaceful and relaxing, it was a wonderful 3-day experience! The boat trips and the national park visit were excellent with our fantastic guide Daniel, thanks to whom we saw many different species!

Lovely relaxed accommodation with a beautiful deck overlooking the river and right in the centre of town. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning.

Beautiful, small, quiet boutique hotel. It was a short walk to the beach and we loved being able to walk along the beach to Manzanillo. Most of the menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was delicious.

We had a great time in the Cabinas Iguana! The cabin was super cosy and very clean. Good beds and very private. The pool was excellent and it is only a short walk to the beach. Very friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a little small and our other option was bunk beds. The location is great.

That was the best stay we had during our trip to Costa Rica. Casa Mambo is sorrounded by a paradie garden so we were able to spot many colorful animals and enjoy the constant sound of the nature.

Very friendly and cosy place : Julien, the owner, takes very good care of his clients and cooks home-made breakfasts every morning.

Host was very welcoming and helpful even though I didn't speak a lick of spanish. Extremely convenient (within walking distance) if you are visiting the cahuita national park as well.

We stayed at La Tica y La Gata in June. From the moment you walk through the front gate, there is a beautiful peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spotless.

Had a wonderful stay at Olinca Boutique Hotel from May 1–3. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and both the new manager and owner were incredibly kind and welcoming.

We spent an amazing 1 week at 3 Bamboo Ecolodge. Monika and Martin were very warm and gracious hosts. They were very helpful and we had great conversations.

I was so pleased with my decision to stay here. My mom and I visited for 3 nights. We stayed in room and it was comfortable and quiet. It was an easy walk into Cahuita and the National Park.
