Book this place — it is truly special! The location and views are incredible. The glamping pods are extremely comfortable. We did the yoga class and it was one of the best I've ever done — Dianita is truly talented and open hearted. The staff were all really friendly, the food was delicious and everything was so unique and special. Highly recommend.
I travel to Colombia several times a year and have stayed in many different types of accommodations. This time, as I was traveling with my sisters, I chose a higher-priced stay expecting a more luxurious and comfortable experience. While there were certainly positive aspects, overall the stay did not fully meet my expectations.
The location is undeniably beautiful and peaceful, and the staff truly stood out for their kindness and helpfulness. From the warm hospitality to the well-organized airport transfers with a friendly and careful driver, the service was excellent. We also really enjoyed the massage and yoga sessions, which were relaxing and well delivered.
Unfortunately, during our stay we experienced extreme rainfall. Of course, this was not the fault of the accommodation, and we fully understand that weather conditions are beyond anyone’s control. However, the heavy rain did highlight some shortcomings. Water came into the tent, electricity was unreliable, and we were largely confined to our dome for much of the time. Given the high price point, we expected better preparation and overall quality to ensure comfort even during challenging weather.
In addition, the facilities felt limited for the cost, activities were very expensive, and the restaurant offered a very simple menu that did not quite match the pricing.
In summary, this is a beautiful place with wonderful staff and a stunning setting.

Trekker was the highlight of our trip to Colombia with my husband and 2 kiddos (10 and 12) The drive there is where the adventure begins after leaving Santa Marta taking a windy road up the mountain to Minca. Then a 4WD to take you up the 15 min trip to Trekker where you are greeted by Diana and her staff who are very informative and welcoming. The domes have all the commodities of a 5star hotel but you are immersed in nature. The view from the balcony of our dome was stunning and we were able to see 2 toucans early in the am. You can choose to stay in the premises during the day and enjoy yoga classes, massages, a jacuzzi and just relax in the beautiful space or book any of the experiences like a tour of the Cacao farm (highly recommended) and a hike to a beautiful waterfall. Can’t wait to go back!
