Business Hotels in Magdalena4* 5*

It is officially the best hotel boutique that I have stayed at in the Colombian coast, the service is amazing Stefania at the reception it's not only helpful but extremely friendly and accommodating,

My partner and I had a delightful staying in this boutique. They figured out that my partner's birthday was in July the 16th and gave her a super tasty cake.

Loved this hotel, really carefully curated and clean with amazing views and rooms. Authentic and large cabanas with private pool! Really good value for money. Check in staff was very friendly too.

We stayed one day at Senda Koguiewa and 2 days at Senda Watapuy and had a wonderful stay.

The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty and fit perfectly into historic downtown Santa Marta.

The hotel is very nice and well located. The service is top notch! Front desk (Ariana and Josue) were very kind from the very beginning, as were the staff from the kitchen.

What a beautiful hotel, it’s a bit in the older side but this is part of the charm. The rooms are spacious and the staff are so nice and welcoming.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and service. We couldn’t fault this special hotel at all. Rooms were lovely and a big super comfortable bed.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is located at the top of a small hill so you see out into and above the canopy in all directions.

Dairo, Tatiana and their staff made sure this was an unforgettable experience, with comfortable and clean rooms and some excellent breakfast (even to take away for our early flight home) and dinner

We stayed at this beautiful resort (the Lago resort) with our two kids and had a lovely time!

(Stayed August 19–22, 2025, Family Vacation)
We stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is small, which gave it a cozy and welcoming feel.

My stay was very enjoyable… the staff was very helpful and I feel well taken care of. Room was very comfortable and quaint… great water pressure for shower as well… would definitely revisit.

A beautiful small hotel with very friendly staff. We have enjoyed our a few days there very much. The hotel is in good reach of the historic city attractions, but the road is rather quiet.

Beautiful location, but overpriced for what you get.
This place is undeniably beautiful and a great spot to relax.

This hotel has so much potential, but unfortunately the rooms are in a terrible state. We stayed in the Junior Suite and the walls were full of black mould.

Fantastic getaway spot if you're looking for a quiet vacation with your loved one or family.

The area around the 25m! Pool is so good! And service is really exceptional here, they do everything to make you comfortable. Plus excellent restaurant at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my stay here, although the language barrier was a bit challenging at times every staff member was incredibly warm, welcoming and eager to help.

From the moment I walked in and Angely greeted me with such a warm smile, I felt like I was in the right place. That feeling stayed with me throughout my entire trip.

When you arrive you think Am I at the right place. But you are. Once you entered the gate you are being welcomed by super friendly staff.

Stayed 2 nights and I can say that service was great, the hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. The room was clean and colorful. Breakfast was delicious.

My wife and I went on a day pass here.
It was a good time. Had the choice between 2 pools or beach. We mainly stayed at the 16th floor pool (no kids) very nice infinity pool! Very hot though!

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Santa Marta. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an oceanfront suite on the 15th floor, with incredible 180-degree views of the beach and ocean.

Such a wonderful place! Nice place to sit down and relax in the nature. Waterfalls and river are close. Pools were a great temperature and the hospitality was amazing.

We loved every detail of Finca Carpe Diem. The private huts are cool and comfortable and kept very clean. Management is professional — many thanks to Jose for his intelligent service.

Amazing place, big cabins and stunning view. I’ll come back.

Nice place that could get a lot better with small improvements. Jacuzzi was a bit dirty. Only one out of two gas stove works. Wi-Fi was not so good.

Overall, the place is pleasant and well maintained. It has a nice swimming pool and good areas for walking and relaxing, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The greatest place! The staff is impeccable and the rooms and grounds are better than your own home! Me and my family will stay here every time we are in the area!

Wow — Gitana is amazing, beautiful, tranquil and the staff felt like family. We had an incredible experience staying here with a yoga retreat this week. Philippe the bartender is the best.

I don't understand how Google could list this as a 3-star hotel. It is 5-star across the board. I recently stayed here for a wedding and enjoyed every minute. The location is stunningly gorgeous.

We were staying at this hotel on our vacation, when we arrived we had a small inconvenience in the room.

It is a true paradise, from the stunning tropical landscape to the impeccable service, this place exceeds all expectations. The rooms are cozy and elegant, with spectacular views of the sea.

We were meant to stay at casa rosa (which we’d stayed at previously and loved) but unfortunately there was flooding due to thunderstorms.

Great value for money (glamping hut).
A lot of beautiful places to relax.
Swimming pool and river to cool down.
Walking distance to the village so you have a lot of dining options.

It was amazing. The staff was extra caring, being beso de the river was an outer body experience. The environment lets you connect with nature and the food was really good. 100% recommend.

I just spent a week at Playa Koralia and it was magical! First time visiting the hotel and I can’t recommend it enough.

Playa Koralia is a unique Hotel for those looking for a remote place with most of the amenities of a city hotel.

Great service, none of the rooms have Windows except one, beautiful rooftop deck with a glorified bathtub but still nice. Great location good price.

This place is a gem for everyone who like to be close to all that's happening in Santa Marta. The public Beach in less than 10 min walking distance. The pool is really a small jacuzzi.

Great place. Hotel is like brad new! Close to the beach, hotel has a reserve spot where you can get palapas. Pool is great, it is like 3 pools side to side.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are amazing, the view, at least the one I have is amazing.

I’ve stayed at Bonita Bay Concept Hotel several times, and it’s always a fantastic experience. Whenever friends visit Santa Marta, I always recommend they stay here too.

Good rooms but no windows.
Good Wi-Fi Bathroons Fridge.
No TV and staff at breakfast is not nice. Reception is better.
