Hotels in Magdalena with a Pool

We stayed in 2023 and recently at summer 2025. The first time we went we were travelling with my father who has reduced mobility and they built a ramp to the room so he could stay looking at the sea.

Loved this place! The staff were amazing and so kind (even with my poor Spanish). The location is beautiful and very well kept. Everything was very clean and the food and drinks were delicious.

Romantic, Relaxing, Fun, and family friendly. I can't wait to go back!
The setup at Senderos Del Mar is ideal for a vacation stay.

The setup at Senderos Del Mar is ideal for a vacation stay on the coast of Tayrona, not far from Santa Marta.

Amazing place. More than anything, the people make it a special stay. Whether it's front desk staff, the owners, or the chefs (Ubaldo, Miguel, Samuel, etc.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Staff was extremely friendly and gave good advice for the trekking in Tayrona Park. Breakfast and food in general was great. Special thanks to Juliet, Miguel and Socorro.

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, a swimming pool that is finally clean and not so mini (experience from some other hostels we stayed in), friendly staff, quick and clean laundry service, nice

Great value for money in Minca. Slightly away from the business of the town centre.

Most stunning location, surrounded by nature and picturesque views. Food was the best we’ve had in Colombia so far. Rooms are clean, and spacious.

Very nice place to stay.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
We were in room 4 which was in the basement. The sewage pipe from the upper floor could be heard very clearly.

We loved this place short walk from the main area. Room was super beautiful calm relaxed vibe.

Close to the beach.
Nice and tranquil hotel. Staff were really nice to us. Pool area is nice as well. We loved the room.
Thank you!

Tranquility.
Your walking spaces.
Your attention.
Excellent service.

The facilities, the maintenance of the pools, the service, the food all excellent.

This hostel is a 10/10 overall.

I have traveled a lot, and this is one of the most beautiful Hostels where I have stayed yet! It reminded me of a Moroccan Riad.

I had an excellent experience at AC Hotel by Marriott Santa Marta. Although the hotel is not very large, the facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained.

We always stay at this hotel when we're in Santa Marta, and it's always great. The service is amazing, and the rooms are clean, big, and perfect for our family of four.

Service is fantastic. The staff spoke English and the woman during the daytime hours is very hospitable. The neighborhood felt safe and it was a short walk to the commercial strip and beach.

Loved it! So comfortable, clean, modern, beautiful rooms and the nicest staff. I would stay here again 10000x.

Amazing place to be and meet new people. The hostel is clean, organized and has a pool too.

Great hostel near the bus stop to Tayrona, Palomino and Minca. Front desk staff are really helpful. Kitchen is quite big but does get busy. Pool, lounger and hammock area are all nice.

Good value for money hotel in Rodadero. Large room with two double beds.

Everything was absolutely awesome. All the employees are very kind, the hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the location it's perfect! Super close to El rodadero beach.

We were staying at this hotel on our vacation, when we arrived we had a small inconvenience in the room.

It is a true paradise, from the stunning tropical landscape to the impeccable service, this place exceeds all expectations. The rooms are cozy and elegant, with spectacular views of the sea.

I stayed two nights in this very cosy hostel. It's a really warm family running the place and everyone is super friendly.

A Truly Exceptional Stay!
From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations.
The Rooms: Absolutely incredible.

So here’s my honest review, coming from a foreigner who’s travelled all over the world.
The resort itself is beautiful! Stunning aesthetic! Beautiful pool and set up, the rooms are all 10/10!

Stayed here to do my PADI Open Water and the whole experience was excellent. The hostel itself is lovely, rooms and common spaces were clean. The staff were great and the food was delicious.

Had a fantastic stay at Divanga Hostel & Diving Taganga—it truly was a perfect experience.

Ricky's hostel is one of the best I ever stayed at throughout my travels. He's an excellent host and the place is simply breath taking.

I loved the place and the atmosphere! Yes, you walk up a steep hill to get there but you get rewarded with an amazing view and sunsets over the bay.

Manigua Tayrona was like a home away from home.

Best placed I've stayed for a while, what made the difference was that every single staff greeted me with a smile and warmth.

I loved staying at Fiona & Helmut's finca! Great food, beautiful views, and incredible hosts.

Hello, We have been hosted by Fiona, Helmut and their lovely and so skilled little girl in their very nice Finca, in two new and very confortable « cabañas ». The view from the Finca and its swimming

This is a great place for an affordable price! The food is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can easily walk to a quiet beach down a lovely path or to the quebrada de Valencia.

Great experience! We ended up staying for 6 days, from the original 2 day plan since this place was so convenient, cozy and the staff were very helpful and sweet. Food was delicious and economic.

A great place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. The people are very kind and helpful, the pool and restaurant are also very good.

We went to the restaurant, the food was good, and the same was the waitress service. The only negative is that they have to do something about the flies.

We had the opportunity to stay here for a weekend and we can't say enough positive things about it! The room was really nice, the staff could not have been more accommodating, and the food was

The room suited our needs, but was nothing special. Most people come here for the hummingbirds.

Book this place — it is truly special! The location and views are incredible. The glamping pods are extremely comfortable.

My husband and I had an overnight at this accommodation, we absolutely loved it. The pods are so beautiful and there are no words for the view.

For a secluded place like here, it is consider very good. They try hard even though it is a 3 star property. Each room is large enough.

Fantastic boutique hotel (~8 rooms) with a nice pool and fantastic (and affordable) restaurant. Great service and people. Close to Taryona Park, Mendihuaca and other activities nearby.
