HORRIBLE SERVICE As I was checking out, I was venting to the front desk lady about how horrible our stay was and all she had to say was "Oh sorry to hear that". You would think they would be a little more sympathetic considering this was not my first stay there. I was travelling with two small children and our nights stay was affected by a time set-back of an hour. At 11AM we were using the pool facilities thinking we had ample time, when the sassy front-desk lady came into the pool area to tell us that they needed to strip our room since it was already noon. Why was I not warned of this time change upon check in? or reminded since it affected the length of time of our stay. Nevermind how you have to call downstairs for every little thing and they expect you to tip them?!?!?! I called for toothbrushes and they only brought me toothbrushes, I had to call AGAIN for them to send up toothpaste. COMMON SENSE PEOPLE! The room was so basic, no robes, no slippers, no water, no juice in the room, had to call for that as well. They rushed us out of the room after that, even though they saw I had two small children and needed to shower them after using the chlorine pool. At one point I noticed my girls playing with some disgusting old ladies' slippers that they found under our bed — GROSSSSSS And after venting to the front desk concierge about all these issues, all she had to say was "Sorry to hear about that", and charged us the full price of our rstay — no hospitality whatsoever from this place.
