What a beautiful sunset and view of the woods. A home away from home is just what we needed during medical treatments. With the moonlight beach around the corner, this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. Owners and staff very kind, friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend Moonlight inn! Whether you are travelling to sudbury for sports or just here to visit and do some shopping. This place is great! They have beautiful, neat, clean rooms and Myur and his staff are very very accommodating as a well as friendly. Very professional! Also the bonus part is that their parking lot has the snowmobile ❄️OFSC❄️trail connected to it! Score! ✅ oh did I forget to mention you are a 3 min snowmobile ride from royal distributing.?

Sweet little hotel. Apparently they’ve updated because it all looked very nice. Kitchenette stocked with dishes! Great continental breakfast too! The only thing is that the plaster around the bathroom and on the ceiling was a little shabby. Overall, very nice motel! Staff were great too.

It was the perfect spot for snowmobile addicts. Quick access to the trails. Royal distributing was right around the corner. Great spot wo definitely go back again.

They were awesome people at this inn the trails are right there had no problem at this motels get free breakfast and rooms were excellent.

Staying here right now. Absolutely Love this hotel. Its away from much but thats ok! Love my room and our kitchenette. Bed are so comfy and room is very clean. Only here for one night but ill definately be back next time I am in Sudbury :-)

Clean rooms and a couple bbqs for use. Continental breakfast… we barely got to see as we were off to work at 7am and it wasn't open until 730 am. Interesting as I'd say 80-90% of their clientele were traveling trade and construction workers like us. Felt a tad unwanted there by the owner lady. Or like I was a teenager at mom's with my every move being judged and watched. Had some strange experiences to say the least. Treated like we are a burden. Asked to get out of our room on our day off work for it to be cleaned the sheets had to be changed?. Told our booking was going to expire early even though we had already extended stay. Told us we couldn't have more towels because we were smokers? I thought she meant workers. But distinctly said smokers! WE DID NOT OKE IN THE ROOM?!?! A worker stayed home. One day and the owner lady had started to let herself in At 730 after we had left for work?!?!?!?. UM what?! … not sure why as the cleaner girl usually came around 930am.!?!. We didnt need anything and had lots of towels and linens. Was happy to come to the end of our booking head up the road and stay at the wonderful hotel up the street who didn't treat us like worthless scum and also had a pool and hot tub! Husband and son were very nice to us all. Not sure why she had such a hate for us! I will camp or something before staying here again. Sorry for the rant but still can't believe she was snooping while we were at work! Wow!

Stayed one night. The owners were so very kind. MR and MRS were both very informative. The rooms were Immaculate, very clean. Would recommend this over any other hotel/motel in Sudbury.

We stayed one night, the room was clean but the bed felt like they forgot to put the mattress on it was so hard. However, this might be okay if you like a hard mattress. The walls seemed paper thin and we could hear our neighbor talking for hours. We turned on the air conditioner so we could sleep without hearing that. Woke up tired and we had to leave early so not sure what breakfast was like. Nice location but won’t go back because we like softer beds.

Clean, Wi-Fi works well, nice and friendly service. Breakfast included. A definitely stop over any time I would be in the area. The only minus is that the rates on the internet and at the front desk don't match so call to confirm.

Looks like a 60s retro motel which I think it likely was at one time. We'll kept place. Large clean rooms. Much preferred over the chain motels. Tim Hortons close by. Also recommend the MIC Eatery about 5 minutes down the Kingsway.

Nice quite place, clean rooms with nice new lamps and alarm clocks with a TV. Breakfast is decent and the gazebo is cute.

This is a gem of a place! Spent the weekend in Sudbury sledding and the room was something to look forward 'coming home' to. Clean, spacious, warm and great bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Well done for the sledding crowd with a generous parking lot and trail access. Already looking forward to next year — will be staying there!

This place has kitchenettes and two TV's with separate rooms. Great for contractors.

We were traveling from Alberta to Ontario and stopped for the night in Sudbury. The room at Moonlight Inn & Suites was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast enjoyable!

Horrible experience! Me & my girlfriend were here a couple of weeks ago before Christmas & managment called us in our room said music was too loud even though we both didnt seem it was in the slightest but no problem we turned it down. Next thing we know the indian woman employee/owner came knocking down the door saying the music was too loud & that people were complaining all while she was bobbing her head looking into our room expecting it to be a party or something. We asked her to switch rooms & she was non compliant claiming they were all booked meanwhile only 2 more cars other than mine in the parking lot. She was very rude & bitchy so we askd for our money back this was our second day & we bookd the room for 2 more days she gave it back to us because she made us feel so uncomfortable & totally ruined our whole night being so dramatic. Completely unprofessional unhappy experience. Also if you ever plan to chance it and come here save your deposit slip if you deposit cash because she asked me for it very arrogantly like I was supposed to loose it or something. Defintete 2 P. S — I just read her comment below mines we were very complient & low key in our stay she just was power tripping and acting like she was our mother. She called us once we obliged to turn it down and she came running to our room 2 minutes after. Shes one of those fake forced smiley people. She disturbed our trip so much WE demanded to leave.

We stayed here with our 1 year old in room 2 which has one queen bed. It was really clean and nicely updated with granite counter top in the bathroom, new mini fridge, good size tv, etc. It was just really cute and nicely done. The breakfast had a lot of options (make your own waffles, muffins, cereal, boiled eggs, baggles, toast, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. ). The appliances in the dining area are new and everything is very clean. Staff were in the room several times to wipe down counters and replenish food. Seems like a lovely family business and really is a nice place to stay for such a great price. I saw some crappy reviews that worried me but it really seems like the owners are trying their very best to operate a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. I'd absolutely recommend it for a young family looking for a peaceful stay.

The room was not very comfortable and it took an extremely long time to heat up. You have to turn the heater to 30 degrees Celsius to warm it up to room temperature as anything below that blows cool air.

The first staff I dealt with was rude and curt with her responses when checking in. She claimed only one room was booked under my name and took a bit of troubleshooting on my part to figure things out for her. She was extremely unprofessional. Some of the rooms were extremely funky and moldy smelling. It was also very noisy at night. I forgot my wallet and later discovered it was missing $60 when I went to collect it. My fault for forgetting. What's really frustrating was finding out that there was an extra charge on my credit card after 3 days. I went back to the place three times (twice before checkout and they cleaned and on a different day to collect the wallet) after they cleaned/serviced and they did not inform me of anything missing. When I called them up to ask why, another lady on the phone started to talk about a lost towel. When I asked her from which room it was 'stolen', she put me on hold for about a minute to give me a random room number. I tried reasoning that they had plenty of opportunities to inform me, but she just kept on giving me the standard response of doing an inventory. I am left frustrated from the experience. I strongly recommend to find another place to stay than deal with the unprofessional and cheating staff here.

Best motel I've been to so far, and I've been to 5, this place has a stove so you can heat up your meals, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

This is a great place, and they have definitely been making upgrades. The breakfast is just like a major chain breakfast. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 is because they still had a very old stained carpet in my room. All else was renovated. I'd stay here again. Very friendly owners/ staff.

A friendly staff with rooms priced reasonably and clean. The quiet night hours were great for a good sleep. The continental breakfast open and self serve meant quick easy check out.

Room was very clean when we arrived and was made up each day will we were out. We had a kitchenette unit which was roomy with a nice sized bathroom, but was short on kitchen supplies. Parking was a bit tight with all the truck and trailers, but was fine for the most part. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs.

Was planning a snowmobile getaway, booked a room here on Sunday thru expedia and was contacted today (Wednesday of the same week) that the reservations were canceled due to over booking. I am very disappointed and I feel these sort of mistakes should NEVER happen in this industry.

The Moonlight Inn has large clean rooms. Easy access from major highways in the area. Close to restaurants and other services. I did not have time to check out the continental breakfast. Only minor complainant is that the walls are not well soundproofed. Couple next door was a bit noisy for awhile but such did not detract from my stay. May not have noticed if I had the TV on in my room.

I stay here every time I'm in Sudbury. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable. Most motels are gross and dingy, but this place is clean and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Moonlight motel does not disappoint. Clean, inviting and great value for the money. I'll npbe staying there again the next time I'm in Sudbury for sure!

I was so pleased to stay somewhere that was not only great value but excellent service, neat, clean, tidy and sufficient. The bathroom was clean and comfortable with a really nice shower head. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi and relax in a comfortable bed watching tv. Unfortunately I slept in a little and didn't have enough time to enjoy the breakfast but it did look good when I checked out. I am very pleased and would recommend Moonlight Suites to anyone looking to stay in Sudbury, who doesn't require all the fancy high class extras that bigger and more expensive hotels provide.

We have stayed at the moonlight inn and suites several times now and are pleased with everything. Including the convenience of Wi-Fi. We don't always partake of the breakfast offered but appreciate that it's there .

Best Place for a Romantic night with a WILD beast!

You do not have to improve on anything. The rooms were great and CLEAN. Lots of room, we were 3 adults, one child and one toddler. The breakfast was plentiful with healthy choices. We would recommend your place. Barb and Dave.

Excellent priced motel. Clean room. LCD TV (with USB/component/VGA hookup. Bring your laptop watch it on the big screen). There are a few power bars around so easy access to outlets (and we know how much of a chore that is in hotels) A/C is cold. Great Breakfast! If at night you want to go for a walk. Take a short drive to Moonlight Beach and watch the sunset. (And see the super smelter! ) You won't be disappointed.

What a great place to stay, the rooms are very clean and it is affordable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast in the morning is convenient and I love that they offer free high speed internet.
